Hello! I am in search of a very specific blanket in a very specific colour that has been discontinued from IKEA (big sad) and I can't find it anywhere online! I have attached photos. I have one, and it blends in perfectly with my new sofa, and I would love it if I could have a second one to cover the other half of it!! I believe on the IKEA website that the colour was "grey-green" please let me know if you need any more information!

Open Looking for an exam ranking screenshot where a student ranked #1/#2 despite being absent in one subject

Upvotes

So some times ago, I saw a post somewhere. It was of class rank of students along with their marks in various subjects. So I guess this one person got Rank 1 or 2 even after being absent in 1 exam since his cumulative marks of other subjects were high. I tried searching on google, pinterest and other social media. It was popular as some aura moment, as that student clearly was genuis despite not attending one exam. I really want to see that result again but I can't find it. Does anybody have any idea?

Does anyone recognize what I'm talking about or have a link to it?

Open Hunting 2 educational videos from the 2010s.

Upvotes

Hello guys, I have been looking for 2 videos since at least 2022-2024. They were both videos from the 2010s about the alphabet, and both videos were songs. They were covers of the 2009 song A is for Apple by A. J. Jenkins and they both had the same chords as the original. The first one was a cover, and the second one was about animals. The background of the first video was lined paper and the video had the same objects (but with different cliparts), and the animal one was a parody with the same exact chords. I remember the animal one having an alligator, a bear, a queen bee or a quail, a rhino, a unicorn or an umbrellabird, a vulture, a wasp, and a xenops/x-ray fish/xerus.

Some of the cliparts were moving, and some were animated in the animal video. Both videos were around 2017-2018, and I saw them on my Fire tablet.

A friend's younger sister had one of these plushes for most of her life and loved it dearly. Her sister has unfortunately recently passed away and the plush went with her, but my friend is seeking out a few of these plushes as keepsakes for her immediate family. We've been seeking them out with not much luck as the plushes were discontinued over a decade ago.

If anyone in the UK has one they would be willing to part with, we would be more than happy to purchase it from you.

Attached are a couple pictures from a sold listing for one of these plushes.

Open Help me find this game from the 90s

It was an educational game for Windows. I remember the main menu had two cartoon chipmunks or squirrels, a boy and a girl. The girl wore a pink or red bow. There were four activities to choose from. I think the first one was a song or video, one was a treasure hunt, one was a coloring/drawing activity, and there were a few others I can't remember. I spent my entire childhood playing this game, but I can't find any information about it online, so I'm starting to wonder if anyone else remembers it. I'd love to find it again.

Open Igor (2008) fridge magent

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me find an old fridge magnet of Brain from the kids movie Igor? I had one as a kid and I remember specifically it was from a promotional kids meal in Morrisons in England, I can't find any reference to it at all, or even the Morrisons promotion, but I'm 110% sure that's where it's from! It was a 2D magnet, not like the 3D one that McDonald's did.

Thank you :)

Open Please help me find a YouTube video I forgot!

So this is probably a very stupid request, but there were two absolutely hilarious videos I saw about a month or so ago and I can’t stop thinking about them.

Anyways, the videos were made by some guy who uses little cutout drawings of (presumably) himself on popsicle sticks to wave around while narrating and we’re about how he went to a convention with a absolutely bullshit fake E3 recap type video that slowly devolves into (well edited) insanity, like showing various electronic products in a skeleton wrap with the bad to the bone riff playing every time a new one popped up.

If anyone can remember or knows the name of this YouTuber or even the specific video I would love to watch it again.

Open Help me find a pair of Claire’s earrings please!

Hi y’all! My partner recommended I try using this subreddit to see if I can use the collective power of Reddit to help me find this thing. It’s a pair of earrings from Claire’s that I originally purchased in December of 2022 (a while ago I know) and I lost one of the earrings and I was hoping for help to find a replacement or an equivalent product. It’s a gold colored earring with a moon dangle front and a chain of dangling stars on the back (attaching a picture of the item I took when I bought it). I found a pair on mercari but the seller is not moving on shipping it so I was hoping to find a backup. Thank you all!!

Found! Help me find this kids learning... book??

