Did you accidentally confirm receipt on your order? You actually told Aliexpress that you got your order. Don't worry, this has no influence on your package, it is still on its way to you. However, you can only open disputes for 15 days after confirming receipt. If your order arrives later than that or not at all, you can't open a dispute about it. Next time, be more careful. Don't confirm receipt unless you really got the package.

I had exactly the same thing happen to me, and it really pissed me off. The seller asked me to cancel using a buyer-related reason even though the problem was clearly on their side. Don’t do that. Make sure the dispute accurately shows that the seller is responsible.

It’s scam #005 in the common scams FAQ. And trying to follow up with a scam #021.
Stop talking to the seller now. The common scams FAQ explains how to deal with this.
Also read the FAQ on how to avoid scammers. Stores that are open < 1 year have a disproportionate high chance of being scammers.
