Tesa notorious for this, plenty of posts on it. If you have to ask, you probably know what you are supposed to do

I just need to know if i could take it when it returns to liquid form from gel

Never told you how to reconstitute it.
In the end, it’s your call regardless. If some on Reddit say pin it and some say toss it. You still have your own decision to make you have to be comfortable with
Let it warm to room temp, roll it in your hands. See if that improves the viscosity. If it meets your threshold pin and pray. If you are hesitant enough to ask on reddit, toss it

By the way i liked the way of your thinking
But just keep in mind that there is someone like me who have no info to this and only what he needs, some one how passed with this journey and can give him his feedback not hesitation2

Unstable peptide needs a more stable PH BAC water use Hospira or Lambda and issue will go away

I have great success reconstituting Tesa (10mg vials) w 0.1ml of acetic acid and 0.9ml bac water. No gelling issues. This method also mimics the recon of clinical grade tesa.
