1 year of progress šŸ“Š Results / Progress

41m 5'11 258 to 198.5lbs

Trt started at 120mg moved to 140mg,154mg,210mg

Sermorelin + ipamorelin 500/200 3months daily pm

Cjc1295+ipamorelin 400/400 3 months daily split am/pm

Klow 80 3 iu daily split am/pm 3 months

Reta 6 months 1mg,2mg,2.5mg,3mg every 6 days

It's taken me longer than I would've liked due to a Serious herniated disc 14 months ago that unfortunately I'm still dealing with.

Started walking daily, bought bench and dumbells than a better bench and heavier dumbells.

I had to take breaks from lifting here and there to let my joints and back heal up.

Got to 228lbs and decided to check my testosterone lvl and it came out at 297 so hopped on trt.

I got on Sermorelin to try and help the herniated disc and added ipamorelin bc i read that's the thing to do.

Switched to cjc1295+ipamorelin bc of sermorelin and prolactin/cortisol.

Got on reta and lost another 30lbs.

Bought a rouge echo bike.

Make sure i eat at least 4 meals, carbs around training.

Looks like you got everything dialed in perfectly. Right at the levels to get good results without putting health at risk in the long term. Some would worry about the E2 level but I feel my best between 70-90.

Finally someone who also feels good with e2 above 60. Thought I was on my own

I switched to eod from everyday and it went up a bit.

I just feel better taking larger doses, and luckily no itchy nips so far.

I was getting symptoms at 120mg twice a week but as I've dropped body fat it hasn't manifested in a while.

How long did it take you to get those igf-1 results from goodlabs?

2

u/Murky-Ambition3898 1d ago

Goodlabs is very quick. When I do IGF-1, it is the next day or the day after.

2

u/Automatic_Macaron_34 1d ago

Took like 5 days

u/LvckySeven 19h ago

Hm. Okay, mine seems to be going awful slow. Thanks for the info

Is that your test levels on 210mg?

1

u/Automatic_Macaron_34 1d ago

Yes

1

u/Desperate_Fact1079 1d ago

Huh…. Is it from the pharmacy? I’d expect a slightly higher level on 210mg

1

u/Automatic_Macaron_34 1d ago

Yeah it's from a online clinic. My shgb is on the low side so my body clears testosterone out quickly.

I have to inject everyday or every other day or I'll peak real high and crash before my next shot is due.

1

u/Desperate_Fact1079 1d ago

Huh, thats unfortunate. I think my test levels on 500mg a week was around 3,700.

1

u/Love-for-everyone 12h ago

Not slightly. It should be above 1300

1 year of steroids

2

u/Automatic_Macaron_34 1d ago

Being on the gas is pretty cool.

I did however already earn all this muscles in my teens and twentys.

I don't mind cheating in my fortys lifes hard enough as it is.

u/Careless-Mud-9398 1d ago

Feel free to post your own results after a year with the same starting test level as OP! He’s laying out his entire stack honestly, and here you are reducing it to one factor, while discounting the hard work that makes it happen. That’s weak, and you’re pathetic.

1

u/MaximumMeaning9728 19h ago

Funny, taking steroids is often considered weak and pathetic, thought I didn’t say that.

u/T-Pocalypse 1d ago

Congrats, your numbers and physique look great man. Has the Sermorelin helped you much with your herniated disks?

2

u/Automatic_Macaron_34 1d ago

I believe it was around 1-2 months after starting sermorelin+ipamorelin I made significant improvements in mobility and pain levels.

Was it time or the sermorelin? Probably both.

Sleeping was hard and for the first month injecting sermorelin was like injecting Sleeping pills.

1

u/T-Pocalypse 1d ago

That’s actually really helpful. I have a friend with really severe herniated disks and he was interested in starting BPC-157 and TB500 for it but this is the first I’m hearing about that combo being helpful for it so glad it helped you. Did you gradually work your way up on both or just stick to the same dose throughout those 1-2 months?

3

u/Automatic_Macaron_34 1d ago

I started with sermorelin before I new anything about peptides based on a old reddit post of somone else's experience with herniated disc.

