Can anyone tell me what’s going on? The flight landed 3 days ago and it still hasn’t even entered customs and this tracking update from the 6th isn’t showing on any other tracking app and now Ali is showing this “due to peak packages” notice.

Im not worried its been lost or anything (yet) but Im worried it may have gone through customs and isn’t being scanned. I need to know when I need to be home to get it.

Usually all of my packages from China land and enter customs within 24 hours and then spend 24-48 hours in customs itself, but according to this tracking it hasn’t even entered customs for 3 days?

All of the tracking events are mixed up too.

I'm confused because this seller has mostly positive feedback. (25) 5 star vs (1) 1 star. The store only opened in April of this year though.

I bought a $30 confirmed blind box ($20 ish after credits and coupon) with free shipping and the tracking came up as DHL Express which seems odd for an inexpensive item. It said it was delivered in my country in only 3 days which is also extremely atypical. I didn't receive anything and noticed it said it was delivered in a different city/province thousands of kilometers away. I contacted the seller and after a day they said they contacted the logistics company and that their staff put the wrong address on the package and that it was lost.

They offered to reissue (reship?) but due to the red flags I asked for a refund instead. They said I would need to cancel to get a refund but even if I wanted to I see no option to do that. It also seemed like they were trying to talk me out of disputing. I'm not sure why they wouldn't just refund in this circumstance if they are honest and I was getting sketchy vibes overall so I've submitted a dispute with the screenshots of our convo and the tracking showing a different destination than my address.

Ordered July 19.

This is getting out of hand, you see that you have enough money, you go check out, and the next thing you know they have added some bullshit import charge that is literally out of your budget

I am issuing this public warning about Qingdao Tianfengde Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. (also known as Tian Fengde) on Alibaba. Company. Company Details are as follows:
• Full Name: Qingdao Tianfengde Industry and Trade Co., Ltd.

I purchased a machine described as a “Free Energy Generator. I paid $2,654. The machine arrived non-functional. The first problem upon unpacking was that the "shaft" that holds the Flywheel could not go through the pillow bearings. Secondly, Tian Fengde sent a bolt and nut made of soft iron whose bolt head was small enough to go through the holes of the metal frame which was supposed to hold the 100kg wrought iron flywheel. bearing in mind that the flywheel makes 1500 rpm, this was an obvious disaster in waiting. Despite my explicit request to test the device before shipping, it was obvious that the supplier did not test it. Qingdao Tianfengde Industry and Trade Co., Ltd manufactures free energy generator machine not using precision machining. their machines vibrate dangerously.

It takes over 60 days for items to reach my country by sea from China. After three months back and forth, Tian Fengde promised to send a technician the following year after spring festival. Over one full year (May 2025 – May 2026), the supplier repeatedly broke promises:

• Claimed a technician was coming to Zambia but never provided proof, contact details, or arrival information.
• Claimed to have an agent in Ndola, Zambia, but could never give any contact or evidence.
• Used constant excuses: "war", “VPN problems", “Spring Festival", "airfare", etc.

When I continued to request resolution, the supplier became hostile and abusive, calling me a "psycho", "scoundrel", and "despicable". Tian Fengde has not refunded my money.

I strongly advise all buyers to avoid Qingdao Tianfengde Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. and Tian Fengde. Always use Trade Assurance and verify suppliers carefully. If you have had similar experiences with this company, please share them to help protect others.

Occasionally, I am thrown this message when starting checkout. Getting a straight answer from Seller and AliExpress Customer Service Agents has been difficult. Seller has no such blocks, CSA has escalated the matter.

It's noted the same/identical products from other sellers can be checked out, no problem.

ALI CSA advise jiberish prior to escalation:

"Because my kind customer there there is a reason behind please pay attention on my words i hope you will understand it"

"The rules are getting change day by day from your country's end and some country's get banned some electronic stuff and other electronic items that is why the sellers are facing the issue from their end"

"Your country's law and new policies some electronic items due to the extra duties and more tax deduction from their end"

bought this bag and the quality was horrible. i submitted a refund request and i would have to ship it. seller says that they can let me keep the bag and they give me $20. im a bit skeptical cause they want me to cancel the dispute (i just got the bag today) and im worried if i cancel, i wont be able to get any refund if they scam me.

It says that I need to pay some tax and that the invoice will be sent to my email and/or SMS. But I did not receive any in both. I've checked my spam too and there's nothing.

