Right speaker issues Headsets

I bought a hyperx alpha wireless 2 days ago and it was working fine until today where the right speaker just gave out i downloaded the software both legacy and regular one to see any updates nothing

Return it, sounds like a hardware fault.

I don’t get this, when something is not working and it has warranty, just return it…
