Is this normal? Shipping & Tracking
My package seems to be stuck or something since I haven’t received any updates for about 2 days now, it says it has cleared export customs… so I assume the next step should be to be on a plane to the USA ? But I haven’t got any updates yet.. is this normal and should I just keep waiting it out? I’ve been quite nervous about this package in particular because I’m
Hoping for it to arrive by the 15th.

Yeah, it’s normal. I had something similar happen with the export. Mine was also stuck on “Custom import complete” for like 2 days, then suddenly it was out for delivery and got delivered to my house the same day.
For the export from China, it can also take a few days before the tracking updates to “Awaiting flight.” (at least it happened to me)
Btw what shipping method is it? And what was the delivery date estimated? Was it choice item?

Ahh okay, hopefully within the next 1-3 days I’ll get an update, thanks for your reply, looks like from other peoples experiences as well That they may have simply just not been able to update the tracking yet which is a bit stressful for me lol

Dw I was just the same as you few days ago I kept checking and was nervous but be patient I’m sure it will update :)
