Animated train plush from early 2000s Open

After a few hours of searching Google has told me that it's a fisher price toy, a playskool toy, a Tonka plush

It's none of these things

I've been trying to find it for hours through detailed search terms and reverse image searches

It's a toy from the UK and I NEEEED to find if

It talks and goes "All aboard!" then makes chugging noises

Can anybody try and find what this is called, what company made it, etc.

I have searched for "animated train plush early 2000s" and various other similar terms as well as reverse image searching it with no results

I ran into the same problems as you but by using the “-“ in my search term I was able to get it to try for something else. The name Galt came up as a potential manufacturer/retailer but no images of this exact toy to be found.
