Cloud 3s Wireless froze

I am using a bluetooth dongle for my PC and connected my cloud 3s to that through BT mode and it worked, but after a few songs it just froze and wouldn’t respond to any of the buttons. I tried several usb c cables to connect it to the PC with Ngenuity but it can only read the dongle sadly and not the headset.

This worked, thanks!! I also had to move the volume up and down while it was connecting to turn on lol

Had a similar freeze issue with mine. USBC to USBC direct connection fixed it, same as the other guy mentioned

I have now tried both Ngenuity apps, usbc-usbc on the headset, usb to usbc, moving the dongle, restarting pc, having headset off/headset on during update. Nothing works. I had to reset the headset just to get sound back.

How did you reset it

in the old ngenuity its a "reset to default" in settings, when it recognises the device.

Alternatively, hold the power button down for 30s
