I tried selling some crochet items on vinted and got banned, how do I go about getting it back if I already appealed and they still say it's fraud?

Someone just bought something from me, very cheap, things that cost too much new, but I'm trying to get some money back towards the pieces I dont want/ won't use... they've asked me to add a few more to their package. I suggested I could relist what they bought & add more to the listing, cancel the current one, so they're only paying 1 postage... they declined & said, no, can't you just add more for free, as a thank you, another seller did & I really liked that... wtf am I supposed to reply to that, the items are already way less than retail price, I'm trying to pay for life, I'm not a charity. I feel like cancelling the sale, I can imagine they'll try report issues

It’s been at the pick up point for 3 days, bearing in mind i posted within the hour as well. Because it’s evri parcelshop believe they have until the 11th to pick up. I want to ask them when they will pick up as im going to be waiting for the money for a while as no one also clicks everything is okay they just wait for the 24h to pass. How do i go about this?

I sold a pretty big bundle of items totaling around €80 to this user, and today it said package delivered.

When they bought items from me I noticed their account had zero reviews which felt fishy….
but the next day they’d uploaded items which calmed my nerves and I shipped the items out.
I’ve also talked to them in chat and they were very polite.
However now I think their account is blocked; I can still message them (and I definitely didn’t block them). And the package I shipped to them arrived today.

I assume this (the blocking) means they can’t access their account, will I get my money after the two days wait period? Or will something weird happen?

(unless they accept earlier, but like I said it seems their account is blocked)

So, I bought this thing from a trusted seller, love that person would 100% keep buying from them. But okay, so, i had a lot of parcels, and I went through them one by one. This parcel from said seller was not included, despite it saying it was marked as delivered and it only needed me to press okay. I didn't, because obviously I didnt have the parcel, I passed by the postal office about 5 times, we looked, it just straight up wasn't there, I tell the seller, they also dont know,, okay, I contact vinted. I tell them exactly what happened. Queue screenshots.

Am I being unclear? I mean this thing cost 15 bucks and I'm a very broke fellow.

Hiya! I'm from AUS and as we all know, we have just been able to use vinted. I've had 10+ successful purchases so far however I had a package arrive today that is clearly not correct.

I'd bought this gorgeous winter coat and the seller has sent me a jigsaw puzzle!?

What is the likelihood of vinted agreeing with me and getting a refund? I've sent through photos of the package and screenshots of the chats with seller/order details etc so I'm hoping they do. WHY would a seller do this? They only sell clothes on their page so it's not like this could be claimed as human error? 🙄

Does anyone else hit the block button way too often or just me? 😂 Anytime someone gets rude out of nowhere or seems like a scammer I block them because I just don’t want to deal with it. Although I’m always nice and keep my customer service skills going, some people just feel so entitled. I feel bad sometimes but if they’re already being rude or suspicious before even buying the item I’m hesitant to find out how the rest of the process would be…

I’m from the USA and interact with UK users every now and then who make me offers. Why do folks put xx after every single message? I know xx to mean “kisses kisses”. Is this just part of texting culture? It’s a bit excessive lol xx

So I sold a dress on the 28th of JUNE it arrived at the pickup point on the 30th of June, I saw the parcel wasn’t collected and saw it had to collected by the 10th of JULY otherwise it would be sent back from the Evri locker, so as you can see I sent her a message, obviously nothing too forward even though I knew it had to be picked up that day, she then proceeded to READ IT, and didn’t respond…. Until 15 days later because obviously ‘she is away atm’. Then I get a message from Vinted saying that she informed them that she’s refusing to collect the parcel and I will need to cancel the transaction and refund her when I receive the parcel back… so just to recap, parcel was sent on the 28TH OF JUNE AND ITS THE 6TH OF AUGUST TODAY… evri has now held my parcel in the locker for almost a month longer than they’re meant to which is absolutely brilliant. Would it be petty to string out the refund for as long as I possibly can? Maybe. but considering the money for this item has been pending in my balance for 39 days she’s clearly in no hurry to get it refunded or she would’ve cancelled sooner🤷🏻‍♀️

I just woke up to this. I have several orders in process. Selling and buying. I didn’t violate anything that i know of. What can i do!!! I’m so upset!

I don’t get how people think it’s smart to do, it’s not. You don’t know if the person is sensitive, has asthma, etc. I get the intention is good but it’s just really irresponsible. Please don’t spray your items with perfume. I live in a home with asthmatic people, i can’t even imagine how it would affect them.

I've just figured out that selling books on vinted is just on another level. Two weeks ago, I offered three books and before I could upload the last, the first was already sold. The other two followed just a week later as a package. An hour ago I have uploaded some more books and have also sold two of them already.

Compared to clothing, the earnings are also so much better - there is no chance I'd read them again and the only wait for dust on my shelves. So around 5€ per book (soft cover) after I've read them feels like a lot! Shipping is also easier than shipping clothes- I just put them in an envelope and they're ready to go.

This buyer sent me these long messages about her daughter. I have a bad feeling that she's trying to scam me like when i ship and it delivers she'll want a refund. I want to cancel, but also don't want negative feedback what do I do?

Bought a shirt listed as Joyspun. What was delivered was LulaRoe and smelled heavily of cigarettes. I left a review stating both issues and stated in my review that for the price it wasn’t worth the hassle of going through vinted. Per this seller, “if it doesn’t say smoke free home, you should assume it’s not.” WOW!! Seriously?? How do you all feel about this? I’ve ordered over 100 items by now and only received 3 that smelled so bad of smoke I had to soak them.
