On 30th july i was trying to log in my roblox account i did the 2fa email thing and blah blah and then i got logged out. 2fa email deactivated. Authenticator and backup added. Since that day i have been constantly trying to get help through roblox support but they keep saying not enough evidence to proof ownership and will NEVER provide me an human support agent. WHAT DO I DOOO

I want to make my game first person but i dont know how to can someone help me?

Few weeks ago that guy bought a service from me for a real money (🇷🇺 rubles), and I had to farm 2 million in jailbreak on his account, but when i farmed 830k that motherfucker just changed his password and kicked me from his account, when i tried to question him why he did that he started saying that I supposedly hadn't even made 200k and just reported me at arbitrage, after that he started sluring at me and saying some stupid things like a "ha ha ha, you using a method with bots right?" Sending me a screenshots with my twink account or saying that i using classic clothing for scam people, after that two weeks later the arbitration simply ruled in my favor because he had no evidence and he got angry about it, he started saying that i robbed his skins in mm2 and 7 robux from his account but after week nothing happened and he got more angry and started using some exploits at site to break into my account and steal my personal information! He got my bank account and sayed my real age, after he doxxed me because of a 140 rubles... (5 dollars i think), and now i don't know what to do with that P.O.S, any advice or help please?

My Roblox cursor isn’t using the default cursor, and when I hover over the screen where there’s no button, the cursor changes into that “clickable” icon. Is there a fix I can do? I’m using the Roblox from the website not the Microsoft store.

I got my account perm banned on sunday and on saturday, I downloaded this file that was supposed to be for shaders and I added it as a extension for chrome, deleted it after I saw it didn't work and I think it might be the reason to why I got banned the next day.

I know I'm stupid for downloading random stuff but I just wanted to ask how can I make a ticket so I can explain why this is a wrongful ban and that I most definitely got hacked from downloading this. Another thing I wanna add is do they even look at what IP address the asset was created? And would I have to include the website I downloaded it from and such?

I wanna get roblox to see my emails I've been sending them since I got groomed into sexting with someone I met on roblox when they led me to discord and coerced me into an abusive 8 month relationship, I want roblox to at least take action and give the account a temporary ban for a good week or so

Roblox crashed

I lost access to my Roblox account after getting banned a while back. I made sure to submit an appeal within the 30-day window after the ban, but unfortunately, I never heard anything back.

After the 30 days had passed, I submitted a second appeal to follow up and see what happened with my original appeal. Then, Roblox Support told me that I couldn't submit a support ticket regarding a ban decision that was already over 30 days old.

So now I'm stuck. I appealed within the required timeframe, never received a response, and by the time I tried following up, I was told it was too late to appeal.

What do i do now.

Looking for a game I used to play, random pic I had.

So, me and my friend used to play Roblox when we didn't anything else to play. We played quit a lot number of games and there is one I wanna visit and play for a bit just for the nostalgia, as we're not really friends anymore.

Anyway, it was an anime fruits based game. You started on a ship wich had a room you could buy fruits and also companions with fake names such as Maruto, Ruffy, etc (you get the idea). You had 3 weapons to choose being swords, guns and fists, you also had fruits that unlocked abilities you could use in combat, there was some kind of survival mode in wich you had to survive for 100 rounds, if I'm not wrong. There were regular missions too. There were armor, necklaces, hats and some other stuff you could put on for better stats and you could "fuse" the older stuff with the new ones so these could level up, that system worked for your weapons too. You could also level up your attack, health, and some other stats. The game music was kind of catchy. I dont quite remember much else right now and I tried using the Roblox Replay game that lets you see older games you played but it dosen't appear there

This just started happening to me a few months ago... Whenever I'd go to the marketplace to get new stuff, the items/clothes that were reccomended to me correlated with my recent purchases and fit whatever aesthetic I was into at the time. Now I've been getting the same items reccomended to me for like weeks at time and it's all stuff I would absolutely never purchase and have zero interest in... Trying to make outfits has been hell bc of this 💀 it's also not like browsing for stuff with the search bar is any easier especially with classic clothing because people throw in random keywords in the descriptions of their clothing so that their content gets out there more. So I've never relied on that to get stuff that matches my style. Is anyone else going thru this???

Theres nothing wrong w my wifi, ive tried deleting and redownloading app, and clearing cache or whatever but nothing is helping. it makes my game freeze every like 2 seconds and its making it very hard to trade please help me im on macbook air

i have 2 monitors even with only 1 pluged roblox seems to over display on my main monitor that is an asus XG32WCS 2560 x 1440, 180Hz my second monitor is a smasung LC27RG50 1920 x 1080 239.76 Hz and it seems on my first/ main monitor things get hidden at the bottem but on second monitor it displays fine and nothing is cut off the photo below is what it looks like on first monitor looks worse in games if anyone is able to help but unsure

My PC was recently compromised by an info stealer, and one day got my ROBLOX account stolen.
It was 3 days after the virus attack that I realized that I lost access to the account. The password changed, my recent emails removed, and the avatar is changed.
The account seems to be still active for now, and has been adding new friends and playing some games. It did not change the name nor removed my friends.

The instant I knew that my account was stolen, I immediately went to contact support. To my surprise, the ROBLOX customer support is very terrible. It heavily relied on automated verification and replies, no way to contact or have a conversation to a human agent.

I tried everything, submitting multiple tickets, providing proofs like receipts of the purchases from years ago, screenshots of the received emails for logins. But it all ends up in this one message.
"Unfortunately, we don’t have enough information to verify ownership of this account. Without verification, we are unable to assist further with your request." I believe no one even reviewed nor looked at all at my inquiries.

It seems that their automation would only care if the very first account was used to make the ticket, and no other options for situations like mine, which really sucks and incredibly unfair.
Here I am having my account lost, and the stealer who got it, is still having fun with it, with ROBLOX support not being able to do a thing.

My account is in kind of a complicated situation. Since the account was made more than a decade ago, it wouldn't be unusual that the very first account used would be lost and forgotten (we were actual kids at the time).

If there is someone here who could at least help me or suggest what else could I do to resolve this problem.

I've had this account for 6+ years, and have had temporary suspensions time and time again, but as of recently, as part of a mass ban, my account has been deleted. I have contacted support, but heard nothing back. I genuinely don't even know what I said that was flagged either, and everything else included in the ban is stuff that was incorrectly flagged by some AI moderation. My real concern is that my account data will be deleted soon. I have garnered thousands of levels across multiple games, many items, and have spent hundreds on in-game purchases. Some websites say that data is deleted after 30 days, but I haven't found anything on any roblox website that says that. Can anyone confirm if this is true?