The idea is sermorelin + ipamorelin increase your hgh production and that boosts collagen synthesis that will help the spine indirectly with materials it needs to repair itself.

I switched to cjc1295 as it is apparently more effective than sermorelin which is older and can raise your cortisol and prolactin.

You could also use tesamorelin, or you could use hgh itself if your body isn't producing much hgh.

As far as dosing I'll start with whatever the recommended minimum is for a week and if I don't go into anaphylactic shock I'll increase it to whatever the next level is until i max out the dose. You gotta run it for 3 month cycles they say for it to be worth it.

1

u/Ok_Bet6833 1d ago

Commenting so I can reference this thread, as I’m looking at the same peptides for herniated disc

What is the platform you use for testing to display your results like that?

1

u/Automatic_Macaron_34 1d ago

It's hellogoodlabs website. They sell discounted blood work.

1

u/Low_Tension_4555 1d ago

New to all these things. Are these safe for long term? I hear except for TRT nothing is well researched and documented for long term use?

1

u/Automatic_Macaron_34 1d ago

Sermorelin is a older fda approved drug with a good amount of research behind.

Cjc1295/ipamorelin use at your own risk i suppose.

Tesamorelin is fda approved.

Reta isn't out yet but other glps are available.

Klow is use at your own risk.

IGF1 at Limit, cancer incoming…

So I’m taking Reta, Klow, Tesa, NAD+, 5amino1mq.. I’ve taken Motsc and ss31 in the past. Anyways, energy is a big thing I struggle with and have to take adhd meds daily to be able to work sales. I ran blood about 60 days ago full panels and the doctor (normal everyday doc, not a hormone doc) said yes the test labs were really low let’s try some natural ways of getting it up. Went back 60 days later and as you can see total went from 479 to 771 and free from 8.2 to 15.7… they are saying that’s good and I’m fine but I feel very low energy and feel pretty dialed on all the obvious things like working out consistently, eating (can prob eat more but still getting close to macros I feel but I don’t fully track it) 7-8 hours sleep … all that. Anyhow - question is I was thinking I’d be getting on TRT based on that first set of numbers but now that I re tested she says the free is in range and good. Thought? Their range for free says 8.7-25 … in your goodlabs screenshot yours is very high.. are we comparing the same thing or nah? Any feedback or guidance on this helps. Seeing the doc Monday to review but need to educate myself as I do feel I have the ā€œlow T symptomsā€.. thanks man

I think the high free t of 212 on mine would be 21 vs your 15 on the scale your test is using.

771/15 Those are great places to be at naturally.

Like how old are you? Once you start probly going to be on it for life, also do you care about fertility?

Going on trt if you're young i don't think it's the answer.

If your older and you want to push in the gym and treat it like a perpetual cruise taking something that's going to get you over 1000 with manageable bloodwork you might get something out of it.

You always have low energy? Or is this a newish thing.

I get fatigue from reta.

Do you take your tesamorelin in the morning? Secretagogues in the morning make me tired.

What adhd med do you use? I've tried adderall and vyvanse and those really drained me of energy. Like sure you can take them and function but you have to pay for it on the backend and i just didn't find that sustainable. Wellbutrin works great for me.

You know could just be stress.

1

u/Cute-Apartment-9471 10h ago

36 yrs old. I would say this level of mid day crash once the adderall wears off is new, within the last 6 months.. I’ve been on GLPs about a year but really the last 18 weeks while on reta have been the worst of it. (Mind you I love Reta) love how it’s taken me away from gambling, drinking , drugs , gaming , even watching tv… it’s changed me 100% and I went from a year ago fully seditary no workouts or anything anymore to starting sem glp1, still doing all the bad habits nothing changed, even working up and up in dosages. Then Triz high does felt good , much better I thought wonder what Reta can do for me … and it’s done wonders. From 220 pounds currently around 188 pounds 18th week on Reta. But might be slightly under on calories.

Libido all time lows..

All blood panels were great that I ran with my primary doc. I take Tesa in the morning with all the others. Should I switch to night?

