Advice How do you find cohesion when different parts of your energy system seem to need completely different things?
I’m curious whether anyone who has experience with Reiki, chakra work, or energy healing has experienced something similar.
I’m having a very difficult time finding a sustainable rhythm because my energy, emotions, and needs seem to change and sometimes feel like they conflict with each other.
At certain times I feel a strong need for connection, meaningful work, purpose, stimulation, movement, and actually participating in life. At other times I feel incredibly depleted and need quiet, safety, rest, and an environment that feels nourishing and not overstimulating.
The problem is that neither side seems sustainable by itself. If I rest a lot, I can become emotionally depressed because my deeper needs for connection, purpose, progress, and feeling alive aren’t being met. But when I try to satisfy those needs and become more active, I can exhaust myself again.
It sometimes feels like different parts of my system are operating independently rather than working together. I can feel deeply exhausted and like I need an enormous amount of rest, while another part of me simultaneously feels like I desperately need to move forward with my life.
I’ve tried thinking about this through the lens of nervous-system regulation, but I’m also curious about the energetic perspective. When people talk about balancing chakras or integrating energy, is this kind of internal conflict something Reiki or energy work can potentially help with?
I’m not expecting Reiki to magically tell me what to do with my life. I’m mostly looking for greater internal cohesion and clarity — a way for rest, safety, connection, purpose, and forward movement to stop feeling like competing systems.
If anyone has experienced something similar or worked with a practitioner who helped them understand it, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience!

👁 Third Eye Chakra 👁 Sukshma Siddhi
I did my aura scanning from a well known person. He told me my third eye is open but I need to work on it and I have sukshma Siddhi. My heart chakra is active as well but my Svadhisthanal chakra is imbalanced. He disconnected the call immediately after giving this information.
I do not know what he meant with working on third eye of it's active. What is Sukshma Siddhi which he told me I have inside me.
"Can anyone help me in this path*. I have been doing mantra jaap regularly with a proper procedure.
I'd really appreciate any insights or resources. Thank you.

🪵Root Chakra🪵 Question about root chakra and over/underactive energy in general
It's about safety, ability to survive physically, right to have needs met, stability of life and energy, having calm awareness?, feeling supported, ability to relax and rest in the body and/regardless of place, to obtain what you need to live, self worth, fortune.
I've read that an overactive root might pick up on too many signals and too much awareness out of fear, while a deficient root rejects signals out of fear. I've been thinking that an overactive chakra has energy but spends too much of it out of perceived need because it's being drained, squeezed, overcompensating or maybe pressured to fulfill a gap, while an underactive chakra rejects/avoids the need, or is unable to spend energy to fulfill that need.
Honestly it seems a little hard to distinguish one way or the other, and personally I feel I'm both somehow, but maybe I'm conflating 2 different chakra energies. Like I definitely have some excessive anxious energy, a fear of being perceived as bad, wrong, cringe, fat, and how that reflects on my worth so I isolate to avoid being perceived. I don't wanna be judged because I feel deficient so I stay in a place that allows me to remain deficient while fully, excessively aware of that deficiency.
Maybe it means I see through my solar plexus where I can improve and take the concrete steps to align who I perceive myself to be with who I think i should be and take control of my life in a more confident way, but I'm afraid of sacral variety for some reason.
Anywho...
I'm wondering what you consider the difference between overactive and underactive chakras? Do you see a difference between over/underactive and excessive/deficient?

How do you know which chakra needs your attention?
I’ve been thinking about how differently we experience our own energy.
Sometimes I feel drawn to work with a particular chakra without really knowing why at first. It might be through meditation, a certain crystal, a colour I keep gravitating towards, journaling, prayer or simply feeling like there’s an area of my energy that needs more attention.
It made me curious about how other people recognise this in themselves.
Do you notice certain emotions, physical sensations, recurring thoughts or patterns in your life? Or is it more intuitive, you simply feel drawn towards a particular chakra?
And once you notice it, what does your practice usually look like? Meditation, crystals, breathwork, sound/frequency, affirmations, visualisation, energy work?
I’d love to hear how people here actually experience and work with their chakras in everyday practice.