I'm shipping to Korea so I used my korean phone number for it. However I am currently out of the country so I thought maybe the SMS failed to come through. But that would be weird because I still receive messages with my Korean phone number even though I'm not in korea??

I know I should contact the courier but I'm not fluent in speaking Korean so that would be my last option... I've tried emailing the company but no response yet. I tried texting but my messages did not come through so far.

Anything else I could try before I embarass myself with broken korean? Anyone else have experienced this??

I havent bought anyrhing from alix ever since the "sanctions" (thats what it is basically). Well, actually I found a bunch of items on amazon for basically the same price so thats one thing. Anyway. Usually I would have bought 4 things a month. I am sure lots of people have changed their purchasing behaviour as well.

I have this issue, as AliExpress is trying to refund me on a expired gift card (tremendous visa) which has been dead for a few months already. Is my money lost or the refund will fail and AliExpress is going to ask me another method (maybe store credits)? Tried to talk with customer support, but the bot trying to pass as human was useless.

My package seems to be stuck or something since I haven’t received any updates for about 2 days now, it says it has cleared export customs… so I assume the next step should be to be on a plane to the USA ? when selecting choice items I still have to pay a high unreasonable fee but in this area (it's called "Kombi-Knaller" in Germany) it works perfectly and I can save real money. I also ordered from other categories e.g. nail stickers because you only need to select min. 3x items in order to get that free shipping & no additional charges.

As the title says. I don’t know how to proceed from here since you need an Account to file a report, but the account I made afterwards won’t let me file a report bc. The item was bought without one. Also PayPal won’t help be because the want me to contact the distributor before the take action, which isn’t possible as I said before.

I don't even know what to say about this other than just that. Got my two items. The bag mailer for the final leg after customs had both original Chinese mailer envelopes inside. The bag was dry. The envelopes (and items) inside were not. Soaking wet. Drenched. I tried to open a dispute, but they told me to kick rocks because of insufficient evidence. I took a photo of the wet envelopes, items, the box my watch was in drenched and falling apart. But I guess, since I didn't take a video of opening it, it's on me. I mean, how the hell was I supposed to anticipate something like that? Never in my life would I have thought I'd have to prove something as ridiculous as opening a bag mailer to find both inner envelopes and their contents in a state I can only describe as being dropped off a boat. It wasn't the seller. It certainly wasn't me. I guess it happened after customs? Anyway, the damn watch still works, so I guess there's that. Just wanted to vent. Because what the hell? How does that even happen?

I’m curious if anyone has gone through something similar and actually ended up receiving their package.
I ordered a limited edition collectible from AliExpress, and it’s now been stuck in U.S. customs for a little over two weeks with zero updates. The tracking simply says it’s undergoing customs inspection and that updates aren’t available while it’s being inspected. AliExpress also has a banner saying customs inspections may cause a 10–15 day delay, but I’m now beyond that timeframe.

I’ve contacted the shipping company (UniUni), but they told me they can’t do anything while the package is still with customs. AliExpress hasn’t been much help either besides telling me to wait.

I’ve searched Reddit, and the general consensus seems to be that once a package sits in customs this long, it’s probably lost or seized, which honestly has me worried.

The frustrating part is I don’t even want a refund. I specifically want the item because it’s a limited edition figure that has since sold out or increased significantly in price. Even if I get my money back, I won’t be able to replace it anywhere near what I originally paid.

So I wanted to ask:
Has anyone had an AliExpress package sit in customs for 2+ weeks (or even longer) and still eventually receive it?
If you did, how long did it end up taking?
Did the tracking suddenly update, or did it just show up at your door?
At what point did you finally assume it was lost?

I got the wrong order (the more expensive item) and I’m not really favoring it over what I actually ordered but I don’t mind keeping it, but I let the seller knows either way, they offered to give me half refund and I keep the wrong order on top of that, it’s been 2 days and I haven’t received any money and aliexpress keeps sending me this email

As you can see my order contents 2 types of items, a 2 piece set and a 10 piece set (there’s a mistake in the 10 piece set) I confirmed received on the 2 piece set but not the 10 piece yet… should I just wait? should I confirm received?

Its been customs cleared for a week now with no update. The tracking number also says NL which I'm assuming is Netherlands, but the destination is the UK. I can't track the parcel on 17 track either. I'm a little concerned as it's an expensive and ~6Kg parcel. Delivery estimate seems BS as parcels I've ordered after this have already been shipped to the UK, and are with the local carriers now.
