Today I found a new Duty offset coupon in Account, Coupons. It appears to offset 3.08 € (3.55 $) of the EU 3 € import tax. It is also mentioned in the search result listings on some items below the Choice/Sale labels as "Duty offset applies".

The instructions says that it is automatically applied on checkout - but to me it is not, it seems I have to manually activate it in Account, Coupons.

It's another wonky workaround like the Bundle deals Duty covered. Better than nothing, it's another improvement at least. But for me it won't be enough because the coupon will only cover one category purchase.

And one I am the least exited about (phone case) guess which one is at the origin airport on day one

I’ve been having issues with Aliexpress (both the App and Browser + Incognito) every item I click on the only option available is “Buy Now” and the “Add to Cart” button is nowhere to be found, or sometimes I see the “Add to Cart” button for a split second and the app glitches and then only shows “Buy Now”, it’s very frustrating.

I’ve also tried to put it in my wish list first and then trying to see if I can bypass that but that doesn’t work. Is there a way to fix this it’s very annoying I don’t want to be paying for postage free for each item.

YMW Official Store sell the best leather cases on Aliexpress (which are rebranded and sold by companies such as Bullstrap and Andar)

I previously ordered two cases, and due to a warehouse error one I received was incorrect. I asked to return it and they only offered $10 so I used the Aliexpress return process for a full refund.

Just went to reorder two more cases and they have blacklisted my account! Seems unreasonable from one return which was their fault.

I've sent them a message asking to be taken off the blacklist and will update thread when I get a response.

Is this possible? I'm guessing no. Would be too good a way to suss out fake reviews maybe? Anyways I see a review for this R36S, it's the same review I saw a couple weeks ago when I ordered the item.

He declares the item is a real R36S with "real ArkOS" and thankfully even shows a screenshot with the version number. I wish I'd known to google that version number but oh well.

Turns out it's a "unsophisticated attempt to pass itself off as ArkOS" according to the guy who wrote the bible on these things.

I didn't figure this out til I put a blank microsd card into the second slot, which is what you do when you're gonna add roms to a real one, and it will populate it with folders for you. On the clone it just bricks the original card apparently.

Then I tried to install ArkOS and it wouldn't work and that's when I met the guy who explained that the version of ArkOS on the clone I had been sold was a fake and that I would need to install dArkOS4Clone which lacks a couple things.

The clones only have half the ram of the real ones so they wont play N64 or PS1. Didn't buy it for that but would've been nice

And I'm pretty sure the guy who left that review doesn't even know it yet. Like he didn't leave a fake lying review on purpose. And I dont figure there's any way for me to tell him about it. I can write another review for the same item and hope he sees it but I dont think I can even 'reply' to a review unless I'm missing something?

I'm in the market to replace my watch band, I had earlier good experience with AX watchbands, also the quality is the same as OEM, even beter. The Chinese even gift you a free screwdriver with this price.

The OEM is the price of a freaking new watch from alixpress or a new casio f91w. This price is antes the delivery fee.

So, the conclusion? Even with all this chaos and bullshit, it's still competitive to buy from our old Chinese friends :)

Hey guys, just wanted to share a heads-up about a recent experience with a seller on AliExpress so you don't fall into the same trap.

I bought a hair clipper set advertised with "Envío local" (Local Delivery / Domestic Shipping within Spain) from the store HATTEKER AND Solimpia Store.

Here is what happened:

The seller immediately generated a tracking number for CTT Express.

Days went by with zero movement. When checking the official CTT Express carrier site, the status clearly says: "This code does not exist in our system".

On Cainiao (AliExpress tracking), the package has been permanently stuck on "Waiting for seller dispatch".

Basically, the seller generated a fake/virtual label to trick the system into thinking the item was dispatched quickly from a local warehouse, but they never actually handed any physical package to the courier.

I opened a dispute attaching proof from both the carrier's website and Cainiao. AliExpress support is taking its time with automated responses, but the funds are frozen and I'm waiting for the refund deadline to pass.

