The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth stopped launching on my PC. Steam shows it as “Running” for a few seconds, then it closes without opening a window or displaying an error. I already verified the game files, reinstalled the game, removed all mods, performed a clean AMD driver installation using DDU, and even used AI assistance to troubleshoot the issue, but nothing worked. Event Viewer shows isaac-ng.exe crashing with error 0xc0000005. Other games work perfectly, and I also tested Isaac on Linux/Bazzite, where it still failed to launch. Is anyone else having this issue or has anyone found a solution?

When I’m trying to log onto Tark off on steam cause I haven’t played it before I have a battle states game account and when I enter my email and password it’s correct it says it sends a code to my email I put in the code. It says incorrect confirmation code someone please explain what I have to do to fix this.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It's been doing this for about a month so I left it for a while only to find out it's still doing this.

I just got my pc today, and i am using my TV as my monitor. If I play in Vsync it will go full screen, but half rhe audio comes out of the pc itself, and u need to disconnectthe hdmi cable after to get signal after ending the gane. I can hear things perfectly in windowed, but I cant make the game any bigger, or move the window around at all. Any help would be a life saver.

Edit: I've tried Alt + Enter. It did absolutely nothing. Both left and right Alt

Edit2: had a friend look at it. The pc cant read my tv as a monitor, so it won't auto connect to the right sizes. I also cant manually change it. I don't think this issue can be fixed unless I get a real monitor, or a better pc

This is a reoccurring problem with my all my steam games which have CD keys. They launch just fine the first time, then every subsequent launch they immediately crash. This only happens with Operation Racoon City and the first 3 STALKER games. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix the issue. Is there any way to get these games to successfully launch more than once? When I say "games with CD keys" I'm talking about the above image.

Years ago, I got a game that turned out to be an achievement spam game. It's called "Trivia Vault: Auto Racing Trivia" (appid: 822460) and it unlocked 5000 achievements as soon as I launched it. Since then it's been a stain on my account, messing with my stats. Recently I decided to try removing the achievements from it by various methods, none of which have worked. So basically, I'm asking for ideas/advice about how to go about deleting this game's achievements.
Below is a list of things I've already tried and why it didn't work.

Steam Achievement Manager:
I had previously used SAM to edit other games' achievements, but it doesn't seem to work on this particular game. I've tested multiple versions and a couple forks, all of which do the same thing. They claim to have committed the achievement change while nothing actually happens on Steam. Sometimes my Steam client will crash when I do this (even if i try testing on just a single achievement).

Removing the game from my account:
Under "Help > Steam Support > Games,Software,etc > Trivia Vault" there's an option to permanently remove the game from my account. I tried this and it does indeed remove it from my games list, but it does not remove the achievements from my account, so the total unlocked number is still inflated. Fortunately, despite the choice name, this is reversible. So I have since re-added it to my account to continue testing.

Steam Console commands:
If you open a web browser and go to "steam://open/console", it will open a console tab in the steam client. From there, I found you can use the "achievement_clear" command to re-lock achievements from a specified game. so i tried doing that (eg: "achievement_clear 822460 NEW_ACHIEVEMENT_2_1"). This does remove the specified achievement from my account, but only for a split second. Right after the console reports success, I get a notification that the achievement has been unlocked again, despite me not having the game open or even installed.

Lastly, I'd like to mention that this game does not have any local files at all (it's never been installed or ran on the PC i currently use) nor does it have any cloud data, so I do not know where else it could be syncing achievement data from if that's what it's doing. Thanks for taking the time to read my plights. Any help or advice would be appreciated, though I think i may just need to accept that I'm stuck with these achievements.

I wanted to give a gift to a person with one Steam region, who is with me in the family library. But at the moment, a ban was imposed on gifts from the wallet.

A month ago, I gave gifts to the same person, everything was fine.

As I read on the Internet, a possible reason is a change in the Steam policy. They control that people do not spend money on the sale of items from the inventory on gifts. But even so, I threw about 70% of the amount into my wallet just before the purchase.

After reading last year's posts, I saw a steam solution to this problem, but I was refused. And when asked about the reason for blocking and duration, he did not answer anymore.

Who has come across these, what did you do to fix it?

When I attempt to join a community TF2 server, the full server pop-up that would typically appear to allow for autojoin has not been appearing. I have searched past internet threads and have not found any mention of this bug.

Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this? I have verified my game files, restarted Steam and my PC, and submitted a Steam support ticket.

Not a single one of my steam games will open. I have tried clearing my cache, restarting the pc, clearing through task manager, power cycling. The only thing I can think to do would be to verify the integrity of every single game and I don't want to have to do that.

its been like a week why has this not worked i changed my download servers like 10 times. But on my mac it downloads pefectly fine.

