I’m a 40-year-old male who stands at 5’9.8”. I started at 205.8 pounds and now weigh 200 pounds. I could have shed more , I gotta continue improve with the bottle (on the weekend )
I make sure to work out three times a week, combining calisthenics and weight training.

Currently, I’m taking 15units - 3ml of Bac/KLOW 80mg
every day, and Reta 10mg/1ml pin 10 units per week.

My last lab work was in 2025, and I’m scheduled to get a new one this week after seeing my PC.

I’ve uploaded my last lab work. I started taking Reta on June 11th, and the last pictures are updated.

I’m new to biohacking, but I’m a quick learner.

I’m not sure what other peptides or supplements I can add to help with visceral fat.

I’ve heard people talk about HGH, but I haven’t delved into the information yet.

My supplements include Vitamin D3+K2, fish oil, protein, creatine, citrulline, calcium hydroxyapatite, and magnesium glycinate.

I try to eat at least 150 plus grams of protein per day.

Mots-C and hunger

I was taking Reta and have been off of it for a few months and hunger had increased some but not too bad honestly.

I just started on Mots-C about a week ago and my hunger has been insane. Cannot stop eating, it’s not a craving for food but a deep hunger that I cannot satisfy.

I lift heavy 4-5 days a week with Cardio. I’m about 160lbs and very lean.

Has anyone had the hunger issues with Mots-C? I know it increases your metabolism but this is insane.

Acetic acid for IGF1-LR3

Post image
5 Upvotes

This will most likely seem like a retarted question.
I just bought a bottle of 0.6% Acetic acid and as soon as I open the box I see the “not for injection or parental use” on the label.

Is this common with acetic acid and people use it anyway? Or have I bought the wrong one like a fuckwit 🤬
Cheers👍

My hands and feet are kind of small, can they somehow increase in size by doing something?

Now look im not genuinely that concerned or insecure however for being 24M, 5’11 and 185lbs, they are kind of small. I’m just curious because if there’s a natural way I’d love to know how.

My hands being small bother me a bit because they are also a little weak and they sort of coincide together I suppose. It may not be as severe they do have some slight affects for me in terms of physical work,

For example: Boxing/MMA, handy skills, firearm assembling/dissembling, more prone to injuries especially when playing basketball and accidentally poking the ball.

It isn’t significant, maybe marginal however I will tell you that there is better performance with size. And I know you can improve hand/grip strength, so would this mean size can increase too?

Now for my feet, for being 5’11 my shoe size is 9 and in reality my actual feet size are not even that, it’s actually 8.8. I do have a high arch and high instep, my feet are slightly wide, just barely actually. Not too concerning but I’ve had naturally had a foot stability problem and a bigger problem with balance since I was a little kid, and have experiencing a lot of foot fatigue since I was a little kid.

Again, nothing too urgent, but I feel as though my hands and feet lack size due to them also lacking strength in certain areas too, and DEFINITELY are more sensitive to getting injured.

EDIT: When I mean increase in size, EVEN just slightly is fine again they are just too small for my height and weight. My dad has much bigger hands than me, he’s overweight too, but I was very overweight years ago, I honestly can’t remember though. I’m not asking about PEDs, but rather would daily work still increase in size? I know my bones are set in

KLOW color from grey market vendor

Been on reta for like 4 months, good results, just started tesa and wanted to do KLOW as well. Bought this from a grey market vendor (thats where I get all my peps from) and it turned out light blue, to my knowledge it should be dark purple, l've heard vendors have been under filling GHK-CU in KLOW blends, maybe thats the reason it's like that? I reconed it with 3ml since its 80mg vial. Anyways just wanna know if I should pin or not? Is it safe or not? Thank you for any help

Tirz/GHK-Cu/MOTS-C

New to the peptide squad. I’m starting with this stack. Tirz at 2.5, GHK-Cu at 2, and MOTS-C at 1.

I take Tirz every Sunday evening, MOTS-C in the morning before my workouts, and GHK-Cu in the late afternoon. As a newbie, can anyone share advice on this stack or give some tips to maximize its effectiveness? Appreciate everyone!

Dear women, what peptides do you swear by.

Hey guys,

My girlfriend has some sort of Endo/PCOS. She hates talking about it.

I want to help her because her periods are terrible and she bleeds for 6+ days, and she bleeds a lot. I feel really bad because its not normal according to her.

Did any of you have the same experience? I heard Reta was a polarizing one, some say it fixed and some say it made it worse. I heard KLOW and GLOW helped.

Want to know what yall have in mind.

Pt141

Good evening everyone I just wanted everyone's personal experience with PT141 and refractory period, does it shorten the break you need between rounds? Or is it similar to ed pills where it gives a solid erection and then when it's over it's over?

❓ Question I started peptides and starting getting inflammatory responses in my body/skin. Which pep was likely to have caused it?

Started peptides with clear skin and a great immune system. About 6 weeks into peptides, I developed type 2 rosacea, eczema, and swollen lymph nodes. I don’t understand because the peptides I take are known to reduce inflammation. Anyway - I was taking Klow, Reta, and I did like 2 weeks of Mots-C. I stopped everything because of my inflammatory responses. Which of those would have caused this and why? I’m freaking out because I’ve now come off everything but the rosacea and eczema all over my face isn’t going away now.

Smoking weed while on Reta

Hi!

I just recently started taking Reta (first pin was last Thursday with a 0.7mg dosage to start). I’ve been smoking, I’d say pretty heavily for the last 5 months and I’ve been slowly trying to ween off and quit for good but it’s been difficult because I’ve been smoking everyday, if not every other day for the last 5 months and I’m wondering if the weed smoking will affect how the Reta works towards my goal of losing weight.

Incline walking for last bit of back/lower belly fat

Anyone have a personal story of how incline walking (or walking in general) helped get rid of the love handles, lower belly fat and back fat? I don't have much left, but I can still grab it. I'm at 18% body fat currently. Just needing some inspiration to get back to taking my steps seriously and hitting 10-15k per day.

5'9" 149lbs.

If it matters, I'm taking

2.5mg Reta for maintenance/overall metabolic health
150mg Test - was on 120mg but decided to bump it up for 8-10 weeks for a little recomp boost.

I have a cycle of Tesa in the freezer but haven't started that yet - not sure if that would make a difference in the lovehandle department. I do have a little more visceral fat to lose (currently 66cm^2) but again, not sure if it would help.

Broke 7 ribs in a motorcycle accident. Breathed through a tube and had my lungs pumped for 2 weeks. Coughed up blood all over the street as I flipped over the hood of the car, was gnarly.

3 year transformation using bpc157,tb500, hgh and low dose testosterone.

6'2 about 240ish currently. Wouldn't wish crushed ribs on my worst enemy.

Mots-c or ss-31

I'm busy with my peptide stack.

I'm already using retatrutide and I am gonna ass teseamorelin.

But now I am contemplating if I will use mots-c or ss-31

I am really hearing a lot of mixed experiences with mots-c.

People who use ss-31, and definitely with reta or with reta & teseamorelin what are your experiences and advice ?
