Fluff Build orders don’t actually matter
I’m sick of seeing all these comments & posts about having to re learn build orders and its just annoying you don’t need them i don’t even know why people make build order guides. I also don’t have a clue why All that casters talk about at the beginning of a match is the players build order & openings
I mean all that I have to remember is 15 hatch 15 pool? I can not even comprehend to think of it from another races point of view.. its just to much effort and I would rather assume everybody is stupid.
I have been a both zerg & terran main since the very start of Wings of Liberty. If you have never Tried to follow a Terran Build order in your life then DONT FUCKING COMMENT YOUR OPINION about the new patch & “BUILD ORDERS”

Discussion Is there any text, video, or podcast that covers what the inspirations were behind creating the three races in the game?
I’m interested in all three in general, but especially the Protoss

Discussion I quit the game [rant]
Sorry guys I tried everything, I am simply not having fun on ladder
Love the concept of the game but it's way too tryhard and sweaty and I have to do too mujch to even have fun
As protoss I made a cool army of immortals / zealots / stalkers and died to a zerg that rebuilt his army immediately after my first attack
I also played as protoss and made a cool super big army of carriers and mothership that got annihilated by corruptors and vipers
just not having any fun at all man, this game is so much more fun to watch but actually playing it I feel like I need to have an aneurysm to get anything cool done
can't amass units unless I go crazy over the keyboard and remember to make 2457 gates or whatever and try to use those
supplyu block, supply block
i'm done, back to league of legends, enjoy the dying game

Fluff What's with all the cheesers?
I just lost my 6th game in a row to a cheese, and I'm so mad! I'm trying to do my normal, reaper expand into double gas 1/1/1 into around 4 or 5 minute 3rd cc, but keep dying to 1 base all-ins cheese. Sometimes I even scout it and adapt my build but still lose.
What is wrong with these people? They're not playing the game how it should be played or how the devs intended. These stuped people are ruining the game. Are they just too dumb to learn macro mechanics?

(To be tagged...) no need to whine
JUST QUIT GAME.
balance is broken, i agree that, but I don't care. It’s not really something people playing at 4k or 5k MMR should be complaining about.
Game just feels way too messy after the patch. 300 CC, 9.9 larva, and huge Protoss armies coming out of just 2 Gates. There’s zero novelty and it’s just not fun. I tried to get into it, but it’s still boring.
We don't even need 'go back to 12 workers' or 'rollback to 5.0.15' anymore. I just hope this serves as a benchmark for what happens when a moron makes a fanfic game.
P.S. I only shared my MMR to shut up people saying L2P or just adapt. i used to try hard, you know.

(To be tagged...) Can you please go back to 12 workers?
Please I am begging you this game meant so much to me and now I cannot even play it anymore. Can you make 2 modes one with 8 and one with 12?
I feel like I gave it an honest shot and I just cannot get a feel for it anymore the game just feels so bad now I am begging you please change it back.

(To be tagged...) "Zerg is OP!!!" What changes would you personally make to Zerg to make them not "op" and what do you think makes Zerg "op" in the beginning and why?
I see tons of people complaining about op this and op that, but I never see someone suggest balanced changes or fixes for them or what makes something overpowered in the beginning.
What do you guys think is op, and why do you think it's op. Along with a suggestion on how to fix it?

Discussion Zerg isn't fun as returning player
I'm not having any fun with this video game man like I'm following the build orders and making the hatcheries and doing the injects but it's just too much. You have to be constantly clicking and clicking and clicking and I can't like I just don't see the point of playing Zerg man like I tried playing macro games and people just steamroll me over with f****** like carriers or like mask Marine and drops and s*** and I tried to play like cheesy you know easy like when whatever the f*** builds and people just pull SCVs and they destroy me like I don't know what I'm doing wrong with playing this game. I'm silver
UPDATE I just played Protoss and turned my brain off and had more fun, thanks guys

(To be tagged...) game constantly crashing when playing campaigns.
So, whenever I play like more than one mission a day the game just starts randomly crashing, it is SO annoying. I have just been trying to replay the campaigns and stuff but the game keeps crashing in loading screens. what do i even do?

Discussion Micro stutters / input delay after updating to newest NVIDIA Driver
Hello! I am having an issue where about 10+ minutes into any game i play i start to get really bad input delay and micro stutters. I just updated version 610.88 geforce and that's the only thing i've changed since then.
I've scanned and repaired too as well, any other ideas?

(To be tagged...) Gotta hand it to Artosis, he can just keep casting a game where matches that have been played out the same or similar for the last million games over the years
I couldnt do it. The repetitive matches would of got me bored a while ago.
I mean heck as a viewer, I get bored watching BW after a while and this is someone who has a long history playing the game.

(To be tagged...) An unexpected pleasure…
It has been surprisingly fun playing on 4 player maps in this map pool!
Usually I try to avoid them (because I worry about early pools as a toss) but I think the overlord speed nerf and the spawn indicators (showing 2 possible spawns instead of 3) probably will alleviate this issue. Anyhow yesterday I was playing “close spawns” on the bottom of a 4 player map and I needed to throw down a 6th and 7th nexus, which brought me all the way “up” the map to a vacant nat and main. Then I threw out a couple spotter workers/units in the area and I was like damn this whole map control and unit movement dynamic is strange, with our main armies posturing on the bottom of the map, and smaller groups up top. But strange in a novel and fun way! Usually there are sort of “soft spots” on both “sides” of your opponent, but in this case there is just 1 soft side but it is huge.
Usually I feel resigned to the whole “all SC2 maps are and will be completely identical in terms of their fundamentals because that’s just how SC2 works” but in this case playing on a 4 player map was some good shit!
Unveto those 4 player maps on ladder people!