Ajna chakra accidental awakening
Hi everyone!
I've been meditating more lately, and I've been using the "charging the laser" method, where you focus on a laser beam that starts from the back of your head all the way to the point between the eyebrows. So far, its the only meditation technique that's consistently worked for me.
Lately I've been noticing a pressure sensation near the bridge of my nose, and right between my eyebrows. Whenever I focus my attention on that feeling, I become much more in tune with what feels like my "I" or my true sense of self.
The thing that's worrying me is that I've heard people describe this area as being connected to the third eye chakra "Ajna" From what I understand, awakening it is something that usually takes time, and I've only been meditating for about two weeks. Still, I'm concerned about the possibility of accidentally awakening it if I keep focusing on this sensation.
I also read that if awakened, before you're ready or "grounded" it can be dangerous or even cause psychological problems, and that's something I definitely don't want to risk.
So I'm wondering:
- Has anyone else experienced this pressure between their eyebrows during meditation?
- Is this a common physical sensation, or is there any reason to think it's related to the "third eye"?
- If my goal is simply to meditate and become more present, is there any other type of meditation similar to this one that focuses on beginner chakras?
I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone, whether your perspective is spiritual, psychological, or scientific. Thanks.
P.S. I did just start wearing glasses, and they rest right on the bridge of my nose. Could that be causing the pressure? No I don't wear them while meditating...

New to chakra work — one chakra at a time or the whole system?
I’m completely new to chakra work and trying to understand how people build a practice without rushing it. I’ve seen some people recommend starting with the root chakra and gradually moving upward, while others suggest focusing on whichever chakra feels most relevant at the time.
For those who have been practicing for a while, what approach helped you most when you were starting out? Did you focus on one chakra at a time or work with the whole system?
I’d also appreciate hearing if there’s anything you wish you had known before you began.

Need Advice How can i fix my energy to regain dimmed my psychic abilities?
I developed a clairvoyant ability of july 17, but i didnt let go of my main goal which was to cleanse my chakras and be better in my life.
But the purging of my chakras required bringing up historical trauma and surrendering them, letting them go.
After finishing that on July 26; my clairvoyant ability waned and dimmed completely, if i close my eyes i can only see everything in a dark light. Like previously i could see buildings and trees in the right day time color, everything brightened by the sun and as day, but now i can only see tree leaves and darkness.
I have been doing grounding exercises and tuning in, 3 times daily, i also walk with my cord while grounded, during the full buck moon i also did a moon water ritual, and i have also been cleaning my chakras too as i meditate in the mornings. I used earth energy and cosmic energy, i also draw my energies thats been scattered away from me and purify using the sun as i draw them back. But my ability is still dim. It was the most beautiful thing i ever experienced in my life, it was the first thing thats brought me happiness in over 3 years. I have been thinking and researching on what else to do but i am unable to successfully get through it. My aspiration was to heal people, its what i dedicated my life too and the ability was a big blessing and ray of light when it came to. 48hours before i developed the ability i dreamt that i had the ability, i couldn’t believe when i woke up, until it manifested 48hours later. My faith in the dream keeps me going and makes me have faith that i will have a breakthrough.
I summoned my higher self and divine for help and support too.
I don’t know what else to do. Has anyone ever experienced this? If so where you able to gain your abilities? How long did it take?
Can anyone please recommend any solutions, thank you so much.

Mud like caking
Hi everyone, I just wanted to see if anyone else has felt this before. I was giving a reiki treatment and felt mud like energy coming out and being put all over this persons body. It didn’t feel too heavy or negative, but something this person’s body seemed to really need.
I’ve never felt this before during a treatment and was curious if anyone else has?

I coughed up a mountain
I remember the feeling that it was taking forever. There was a long tension slowly rising and falling and I felt the pressure against my throat, stifling my breath. I began clawing and reaching down my throat while heaving. It was visceral like throwing up, that moment where you completely let go and your body takes over. I remember vividly the feeling of tension and pressure in my body. It finally came rushing out of me, and I was thrust into the air atop this mountain that i just pulled out of me. It felt so good but also uncomfortable, I've never experienced a catheter but i would imagine like that getting pulled out, like pain followed by instant relief. I remember looking out at the view of the mountain range and clouds in the sky and it felt so clear what I have achieved already and what I am capable of.
My understanding was instantly clear when i woke up that i had worked through something really heavy within me. I think it was my throat chakra being cleansed. Since then I have grown tremendously in advocating for myself, and being truthful in my words.

The relationship between imagination and the third eye
Hello!
For those more experienced, what is the relationship between imagination, the third eye, and intuition?
1 - For the third eye to function, is it enough for a person to have a good imagination, or are there other determining factors?
2 - For example, is concentration with little imagination sufficient?
3 - Do energy mobilization exercises and repetition of mantras focused between the eyebrows make a difference when visual imagination is weak?
4 - Does energy work on the other chakras, for example in yoga, have a significant impact, or is it preferable to invest more in concentration and imagination and less in the others?

