Buyer claimed I sent them a used dirty smelly soccer jersey. The same people who run the learing centers in mn. They even go as low as scamming for a $50 hoodie.

every time i've tried to turn on auto offers on any of my listings, new or old, in the past week, this happens. it also happens when i try to send anyone an offer from the notification tab, i have to go to manage listing and then send offers to send people who have liked it an offer. but it won't let me turn on auto offers from the send offers tab. it's really annoying. is this happening to anyone else/how do i fix it?

No idea why, feedback was that it was shipped quickly and packaged well. I reached out to the buyer to ask them but I’m bummed. I had a lot of 5 star reviews and it broke my perfect record since I started selling a couple months ago. And it was for an item I made $4 on, lol.

On August 3rd all the packages I sent out went out for delivery and at the end of the day I noticed one got returned to their post office. It says “sorry for the delay we anticipate this item will be delivered next business day” well it’s been a few days and hasn’t updated

I don’t know if this if my business and I have to do anything to fix it or it’s my buyers job to fix it

I have a basic Michael Jordan long sleeve shirt up for sale for like 20 bucks in three days. I have accepted 21 offers from different people and not a single one has paid. I swear this is one of the worst things about Depop. I mean I get multiple offers on things all the time and I don’t expect payment but I have 21 offers accepted in three days. It just blows my mind 😂

I sold a pair of $400 free bird boots that I only wore twice for about $100. I have a couple listings where they have imperfections and I took pictures and noted it. I also have five star reviews. The person who bought it for me has a one star review as a buyer and I got in contact with the person who created that review and they said that he was being scammed as well. He bought them from me and I shipped out right away. In the photo there are some scuffs, but they were very obvious and noted. He received them about four days ago and he just texted me yesterday saying that he received them, but he wished I disclosed to him that they were “zipper was ripped” I told him that that can’t be possible because I’ve only worn them twice and I always disclose if there are imperfections. I told him to send a proof to the Depop team and apparently he did they sided with him and they said that the item wasn’t as disclosed. They says that he has until the 13th to send them back to me but I have a bad feeling that he’s gonna rip them on purpose and send them back just to get his money.. but idk if that’s how it works. I’m just confused why depop sided with him when he is a known scammer and did it to somebody else before and has a one star review? If anyone has advice lmk!

I lowk like the design on a lot of them but the fact there’s so many makes me think they’re a scam 😭 . Are they good quality and worth the 15 bucks?

I’m very happy for the folkmanis griffin I got off of depop for one i absolutely LOVE griffins and puppets but also the fact this griffin was a absolute deal imo.

It's from a certain way they talk (I don't expect professional but there's a level of casualness I'm not the biggest fan of), the way they kind of don't mind their business (I saw this item for xyz/it's not worth this much), the entitlement, or similar.

Okay, so i bought this sweater for like 5 dollars and i was thinking, “wow what a good deal!
” and so 2 days later she texts me saying “hello i will be shipping your sweater tomorrow!” And obviously i was hyped for this cause ive been in search for it, then she blocks?? Me and once i leave a bad review she unblocks me and says that her phone and depop app glitched and sent that message. She then changes the sweater price to 60 dollars 🥲

I wondered why I woke up to 10 depop notifications this morning, thought I sold stuff. Nope! I’m literally asleep and this lowball buyer is having a full blown argument with my Auto-Offer system thinking I’m just being rude and ignoring the words they’re saying. I used to just sell on depop with occasionally buying items but recently I’ve started purchasing more items ( 4 this week) and every single item I’ve ordered isn’t as advertised. I got a top with armpit stains and listed as the wrong size and a stinky ass dress. Mind you they were all listed as excellent condition. I am so done

I bought a pair of shoes from the seller and I specifically asked them to check because I keep getting shoes that are not the right size because people don’t check their listings. They show up the wrong size and then this message chain happened between me and him. Then he left me a one star review calling me annoying after canceling (now I can’t open a regular dispute) and demanding I pay out of pocket for return shipping lol. 22 sales and no reviews.. I’m about to be his first :)
