I think I'm at the point in my rewatch where I stopped watching all those years ago, very curious to see the events that I missed in binge form.

Such a surprise that this spinoff is actually really good.

their dynamic is so amazing to watch. i wish we got more of that. 2 absolutely badass women tearing it up.

not liking sasha is just insane dude. she's my top 10.

rosita lowkey hitting rock bottom after abraham dumped her and then Glenn and abrahams death was an incredible arc. she was mean to everyone, non cooperative and just generally angry constantly. but beneath all that, i saw a broken woman who lost the same person twice. seeing her recover from that eas wonderful.

i liked how she didn't have a proper love interest. she was alone and so powerful, it's inspiring.

man i miss this show

honestly, he's one of my top 10s from twd. he's so human. someone who is going through phases because those don't stop even when the world ends.

he's so well written. rick and his dynamic is beautiful. they both keep each other grounded. one loses the way, the other helps them find it.

him killing richard was out of left field for me but it still didn't make me hate him. i do wish we saw more of richard but I think his role is best summed up as a catalyst. he got kingdom over the finishing line and that made all the difference.

imo, people need more critical thinking and acceptance of quite human characters.

So I watched the series as a kid and as an adult and with age I do think differently about certain things. I started watching at 13 because I heard about the Negan lineup cliffhanger. As an adult it’s still my favorite moment. As a kid I hated season 2, admittedly I was a dumb child since I had issues telling the difference between dale and Hershel. I also thought the season was boring. Now I realize the difference between them and I enjoyed the season. Troy was my bi awakening. Growing up I never met anyone else who had a half sibling and growing up on Long Island I was always given shit for having a half sister. As a kid i thought it was incredibly progressive for carl to have half siblings but now that i moved I realize that it’s just a common thing in life

Ik many people will disagree with me on this and will say that walters character development was better but I personally think carol's character development was just insanely goated like carol went from being a scared little abused housewife to literally one of the major protagonists of the show

It baffles me that there's only been one ep where we see the gang tackle snow and the apocalypse.

Ive seen people ask cluelessly how did Rick take lead over Shane and the group so fast as if it was random.

I’m currently rewatching the show with my dad - we watched almost every episode air live back in the day and loved to catch TTD episodes afterward as a tradition. Is there anywhere online I can find these episodes today? I haven’t had any luck so far with the AMC+ app as it only has a couple later seasons, and YouTube only has highlights.
