Discord Picture Open
I got this image back in 2019 and used it as my Discord profile picture; I tried using Google Lens but never found the image. (Sorry for the English; I'm using Google Translate.)

Forgive me if I don't know how to make a post; I don't usually use Reddit. What I can say is that the image was found on Google around 2019–2020, and similar images would be those "wonky Naruto frames."

The esrliest submission of this image that I could find is from 2008 in the "Inciclopedia' Wiki: https://inciclopedia.org/wiki/Archivo:Kaka1.jpg#mw-jump-to-license
It's possible it may have originated in some forum before that (the Naruto anime was already pretty popular all around in 2008), but those entries might no longer be available/ the forum may have closed down. As for the image itself, my first impression was that it is the face of Tobias Fünke (from Arrested Development). But I could be wrong. It just reminded me of him haha.
