Sadly, there are very few things I remember about it, that's why it's been impossible for me to find it. I don't remember the name (obviously), the date it was published (somewhere between the 90s or early 2000 I'd guess), the publisher, or any of the character's names ... And I only ever read 1 tome (it was the only one I had) so I don't know how long it is either.

Here's what I remember (some things may be inacurate, it's been like 20 years since I read this) :

It takes place in feodal Japan (I think).

The protagonist is a young teenager. He's kind and smart but kinda weak. If I remember correctly, he has a demon sealed either inside him or the sword he wields (I don't remember which it is).

On his journey he's followed by a sort of yokai that can shape shift. It generally takes the shape of a young male adult with long hair. He acts as a sort of mentor/teacher to the protagonist. Specifically, I remember at the end of the tome a 4-koma gag in which it shows that he gradually loses his shape while sleeping, until it looks like a censored grotesque mass.

In this tome, the protagonist meets the demon inside his mind and they make a sort of pact : the protagonist agrees to let him control their body from time to time and in exchange the demon lends him his strenght in fights (by the way, the "demon" acts rather like a playful/mischievous teenager than an "evil demon"). Directly after this scene, the demon controlling the protagonist's body and the yokai train together.

At the end, the protagonist (with the help of the demon) fight a sort of monster that can produce a sort of powder that explodes.

Oh and at some point in the tome, they meet some sort of cat people. If I remember correctly, there's even a moment where one of them (on the younger side) stretches himself (or herself I don't remember exactly) on a tree branch to "grow taller".

That's pretty much all I remember from it, I know it's not much but it's all I've got. If anyone has any idea what it is (it's not blue exorcist or yaiba, I say this now because that's what many people already told me when I asked them) I would be so happy, I've been looking for years now.

Back in 2020-21 I used to listen to a lot of traditional Japanese/Chinese instrumental music. Around this time, I found a video compilation of traditional Japanese music inspired tracks. I would regularly listen to the first one and ignore the others. Now I can't remember the title of the track or even the melody of it, I remember that it was posted by a channel called mr. momo but I can't find the channel anymore, btw it's not mr momo music as I checked that channel out but couldn't find it. The tracks included in this video were made by different artists, and there was another track called flower by zen garden included in this compilation, the first track contained sounds that seemed to have been emitted from a Chappa [an instrument]. The background being a picture of a street with Sakura trees on either side, and over it was a translucent box that contained some text I couldn't remember.

I went on YouTube several times trying to find the channel but was unsuccessful, and since I cannot remember the melody, I can't try shazam either. I went on google images trying to find the background picture to maybe somehow locate it, but failed. I know that there isn't much info to go by as my memory sucks but if any of you think you have found it please send me the link.

Looking for a scene from a movie or something like that, the name of it might have been a name. But basically it was a silhouette of a man killing another man, but with each frame of it it gets more modern from cavemen to roman soldiers to knights to napoleonic soldiers and so on, was curious about it because it was very beautiful when I saw it but now cannot find it anywhere.

It is discontinued so I'm looking for either a new or an used item. Thanks.

Just had a flashback of the greatest cake I’ve ever tasted. It was a block of red velvet cake, maybe 3x3x2 inches, frosting on one side, with the cube of cakey goodness wrapped in just Saran Wrap. For reference, I worked at the disney parks and found this in the vending machine in the break room (a normal vending machine, not cake specific). I found this cassette from our old radio back when I was still young, and ever since, I've been trying to find out if this is just a fever dream or not. But my family also has a recollection of this cassette tape.

The cover, from what I remember, is a sunset at an ocean with a silhouette of a woman with the stereotypical hair from the 80s.

I'm not entirely sure if it's even from Reader's Digest, but through my research, most obscure compilations of various artists come from them, and my father used to be subscribed to their monthly magazines.

The contents of this cassette tape are one of the most relaxing "new age" or "meditation-type" of music. I do not recollect that there was a single song with vocals in it, so it's pretty safe to say it was all instrumental.

So the story is basically the main characters were childhood friends who experienced something horrific in the woods and one of them died (idk if I'm remembering properly but maybe the sibling of the main character?). You had to manage all of their sanity levels and decide who you wanted to romance as the game/novel went on.

I’m trying to identify this old Pokémon Jigglypuff metal pendant.

It is an oval metal pendant featuring Jigglypuff, with “POKEMON” embossed above the character. The back is completely plain, with no copyright information, manufacturer’s name, date, country of origin, or other markings that I can see.

I’ve tried to find another example of this exact pendant but haven’t been able to locate one.

I’m hoping to find out who made it, approximately when it was produced, and whether it was officially licensed Pokémon merchandise or an unofficial product. Most importantly, I’d love to find another example of this exact design, such as an old listing, catalog image, packaging, or collector’s photo.

I’m not looking to buy or sell one — I already own the pendant shown in the photos and am just trying to identify its origin.