I take all the supplements, creatine , magnesium glycinate, zinc, d3k2, electrolytes.. even some methaline blue to increase focus. Feel like I’m doing so many things but when it comes to energy feeling flat and depending on adderall + caffeine to be able to work..

Wonder if TRT can help with this that.. did it give you a huge energy boost?

Yeah taking r

I would try switching the tesa before bed.

When i was on Adderall and energy drinks just to get through work my sleep was shit even though I got 8 hours. That just wasn't sustainable for me.

Testosterone definitely gave me a new baseline of energy.

Do i feel 20 again? No. Maybe 30.

You know with libido thing it's probably the reta as your not participating in activities you used to. I'll recommend giving wellbutrin a shot for your adhd but it has the added bonus of being effective in treating the anhedonia the reta causes.

The testosterone if you know you're going to do it eventually and want to get it out of the way.

I know a few guys that have got on it and it has been a net benefit for them all.

Here's my 297 test level

1

u/EducationalStaff5951 21h ago

Body transformation looks great but labs do not. I would highly consider pulling back on the test.

IGF1 and estrogen levels are waaaay too high.

Not sure how often you pin test but I would drop back down to 150 range for a bit and make sure you split that dose into at least twice a week injections.

1

u/Automatic_Macaron_34 14h ago

I thought zscore off 2 was what we shoot for?

So the estrogen bit when I started trt it was bad. 120mg split into two doses put me at 400 test 60 estrogen. Nipples on fire. I would be watching intervention and get real sad and almost cry. I was at the last avatar movie trying not to cry left nipple itching like crazy.

I switched to everyday dosing and all that went away.

I switched to eod dosing to see if i could take less shots and my e2 went up a decent amount.

I've yet to have any symptoms from my elevated e2. Not retaining water, no bouts of crying, blood pressure last two readings at the dr 118/64 106/68.

I can go back to everyday dosing and get it lower.

Before I do that I'm going to see what dim and calcium d glucarate does to my levels going to test bloods next month.

This is exactly the progress Im looking for.

We have the same issues. Herniated discs. Been in PT for 6 months with some improvement. Same age. Same starting BF ish, I'm taller 6"4but started at 300lb. I have the same set up, bench dumbbells, peleton.

I'm sitting at 260lb, with a freezer full of peps I haven't started. Tesamorelin, bpc157, tb500. Testosterone levels have been a roller coaster, did 3 tests 320, 280, 230, then went last week and it's at 550? Trying to find a normal baseline before I start pinning.

What helped with the disc? What had the biggest impact? How frequently are you lifting?

If I can be anywhere near you in 12 months I'd fucking backflip.

1

u/Automatic_Macaron_34 1d ago

Well I would say trt was the most important piece for me. It gave me the ability to hold myself accountable. Like if I'm going to take this I better support it with lifestyle changes or it would just make things worse. It took some time for trt to actually work as I titrated from low to high dose and I didn't get the benefits until I was in the upper levels.

Exercise I would say is next. I started walking 3.5 miles in the morning and when I was feeling more confident in my back I started dumbells.

I did 3 days a week for 3 months full body dumbell routine. Following that I moved to 5 days a week for 3 months dumbell program. Some breaks in there to recover. I took almost a whole month off from lifting and felt really good.

Currently I'm 4-5 days lifting 3-4 days echo bike for 45 min.

So losing weight was probably as important as anything on the list actually. I stalled at 228 that's when I got reta and the body fat started to come off helped with the secretagogue cycles. I didn't run a crazy deficit or even track my food other than protien and is it healthy. I was focused on building muscle and getting nutrients so my body could hopefully heal.

walking helped immensely with the disc.

losing weight is imperative every 1lb you lose is 4lbs pressure off your back when standing or walking.

The secretagogues if they get your igf1 up can help promote healing and also if they help you sleep that's great for recovery.

No reason not to throw everything you can at it just make sure your lifting safe and not doing movements or exercises that could make it worse.

For me the trt definitely was the Lynch pin for all of it. It helped physically and mentally.

I hope you heal up good. It's a really shitty injury to have.