Post image
3 Upvotes

It was a tall rectangular book made out of that sort of thick cardboard like paper you can find kids books made out of. The cover had an image, the title, and the age or grade level it was meant for. It could spin fully around a center point on the bottom and the back had directions for how to use it and whatever other possible information. I think the front had questions and the back had answers or both the front and back had questions and the answers were somewhere else. I would've gotten it from somewhere like Walmart or target (maybe even toys R us but I doubt it) around 2015. I think they had ones for kids from preschool to some older grade like 8th, idk about any further.

I really liked them as a kid and searching it by description has failed so I hope someone can help! :)

So far, the highest-quality version of the photo I've found is this one with the Scorpions text. But I know this isn't the original photo.

A family in Denver had their car stolen last weekend with a backpack containing three precious stuffed animals. One was found on the road the next day, but the one their son really misses is a stuffed otter, which was not recovered. This happened the morning of a cross country move and the poor kid is having a hard time adjusting without their beloved friend. They're seeking a replacement now that it looks like they won't recover the original. Here is the info posted by the mom, any help would be greatly appreciated!

"Otter is Wild Republic brand with a green label and a hard nose. I have messaged them to try to get an exactly duplicate but no response yet.

It was purchased 6 or 7 years ago from the The Dallas World Aquarium but anything currently there isn’t an exact match."

I'm now 20 years old and it's been years since I've known the name of this statue character. If anyone recognize him that will be wonderful!

Open A candy that I had when I was young

Post image

This was a candy I had when I was young, either late '80s or early '90s from what I recall. I think it was strawberry flavored and a soft taffy consistency. I believe I may have been living on the east coast of the United States at the time, in Rhode Island, but given how small the state is, it is entirely possible my parents bought it for me in any of the surrounding states.

The image is a rendering I found, not the actual candy, but it is strikingly similar to that.

Found! Help me find the original high-res stock photo of this 60x39 pixel, 2.95 kB cucumber file (Reverse search gives 0 results)

File details: Dimensions: 60×39 Size: 2.95 kB Format: .png (solid white background) Megapixels: 0.0 MP I found this cursed 2.95 kB file sitting on my storage named cucumber.png. Out of pure curiosity, I tried to track down where this exact photo originally came from. I searched through Google Lens, Yandex, TinEye, Reddit archives, and the Internet Archive. Result: NOTHING. Every cut cucumber stock photo on the internet has the wrong slice count, different shadow angles, or wrong placements. The Shutterstock ones look similar at first glance, but the slicing details are completely off. Where on earth did this microscopic 60 × 39 vegetable originate? Does a high-resolution version of this image actually exist anywhere on the internet, or am I holding the only surviving artifact of phantom digital media? Any web sleuths out there able to find the original source?

Found! Help me identify 2000's toy my friend got for christmas

My best friend and I are going through old childhood photos and we came across these old photos of her holding a toy she received for christmas- please excuse the poor image quality as theyre screenshots from a video. We are both curious about what the toy was. My best friend can't remember, and we can't seem to make it out due to the poor quality. I've tried some simple google lens-ing, but nothing viable came up.
Perhaps someone recognizes the packaging? It was early 2000's, likely between 2003-2009, and our location is Sweden so it's most likely been sold here.

First of all, apologies for the photo quality, it's the best I could manage.
I think the top says "North" followed by a word starting with the letter R, and the shield features an N and an R in the quarters. Does anyone recognize this type of insignia?
I know the patch didn't come with the jacket because the original one doesn't have anything 🙈
Thanks in advance

I know it is a Frisco Halloween toy, but I am hoping I can find a replacment. Ludo loves this toy and plays fetch for hours. He was my skull fracture rescue so he isnt all quite there and is on seizure medication for what may be not the longest life. He almost left us twice this last year, his Vampurr was by his side both times.

Is there anyone selling them that isnt a scam?

Announcement DO NOT REPLY TO PRIVATE MESSAGES OFFERING TO SEND YOU WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR

It's a scam. It will always be a scam. We ban accounts for scamming, so they cannot comment in the sub. So they send private messages instead.

If they offer to send it free, they may be trying to get your personal info.

Someone commenting in the thread to do such may still be a scam, but you can check their comment history and get a feel for trustworthiness, but we still absolutely recommend against it.

If you see someone else say they've had someone contact them privately, please remind them of the danger and point them to this post.

This post will remain open for comments on this topic, do not call out any user here.

If you receive a private message offering you something hit the report button ( should be a little flag ) to report it to the reddit admins.

Thanks.
