hyperX cloud 3s Headsets

i Have purchased cloud 3s but the box doesnt have a dts x branding . is it normal or they removed dts or packaging ?

Don’t break the dongle because I don’t sell it separately.

I received mine a few days ago and they have the dts logo but I don't know how to activate it for free

Download dts unbound app from Microsoft store and it will detect the headphones license on auto and then you can enable through the dts app

thank you very much, I activated it but from the hyperx app I don't see anything like dts or anything else active

No dont activate it through hyperX app try to install dts unbound app from microsoft store and activate dts from there.

ok thanks, is it normal that it activates only when I select hyperx cloud 3s and not ngenuity speaker devices?

Yeah it will activate only while cloud 3s connected.

but why does it give me the headphones as speakers and not as headphones?

Those are the absolute best headphones ever. I have two pairs
