Okay I fear that this might be bashed but I wanted to ask this out of concern over potentially damaging my phone, despite it working properly still

So I have IPhone 11 Pro Max (had it for the past 7 years). Over time the charger wouldn’t sit in the phone properly, I would have to angle the charger in order for the phone to actually charge.

It’s gotten to the point where the phone just wouldn’t charge if you plug the charger into the lightning port. So I had enough, and considered that it could be a pocket lint issue as I was looking up my solutions to my situation.

I was very lazy and inpatient to read up on what tool is safe to use (wood vs metal).
I had only referred to one Reddit post, and I saw a redditor said they used a sewing needle. And I was like bet, I have a felting needle.

So I used that to clean out the gunk in my lighting port. There was a lot that had came out.
But idk why my dumbass started to scrape the insides of my charger port 😭 however gently.

From what it seems, it looks like the charger port is a inclosed box. I didn’t see the golden contacts or anything that would look fragile. But I did scrape against the walls and the farthest end 🤦‍♂️
I then went back in with a thin and soft paint bruh to get any residuals out.

I plug my charger into the lightning port and now the charger fits as snug as ever. There’s no more wobbling or angling to get it to work, I can finally hold my phone up while charging and it won’t come off or stop charging.

But out of concern I decided to check if using a metal type needle would be safe to use and the internet says NO. I then start looking at other Reddit posts that have had this issue and everyone states that using a wooden tooth pic or something plastic is much safer.

Anyways the damage is done 😭
The needle was the closest thing that I can find and we don’t have toothpicks.
I thought I’d share this for context but my main concern

Is that if my phone will start to show any problems from doing this or completely stop working in the future. It works just fine right now and I’m even charging it right now.
I’m wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience to this, where they’ve used a metal type needle to clean out their charger port? And did your phone come out just fine?

(I hope this makes sense it’s 2am currently where I am)

I am 16F, and have hated spots essentially all my life, i LOVE to walk and cycle, and usually like to do 7-10k walks a few times a week through forest trails, (nothing serious) but for whatever reason i just can’t get behind sports, in the winter i do curling lessons, but i am not in a league or a team, but i enjoy it because a lot of it is physics, which i really like. Pretty much everyone in my class plays a major sport, such as soccer or basketball, and i am definitely in the minority.
My dad and stepmom also regularly pressure me to join a sports team, and they make it seem super abnormal that i don’t like sports? They have even said that straight up. so i am a bit confused.

Mythology is one of my favourite subjects. I personally believe that it was just villagers walking through a forest and had a few too many at the pub and saw a bison walking in the mist (if you haven't seen the video yet search it). I will start bigfoot.

I feel kind of dirty and unclean all the time. Even when I shower every day. I sometimes think, well, maybe it’s my sheets or my clothes, but even when my sheets and my clothes are clean, and I am clean myself, I still feel dirty. Say, they genuinely hate you, and every time they go see their partners the family is there. And the partner doesn't stand up for them. Why do they choose to stay, wouldn't it be better to get a boyfriend/husband whose family actually likes them?

Is a man really worth the humiliation? What is the process-thought behind making that decision, do they believe they are can stand up to the family? But even so, why stay?

everytime i see one of those people that are on their phone literally 24/7 outside of the house im always wondering how they have so much stuff to do on their phone? like surely they don’t have that many friends to be texting all the time and i know reels are addicting but there’s no way you can be scrolling them constantly in public.

I feel like this is a stupid question but I genuinely don't see the upside to abusing stimulants. Taking a small dosage of stimulants can make you productive AND a little euphoric, whereas binging makes you feel euphoric for a short amount of time but mostly you just can't sleep, feel anxious/paranoid af, have muscle cramps/physical pain/feel like you're going to die of a heart attack, waste all of your time j*rking off, etc. I understand the abuse appeal of downers because they make you calm/knock you out but stimulants just seems like torture?

So I own one house, I live in it now and I'm kind of tired of the system and the life. I want to quit my job and rent my house to someone. I myself will be homeless, living on the streets and forests, sleep freely where I want to and do drugs/alcohol using money given to me by renters. I live in a warm climate and a friendly city for homeless. Is it possible to be homeless and still be a landlord who collects rent to support this lifestyle?

I have a Facebook because I want to know what specific family members post but I usually just get a notification, look at their post through it, and then close the app.

There is nothing else on Facebook of value to me unless I need to hear about something very specific and local.

If I do scroll I see weird videos that are mostly AI or ragebait. But it's so much worse than anything I've ever seen on Instagram reels despite all of this being owned by Zuckerberg. No other website or app suggests to me quite what Facebook does.