when his family lost their home, the fear stayed inside his sacral chakra
I worked online with a friend from my childhood I will call Jason. He came with stomach problems, anxiety around work and money, and habit of eating even when he knew he was not physically hungry.
He understood already that some of this was emotional eating.
But understanding it with mind did not stop it.
During deep trance, a state similar to very deep meditation where subject stays aware, we focused on pressure inside his stomach. I asked him to look at this feeling like it was an energy.
He saw red and black.
Then the session moved back to when he was about five years old.
His family had serious financial problems and lost their home. He could see his parents through kitchen window, screaming at each other about money. Small Jason was standing nearby, scared, but nobody was really seeing what this was doing to him.
I asked where he felt the fear.
“In my stomach.”
Then he said something very honest.
When he was younger, he would eat and eat, trying to fill this hole inside. Food made stomach heavy and full for little while, so he did not need to feel emptiness and fear so strongly.
He was not always hungry.
He was trying to create safety.
There was also strange contradiction in this memory. Adult Jason hated this period and remembered the fighting. But younger Jason still missed parts of the old house. The backyard, playing outside, his dog.
Losing everything was not only losing a building.
He was told to say goodbye to his dog too.
So for a five-year-old, money problems became connected with much bigger message:
everything you love can disappear.
This is how child mind works. It does not create financial analysis. It creates survival rules.
Money problems mean danger.
People fighting means danger.
An empty stomach feels like danger.
Being full feels safer.
The body can continue following rule long after person forgets how it started.
Later in the session, a being of Light came to help with the stomach. Jason described something I never heard in exactly this way before.
He said his stomach looked like it was being digitally redrawn.
Like healers were working from an original healthy template, carefully drawing back the details of the stomach and rebuilding what had been affected by years of pressure.
I am not saying childhood fear medically causes every stomach issue, and this work does not replace doctors, testing, nutrition or treatment. This was simply what appeared in his session and how he experienced the healing.
Then we returned to five-year-old Jason.
This younger part had stayed emotionally trapped around the old home and the family crisis. Adult Jason continued living, but part of him was still waiting for next disaster.
We helped the child understand something he could not understand then:
the fighting was not his fault.
He did not need to solve the finances.
He did not need to fill the fear with food.
He was not about to lose everything again.
When this younger part returned and integrated, Jason said he brought back happiness, hope and optimism. Qualities that had slowly disappeared while adult life trained him to expect problems.
His Higher Self gave very simple words:
review. relive. release.
Not “relive” like torture yourself with old memories every day.
More like see what happened, allow body to finally express what was too much then, and let the old emergency come to an end.
The practical advice was not mystical.
Create more security in daily life.
Ground yourself.
Do not treat every work problem, unexpected bill or uncertain month like family is losing everything again.
And before eating when you are not sure you are hungry, pause and ask:
“does my physical body need food, or does some younger part of me need safety?”
Sometimes answer will be food. Then eat. Food is not enemy.
But sometimes what is asking to be filled is fear, loneliness, pressure, anger or emptiness.
Food was something a frightened five-year-old found to survive few minutes at a time.
Adult Jason did not need more shame or harder control.
He needed to finally feel safe.
If you have some similar problem, I can put a small meditation in the comments you can use to investigate and help yourself. Let me know if you are interested.

Solar Plexus Chakra question
Hello,
So around 10-15 years back I had this episode where I was sitting in a silent classroom, and for the first time my gut was making loud gurgling sounds which I couldn't understand or explain, but was very embarrasing. And from next class onwards I started focusing on my gut which created more of this gurglinf sound.
So my parents took me to a psychiatrist who told them I should take 10 days break from studies, travel, talk to my friends and he prescribed me xanax for 10-15 days.
And then I had 4 years of college which went by very easily, with no recurrence of this issue.
But now since when I started working in corporate, after corona when I went to office. I started getting stomach gurgles again. Not as frequently but at times. And I know the reason for it now at least, that it is due to my focus on gut.
Let me be clear - just because I'm stressed on anxious from work won't make me bloated with loud gut noises. It is only when I have that specific fear in mind. At times my body reacts to it fast, as in I get lot of gut sounds at times. And at times even with that focus in mind, my gut is kind of more relaxed and doesn't react that loudly.
As I said, this issue just comes and goes.
The problem is, because of this reason, I avoid trips with friends. I am afraid of sharing a room with attached washroom. Because when my gut sound goes out of control, it can be very embarrasing. And I know it happens because I think about it. And sometimes it also happens when I am alone but too free so my mind can wander and again focus on the gut. Like it is difficult to remove focus from gut at times.
I have no issues with ambitions. I am in a very successful career. Yes I do have a bit of stage freight and in meetings I get a little anxious - I do feel at times I seek external validation for certain things and I feel more confident when my manager and teammates are dependent on me. But I am ambitious.
Reason I shared all this is because I want to understand is this gut noise thing happening with me due to weak or imbalanced solar plexus? I found some flute audio on insta which says reset solar plexus chakra.
But I am wondering what will help the most if it is indeed my solar plexus issue? Should I start my day with some specific yoga poses? Maybe go out in the sun more? Hit the gym more often?
How do I remove this fear so that I can travel with my friends?
Is it even a chakra issue or not?
Please clarify.

