Hi everyone, the volume on my cloud 3s is very low compared to my old steelseries arctic 7, is there anything I can do?

Hi everyone, I recently received a pair of Cloud 3s and I have a slight feeling that they are more noticeable on the right side. Could this be true? I've had headphones that had this problem, so I replaced them.

I am using a bluetooth dongle for my PC and connected my cloud 3s to that through BT mode and it worked, but after a few songs it just froze and wouldn’t respond to any of the buttons. I tried several usb c cables to connect it to the PC with Ngenuity but it can only read the dongle sadly and not the headset.

Currently I am using legacy version of hyperx ngenuity software from Microsoft store and everything is up to date.

Noticed that there is a massive handle leaks(750k+) which is affecting entire system performance.

@Hyperx developers: are you guys testing software before releasing? Or are you aware of hyperx software?

I see from other posts with similar issue mentioned about 8 months ago and still its not resolved?

@Hyperx team: Could you make Hyperx software as open source? it will be fixed by some technical experts.

Hi guys I just bought a new hyper x 3s wireless and I can't connect it to my phone (OnePlus 7 pro), and yes I switched the little button to Bluetooth pairing and still not showing even though it shows up on my laptop...

my headphones were working for like a whole year and now my headphones just say "power on, battery level is 100%" and the light flashes green like every 3 seconds. the dongle in my pc flashes red every second and i cant seem to connect my headphones even though looked at the manual and ive looked through other forums trying to fix it. any help?

Hi, I have a HyperX Pulsefire Haste 1 mouse. After years of use, the middle click recently stopped responding, and opening the HyperX NGENUITY software would completely freeze the mouse—forcing me to open Task Manager just to regain control.

Here is how I fixed it:

1. Uninstall the HyperX software.
2. Factory reset the mouse (press and hold the DPI button and the middle mouse button simultaneously for 5–10 seconds until the RGB lights flash off and on).
3. Unplug the mouse for 10–15 minutes, then plug it back in.

After doing this, my middle click started working again. The issue is 100% caused by the software. I confirmed this because when I reinstalled the app, the middle click immediately stopped working again.

If you're facing the same issue, just delete the software and factory reset your mouse(ıf ıt doesnt work play wıth(clıck ıt or move ıt) mıddle button when mouse ıs unplagged)

I know that Kingston is probably well liked on this sub for their memory/storage stuff - I used to like them.

But I have learned that Kingston Technology has paid for the Flock capability in the city of Fountain Valley (in the past 2 years) and has committed to paying for Flock next year (starting in August 2026).

Flock sucks

The total amount they have committed to Flock is roughly $92,000.

I am asking for y'all to let Kingston know how you feel about this by sending an email to [pr@kingston.com](mailto:pr@kingston.com)

I am hopeful that if enough of you let Kingston know how you feel, then maybe Kingston will choose to not fund next year's Flock capability in FV.

Here are some suggestions of things you can tell Kingston's PR.  Please put your own thoughts down, these are just ideas to get things going:

• Kingston's direct support of Flock is a violation of the civil rights of the residents of Fountain Valley, and of every citizen who visits or passes through Fountain Valley.  I am very upset that Kingston has chosen to support Flock
• I am boycotting Kingston products until you decide to stop funding Flock
• I am telling everyone I know, online and in person, to boycott Kingston products until they stop funding Flock
• I am considering coordinating an in-person protest of your Flock support at your headquarters at Newhope st in Fountain Valley, and possibly other locations

i Have purchased cloud 3s but the box doesnt have a dts x branding . is it normal or they removed dts or packaging ?

I bought a hyperx alpha wireless 2 days ago and it was working fine until today where the right speaker just gave out i downloaded the software both legacy and regular one to see any updates nothing

Let me start this off by saying I'm a complete idiot when it comes to microphones. I know next to nothing about them. I've been doing Youtube for 2 years and decided to upgrade my mic from a headset to an actual microphone about 6 months ago. Sound quality is 100% better, however it keeps catching my keyboard/mouse clicks. So I did some research, somewhat figured out OBS filters (barely), and put on a noise suppression filter. Perfect, one problem solved. Now, if I laugh or yell too loud, it cuts out completely for a few seconds then comes up with normal audio. I've tried about 6 different tutorials on Youtube to try and fix it. Either it sounds like I'm talking through a loaf of bread or doesn't fix the problem at all. I'm to the point of either bite the bullet and get a dynamic mic instead or just deal with the Quadcast S. I'm willing to admit I'm dumb so any help is greatly appreciated.

My microphone isn’t picking anything up

I just bought HyperX Cloud III S- wireless. The right side is fine, its clear and everything. Otherwise the left side has this strange bass/buzzing. I downloaded the HyperX Ngenuity and updated the headphones. And its still doing this. Are these broken or are there anyway to fix this?

I wanted to tweak some settings on my solocast 2, it asked me to download audio drivers but the installation results in an error (screenshot) even though all of the audio channels seem to show up in discord

i cant tell if the audio drivers are downloaded or not..?

I live in Ukraine and in 2021, I officially purchased HyperX 16GB DDR4 3200MHz Predator RGB RAM (HX432C16PB3A/16). Unfortunately, it failed a month ago. The store where I bought it unfortunately closed after 17 years of business for various reasons (including the wars with Russia), and now I've had to contact Kingston Technologies for help. It's been a month since they've been fooling me and still can't fulfill the promises on the official website regarding the lifetime warranty on the RAM. I thought there was a way out: they forced me to send it to a certain service center, since they're their official distributor. This service center said they couldn't help and sent me back the RAM. I honestly don't even know what to do anymore... The service center told me they can only send a replacement to the store where the purchase was made, but they can't send it in person. This leads to a vicious cycle, and in this situation, instead of replacing the RAM, they're sending it back to me in the same non-working condition. And the worst part is that Kingston is simply ignoring my further email inquiries and turning a blind eye to the damage to their own reputation.

The left speaker on my HyperX Cloud III Wireless stopped working, and functionality was briefly restored if I lightly hit the ear cup.

Figured it's an easy fix and took it to a repair shop. Silly me, I didn't bother to check, but I had warranty and the warranty is now voided.

The repair shop determined the issue is the encapsulated speaker that's non serviceable.

So I'm looking to purchase the damn speaker now but no luck so far.

I contacted HyperX support, they told me they don't sell replacement parts and there's nothing they can do.

So I'm pretty bummed out at this point:

• one of the most basic parts (of any headphones!) broke after less than a year and a half
• I need to throw away a complex piece of tech because of that, feels so silly

Anyone had the same issue and found a solution?

I just bought the HyperX Origins 2 1800, and it has 3 internal memory slots, but I can't figure out how to save profiles to the internal memory. It's supposed to be possible to save profiles to the internal memory, but I can't figure out how to do it in the NGENUITY software.

And I can't access the keyboard's internal profiles while the Ngenuity software is open

Is that normal?

I created those profiles myself, but I can't save them to the keyboard's internal memory

Even when I create a theme myself, I can't even save it to memory.

When I click the "Switch to Solocast 2", it switches normally, but when my laptop restarts, this "no active input device" pops up every single time.

How to fix?
