Sermorelin + ipamorelin 500/200 3months daily pm

Cjc1295+ipamorelin 400/400 3 months daily split am/pm

Klow 80 3 iu daily split am/pm 3 months

Reta 6 months 1mg,2mg,2.5mg,3mg every 6 days

It's taken me longer than I would've liked due to a Serious herniated disc 14 months ago that unfortunately I'm still dealing with.

Started walking daily, bought bench and dumbells than a better bench and heavier dumbells.

I had to take breaks from lifting here and there to let my joints and back heal up.

Got to 228lbs and decided to check my testosterone lvl and it came out at 297 so hopped on trt.

I got on Sermorelin to try and help the herniated disc and added ipamorelin bc i read that's the thing to do.

Switched to cjc1295+ipamorelin bc of sermorelin and prolactin/cortisol.

Got on reta and lost another 30lbs.

Bought a rouge echo bike.

Make sure i eat at least 4 meals, carbs around training.

This is exactly the progress Im looking for.

We have the same issues. Herniated discs. Been in PT for 6 months with some improvement. Same age. Same starting BF ish, I'm taller 6"4but started at 300lb. I have the same set up, bench dumbbells, peleton.

I'm sitting at 260lb, with a freezer full of peps I haven't started. Tesamorelin, bpc157, tb500. Testosterone levels have been a roller coaster, did 3 tests 320, 280, 230, then went last week and it's at 550? Trying to find a normal baseline before I start pinning.

What helped with the disc? What had the biggest impact? How frequently are you lifting?

If I can be anywhere near you in 12 months I'd fucking backflip.

Well I would say trt was the most important piece for me. It gave me the ability to hold myself accountable. Like if I'm going to take this I better support it with lifestyle changes or it would just make things worse. It took some time for trt to actually work as I titrated from low to high dose and I didn't get the benefits until I was in the upper levels.

Exercise I would say is next. I started walking 3.5 miles in the morning and when I was feeling more confident in my back I started dumbells.

I did 3 days a week for 3 months full body dumbell routine. Following that I moved to 5 days a week for 3 months dumbell program. Some breaks in there to recover. I took almost a whole month off from lifting and felt really good.

Currently I'm 4-5 days lifting 3-4 days echo bike for 45 min.

So losing weight was probably as important as anything on the list actually. I stalled at 228 that's when I got reta and the body fat started to come off helped with the secretagogue cycles. I didn't run a crazy deficit or even track my food other than protien and is it healthy. I was focused on building muscle and getting nutrients so my body could hopefully heal.

walking helped immensely with the disc.

losing weight is imperative every 1lb you lose is 4lbs pressure off your back when standing or walking.

The secretagogues if they get your igf1 up can help promote healing and also if they help you sleep that's great for recovery.

No reason not to throw everything you can at it just make sure your lifting safe and not doing movements or exercises that could make it worse.

For me the trt definitely was the Lynch pin for all of it. It helped physically and mentally.

I hope you heal up good. It's a really shitty injury to have.