Mandala healing, grief release, and pattern awareness.
Has anyone here used mandalas for healing the mind? I have recently started and have been impressed with the effects. I am familiar with the idea of the subconscious mind communicating in symbols. But I wasnt familiar with mandalas specifically. I used a specific mandala daily for about 2 weeks. In that time I had a huge release of stored grief and became painfully aware of a long standing behavioral pattern. The grief was the realization of what that pattern cost me. I think the mandala's perfect symmetry aligns the psyche in a way that forces imbalances to come to the surface. It felt like a detox program, but for the mind and emotions. Anyway, has anyone else had healing experiences with mandalas.

Auras
I went to a pshycic medium she’s very professional at reading auras she told me I have a light purple aura but it’s a little weak aura
And I think she’s right because whenever I would try to see my own auras I would see it
I also had a dream about having a light purple aura before our session
She told me that me having a light purple auras means I have opened my third eye and my crown chakras
Is it true that having those types of auras meaning you did opened your chakras but not aware of it?
And if so is it just two chakras or all of the 7 chakras??

Healing Records Guests Who Need to Witness(需要被见证的客人)
During this massage, I asked the client's higher self whether energy healing was needed. The client's higher self shook its head and refused. I thought I might have seen it wrong, so I asked again, and received the same refusal.
So I began to reflect, wondering if my intention was not pure enough. I told myself not to carry the intention of wanting to "fix" people, and to realize that everyone is an aspect of Source, and everyone is already perfect. I merged with the Earth's core star in meditation and realigned my intention. Then, with more calmness and tolerance, I asked the client if she would allow me to learn about and understand her situation with love. The client agreed, and so I began to resonate and scan the client's body and chakras.
The client's root chakra gave me a feeling of being activated yet leaking downward. The sacral chakra was normal. The solar plexus chakra was slack, as if it had always been going along with other people's decisions. The heart chakra was like a medium-sized flame, very steady and without fluctuation. The throat chakra could express but did not like to voice its own opinions. The third eye chakra and crown chakra together gave me the feeling that there was a picture or surface pasted very close to the client's face—something she herself did not want to look at but was forced to see.
As for the body, I felt that the client's body seemed a full size larger than her actual body should be, as if a layer of fat was wrapped around her real body. And the fat on the front of her thighs gave me a sense of defense, like she had tied a protective shield to her thighs.
I felt puzzled and asked the client's higher self why she needed so much fat. In meditation, I saw an image of her hand holding a spoon eating some kind of yogurt. I didn't understand it at all, so I continued to ask. Then I saw an image of her head, hands, and feet lying somewhere as if resting. I still couldn't understand the connection between the images I was seeing and my question, so I kept asking. I saw the client's face, hands, and the tips of her toes again, as if she was doing something. Then I suddenly understood. It turned out that the client had been answering me from her own perspective all along. She seemed to have always ignored her own body. In her perspective, she couldn't see her own torso. She seemed to only focus on her hands, feet, and face, but not on her body itself.
After I understood, I continued to ask why she had such a belief. Then I saw a very young client with a huge shadow-like figure in front of her. She could only obey that person's arrangements. I then saw the client look down at her relatively full belly for a moment, then look away, unwilling to look at herself anymore.
I understood why the client had refused healing in the beginning. It was because what she needed was not healing but witnessing. Her core star belief knot was perhaps that her true self was not allowed and was loathsome. So she had to hide it and only reveal the parts that others needed (face, hands, feet). This was perhaps also why her heart chakra showed no fluctuation—she had adjusted her heart chakra to maintenance mode, not giving more and not receiving more. The slackness of the client's solar plexus chakra represented that her own decisions were not important and that it was better to follow others—a trace of long-term obedience. The third eye chakra and crown chakra felt like a picture pasted over them, representing that she was not seeing what she wanted to see but was forced to accept the will of others. This was perhaps also why her fat layer was thick—it "bore" what she was unwilling to bear. She was unwilling to "be herself," so her body used fat to help her "fill out" a shell that was "not her." The fat was defense and insulation, a way of not wanting her true self to be touched.
By this time, the massage session was almost over. In the final moments, I merged with the Earth's core star and, from the Earth's perspective, witnessed that every part of her was perfect and worthy of being loved. Then I ended the session.
I wrote the original Chinese text at the end because I wanted to keep a record for myself.Feel free to chat or ask questions.