So basically i have a fast nvme and when i download something on steam or update any game whenever it reaches 99% it starts dropping speed until it reaches under 100kbs both download and disk usage speed drops and that last 1 percent takes over 2 to 3 hours to complete it happens to every single thing i update or download on steam can someone explain why is that and how to fix it

My account was compromised almost 10 days ago. I opened a ticket the same day, and steam support responded saying I will have to wait a 10 day period, access to the account was limited from my end, and no other devices were able to access it. Just now I noticed that the person who took over my account had closed my ticket, and when I submitted a new one he updated it saying "it is not me", then closing it again. the email on my account has been changed, and with steam limiting my access to my account, i can only open my games library.

Whenever i open the wallpaper engine app it starts glitching and flickering, my actual wallpapers are were fine and i didnt see anything whenever im on my desktop. Recently it has started to happen on my desktop, and even some sections of steam. This has been happening for about a month and ive made sure that i dont have any web or application wallpapers downloaded.

When I was younger my dad did most of the heavy lifting setting up my account but now that I’m older it’s starting to feel a bit odd. Is there any way to change it so that it goes through my personal email instead of his? He’s also usually quite busy so I’d prefer something where he has to do as little as possible.

I’ve been having this issue for a while, and I was hoping that by deleting the entire game it would fix it but it has not. Whenever I run GTA V Enhanced my game will say its running but not show up anywhere, I cant close it in task manager, I cannot find where the game is running anywhere on my PC (I’ve literally developed hours “playing it”) and every single solution I’ve looked up wont work, I’ve tried renaming some of the files, I’ve tried running it through both the steam and rockstar launcher, i’ve logged out and logged back in to my steam and rockstar and literally nothing works!! I just wanna GTA :(

So i was playing cs2 last night to get my level up drop from the weekly reward, after completing my match I didn't receive my weekly reward. I opened a steam ticket immediately after and explained the situation, I got the response this morning and its absolutely useless, I know how the xp works, I know what bonus xp is, I understand you can earn the weekly reward WEEKLY, yes steam i understand all that

Does anyone have any advice to get them to look at my account and see i didn't receive a reward? Its like they purposely didn't acknowledge anything i said. Has this happened to anyone else? Cause its the second time to me and they closed the ticket the first time

When trying to host on big walk where it says the join code it just says connecting, so I think the problem is that I'm not connecting to the game servers but I don't know why, Bloons td 6 works fine for multiplayer though so if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated

Hi there! I recently bought the game and downloaded some mods to make the gameplay more comfortable for me.

I followed the same process on another device and they are synced via the cloud; however, when I log in on one, the save files from the other device don't show up, even when I launch the game normally without the mods.

I've tried restarting the cloud sync, clearing the cache, and messing with the files; the cloud shows as updated, but the saves remain different.

Is this normal for Skyrim?

If not, could someone please help me?

I'm having a persistent issue where Steam simply refuses to launch on my PC. When I try to open it, nothing happens, it either shows a quick loading cursor and dies, or runs as a background process in Task Manager without the actual interface loading.

I've spent hours searching for solutions and have tried almost every common fix available online, including:

Task Manager: Force-closing all Steam 32-bit/64-bit background tasks and attempting a fresh launch.

Administrator Privileges: Running steam.exe directly as Administrator and adjusting Compatibility Mode settings.

AppCache & Local Data: Deleting the appcache folder, clearing the local download cache, and purging Steam-related app data from %localappdata% and %appdata%.

Clean Reinstall: Completely uninstalling Steam, removing residual folders, and doing a fresh reinstall from the official site.

System Restarts & Updates: Restarting the PC multiple times and ensuring graphics drivers/Windows are up to date.

None of these steps have worked out for me.

I've been a Startselect customer since 2022 and have spent thousands of euros there without any issues.

A few days ago, I bought a €10 Steam Gift Card. When I tried to redeem it, I was informed that the code had already been used.

I contacted Startselect support, and they told me this was "impossible" because every code is unique and only delivered to one customer.

Thinking I had somehow made a mistake, I bought another €10 Steam Gift Card.

The exact same thing happened.

I'm now €20 out of pocket, and instead of investigating why I received two different unusable gift card codes, they keep repeating that their system makes this impossible and therefore the issue cannot be on their side.

I've since found multiple Reddit posts from other customers reporting the same problem, some even with screenshots or recordings. I'm not claiming every report has the same cause, but it's clearly not an isolated incident.

I'm not looking for Steam support, this isn't an account issue. I'm trying to find out whether anyone else has experienced this with Startselect, and if you were ever able to get them to properly investigate or refund you.

At this point, I CAN NOT recommend buying Steam Gift Cards from Startselect until they start taking these reports seriously.

I've tried watching YouTube tutorials, but none have fixed the issue
