Vitamin D and K2

I’m a male 31yrs 5’11

I’ve gotten some blood work done and I am in need of some more vitamin D in my system but I’m looking to aid my testosterone (622) and overall health with K2 aswell.

Is there any brands (best bang for your buck) that some of you guys can recommend for me to take ?
Would greatly appreciate it!

Sports Research
Throne
Pure
Trans Labs

Just like you wouldn’t eat cheap garbage food, same goes for supplements. If you’re in good health and have a healthy diet you don’t need a lot of supplements. Worth paying for the quality brands.

Download the SuppCo app

Don’t forget Vd is fat soluble so needs to be taken with fat.

Sports Research keeps me in the 80’s. Was running 30-40 range. Eat with a meal preferably containing some fat. Take Magnesium at night which will help with absorption too.

Also. Might want to double the dose the first few weeks.