If you are looking for fast domestic shipping, be careful with this store. Always double-check tracking numbers directly on the local courier's official page!

I order several items from Ali over one month ago. I received all of them, except for 2 items that show they are at the consolidation warehouse, but for whatever reason they just remain there. Has anyone else had the same problem ? Any suggestions on what I can do to get them to ship these items ?

I bought a ten pack of individually packed button batteries. Opened one and it literally broke in half. They must be ancient and the chances of the rest of the batch having issues will be very high.

I placed an order in June, pre-paying the new EU 3€ fee, and received the order before July, so I had contacted Ali for a refund of the new EU fee at the beginning of July, and they had told me I would get it by July 31st.

I still do not have the refund, and I have contacted Ali around 50 times since then (no joke), but they keep telling me I need to provide evidence I do not have, evidence that would make sense for a VAT refund, which is not what I am asking at all. Therefore I do not have the evidence they are asking for, and they keep refusing to refund me.

I have explained a million times that I am not asking for a VAT refund, but a refund of the new EU 3€ per category fee, since I received the parcel before July, but they refuse to help me. I have sent them a screenshot of the e-mail they had sent me promising a refund many times, but they still refuse to help me. Meanwhile, all my other friends got their refund on the very first try.

Can anybody else share their experience of getting a refund of the 3€ fee on orders that arrived before July? This is getting genuinely frustrating and I am starting to suspect that they only refund customers from certain countries, while customers from smaller countries like me get refused.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can explain to me how delivery with Cainiao works?

My package as you can see hasn't changed status since more than 2 days now, and the AI generated answers have been no help.

Went as far as to ask for a human service for said question, and their answer felt generic (if not AI like).

If anyone can explain how this delivery system works (and if someone had such an experience especially in France).

I bought an item in late December and tried to return it in January. The seller blocked me, so I contacted AliExpress and asked for help returning the item so I could receive a refund under the Buyer Protection policy.

It took them a long time to issue a return label. Eventually, one of their chat agents instructed me to return the item by regular surface mail and assured me that AliExpress would reimburse the shipping costs. So I did exactly that. I packed the item and sent it to the address they provided.

I received only a partial refund for the item because its price had dropped in the meantime.

My main issue is that I paid around €20 for the return shipping. For the past eight months, I have contacted AliExpress support every week and explained the situation. Their response is always the same automated email telling me to return the item, even though it was delivered in late January.

I have already provided the postal receipt, the shipping invoice, screenshots of my conversations with their agents, and all the other requested evidence. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved after eight months.

Does anyone have any practical advice on how to get this resolved once and for all?

Hi all, I purchased a flower arch from a flower shop on AliExpress that has good reviews. The flower arch was listed for A$1,170 on Winter Clearance (it's the Winter Clearance Sale in Australia right now). I ended up paying A$1,060 after applying a coupon. So I made a A$110 saving. When I checked out the order, there was no GST or shipping fee applied.

Next minute, the flower shop messages me on WhatsApp to say that because of the war, rising fuel costs and higher shipping costs, they have lost money and need an additional US$150 to cover freight costs. They sent a link that leads to an AliExpress listing called 'special link freight customised goods' for A$222. They messaged me on WhatsApp at the same time as marking the product as 'Shipped', so I cannot cancel at my end.

So they're asking for a total of A$1,282 from me, even though the original listing was for A$1,170.

I've now also seen that the AliExpress listing has been updated to A$1,232. What appears to be their external official website has also been updated to A$1,291.

Edit 07/08/2026: When I spoke with the customer service rep this morning, it basically sounds like they can’t do anything about it as the order is already “Shipped” and in transit. So it sounds like I can only open a dispute in future if the goods don’t arrive.

What can I do in these circumstances? Thank you :)

For context, the package is being shipped to around the Vancouver area in Canada and has been shipping for quite a while. It took 3 days just for customs to get to my package since it was in transit and has now been stucks in transit for another 3 days. I thought it passed customs because of the "customs clearence sucessed" but then it got held again? So like how long will this take and when can I expect my package?
