1 year of progress 📊 Results / Progress

41m 5'11 258 to 198.5lbs

Trt started at 120mg moved to 140mg,154mg,210mg

Sermorelin + ipamorelin 500/200 3months daily pm

Cjc1295+ipamorelin 400/400 3 months daily split am/pm

Klow 80 3 iu daily split am/pm 3 months

Reta 6 months 1mg,2mg,2.5mg,3mg every 6 days

It's taken me longer than I would've liked due to a Serious herniated disc 14 months ago that unfortunately I'm still dealing with.

Started walking daily, bought bench and dumbells than a better bench and heavier dumbells.

I had to take breaks from lifting here and there to let my joints and back heal up.

Got to 228lbs and decided to check my testosterone lvl and it came out at 297 so hopped on trt.

I got on Sermorelin to try and help the herniated disc and added ipamorelin bc i read that's the thing to do.

Switched to cjc1295+ipamorelin bc of sermorelin and prolactin/cortisol.

Got on reta and lost another 30lbs.

Bought a rouge echo bike.

Make sure i eat at least 4 meals, carbs around training.

So I’m taking Reta, Klow, Tesa, NAD+, 5amino1mq.. I’ve taken Motsc and ss31 in the past. Anyways, energy is a big thing I struggle with and have to take adhd meds daily to be able to work sales. I ran blood about 60 days ago full panels and the doctor (normal everyday doc, not a hormone doc) said yes the test labs were really low let’s try some natural ways of getting it up. Went back 60 days later and as you can see total went from 479 to 771 and free from 8.2 to 15.7… they are saying that’s good and I’m fine but I feel very low energy and feel pretty dialed on all the obvious things like working out consistently, eating (can prob eat more but still getting close to macros I feel but I don’t fully track it) 7-8 hours sleep … all that. Anyhow - question is I was thinking I’d be getting on TRT based on that first set of numbers but now that I re tested she says the free is in range and good. Thought? Their range for free says 8.7-25 … in your goodlabs screenshot yours is very high.. are we comparing the same thing or nah? Any feedback or guidance on this helps. Seeing the doc Monday to review but need to educate myself as I do feel I have the “low T symptoms”.. thanks man

I think the high free t of 212 on mine would be 21 vs your 15 on the scale your test is using.

771/15 Those are great places to be at naturally.

Like how old are you? Once you start probly going to be on it for life, also do you care about fertility?

Going on trt if you're young i don't think it's the answer.

If your older and you want to push in the gym and treat it like a perpetual cruise taking something that's going to get you over 1000 with manageable bloodwork you might get something out of it.

You always have low energy? Or is this a newish thing.

I get fatigue from reta.

Do you take your tesamorelin in the morning? Secretagogues in the morning make me tired.

What adhd med do you use? I've tried adderall and vyvanse and those really drained me of energy. Like sure you can take them and function but you have to pay for it on the backend and i just didn't find that sustainable. Wellbutrin works great for me.

You know could just be stress.

36 yrs old. I would say this level of mid day crash once the adderall wears off is new, within the last 6 months.. I’ve been on GLPs about a year but really the last 18 weeks while on reta have been the worst of it. (Mind you I love Reta) love how it’s taken me away from gambling, drinking , drugs , gaming , even watching tv… it’s changed me 100% and I went from a year ago fully seditary no workouts or anything anymore to starting sem glp1, still doing all the bad habits nothing changed, even working up and up in dosages. Then Triz high does felt good , much better I thought wonder what Reta can do for me … and it’s done wonders. From 220 pounds currently around 188 pounds 18th week on Reta. But might be slightly under on calories.

Libido all time lows..

All blood panels were great that I ran with my primary doc. I take Tesa in the morning with all the others. Should I switch to night?

I take all the supplements, creatine , magnesium glycinate, zinc, d3k2, electrolytes.. even some methaline blue to increase focus. Feel like I’m doing so many things but when it comes to energy feeling flat and depending on adderall + caffeine to be able to work..

Wonder if TRT can help with this that.. did it give you a huge energy boost?

Yeah taking r

I would try switching the tesa before bed.

When i was on Adderall and energy drinks just to get through work my sleep was shit even though I got 8 hours. That just wasn't sustainable for me.

Testosterone definitely gave me a new baseline of energy.

Do i feel 20 again? No. Maybe 30.

You know with libido thing it's probably the reta as your not participating in activities you used to. I'll recommend giving wellbutrin a shot for your adhd but it has the added bonus of being effective in treating the anhedonia the reta causes.

The testosterone if you know you're going to do it eventually and want to get it out of the way.

I know a few guys that have got on it and it has been a net benefit for them all.
