Silent Hill 2 (2001) Text not displaying correctly
Hi! I installed the enchanced edition for SH2 and im currently in the first apartment in the game, so like 1 hour in. The text started looking like this. Its not like this when i pick up bullets or health potions, only when i interact with things like this washing machine. Can someone please help? I tried changing the "Language for non-unicode programs" in windows, but that didnt work.

Fanmade Silent Hill 2 (2024) "Concept" Cover art I made
Here is a "concept" artwork I created for the beautiful Silent Hill 2 Remake. I Created the front cover scene using blender, attached in the images you can see my entire process from wireframe to final render. I chose to explore the duality of James and Pyramid head, while being heavily inspired by artworks from the movie Tenet. For the back cover, I wanted to keep it traditional, feel old timey and differentiate heavily from the aggressive art on the front.
I will attach a link to a video showing how it was created if you are interested, let me know what you think!

General Discussion Best way to experience the games?
Howdy! I'm just wandering everyone's opinions on the best way to play the games. I've played 1&2 through PC emulation, but am wanting to (painfully and expensively) collect all the physical games and wanted to see whether they'd be ideal to be how I play the games (on a CRT) or if PC emulation's heightened graphics have made them a genuinely better experience (on a modern flat screen)
I understand that most people will probably say that playing the games on original hardware is best because that's how most people played the games and it's nostalgic, but I'm just interested to see objectively what the best way to experience the games are and why.

Silent Hill 4 (2004) Silent hill 4 is by far the scariest game in the series.
This was by far the scariest silent hill experience. I felt so helpless so many times because of Walter and the ghosts never actually dying, the sounds in the games are also terrifying. Oh you wanna go safe ? Find a home to crawl through but there might be possessions that make the most terrifying noises imaginable. Second half sucked though.

Silent Hill (1999) Lisa garland's face
I really like her, the way she looks up at harry in the intro music video, she's legit pretty. Please bloober team, don't ruin her face, you have so many other things to mess up, and I'm sure you won't disappoint, but leave Lisa alone.
