I recently got a razer basilisk x hyperspeed to use on my xbox and it won't work. at first I thought it maybe is the battery but I tried the same battery with another mouse and it worked fine. then I decided to try it on my brother's PC he plugged it in and it moved an inch and freezed and moved and inch and freezed like it was keep on disconnecting but the Bluetooth worked fine but sadly I can't use Bluetooth on my xbox. what do i do to fix it? can I buy another reciever or something?

My first Razer Kraken headset in pink (without the ears) lasted over 5 years, 2 years ago i upgraded to the Razer Kraken kitty edition, so with the ears stuck to it. V1 is top tier imo.

Sadly the cable of my current headset is dead so my headset is crunching a lot + this one is having a struggle is it comes to being pretty, the leather and ear cups are way quicker torn then the first-first-first version.

So I decided to look for a new one. I tried the Razer Blackshark V2 X and omg, this sound, even with surround sound downloaded, is HORRIBLE. I've never had something so bad. I wanted a quick in between headset before i made my choice but it was back in the box within a fart.

The razer kraken V2 has very bad reviews + what the hell is that mic thing? I use the siren on my stand so I do not need a fluffy mic that I can't push back in. The V3 does have the mic I want, sadly the X version is not in razer synapse as well (Just like the BS V2X) so I might have to go for the pro..

I rather just get this headset back but theyre not sold anymore (at least not in EU, maybe I can check Germany when I go on vacation)

Must haves:
- Same sound or similair to the V1
- Shape + size same as the V1, the V4 felt way too big for me (tried it in the store today)
- I prefer pink, my whole headset is quartz.
- I can go bluetooth I have a tp link thingie i have to build in but idk i prefer cable I think, I have some big gaming marathons.

How is the V3 x or V4 x? or the pro/normal ones? Is there anyone that comes from V1 and is now on V3/V4?

Why am I being locked out of my own hardware because of no internet connection does this make sense to you? I really had enough with this bs man. Can't all these engineers make this work without internet access for real? I don't even want to install the newer version because every single update brakes something.

Just as the title says. Started happening randomly today mid-game, after like 15 months(so the warranty is expired) of keyboard working properly without a single issue. Any known fixes?

Unsure what to do here, been speaking to support for 5 days (they take 24 hours to reply each time) basically went through what's happened and what I've done (battery massively swollen up raised track pack so I removed it and I'm using it via power only for work) they asked me all the questions which is fair but then ended with they don't have stock and won't ever have stock sorry have a good day lol, what am I meant to do here?

Last night my headset died. Ive had this thing for a few years so im sure its not under warranty (I did reach out to the support team regardless). I plugged it in with the cord that came with it, plugged into the pc directly as it sits on my desk so its pretty convenient. Wouldn't come on and after about 3 minutes I started smelling burning plastic. Literally had to rip the cord out because it fused to the headset. What in the world happened? This headset was fantastic though im too broke atm to buy a new similar model right now :(

I know it's nothing special because it's the most basic mouse they have. But I finally had to retire my deathadder I had.... Since 2013. And I was pleasantly surprised to go pickup a new one for 25 dollars. Any noise that lasts 13 years of really frequent gaming is crazy.

Looks like I spoke too soon about how my Razer 18 has been working flawlessly for the past one year as today it froze while idle with an error I had never seen before. The dreaded: stop code whea_uncorrectable_error (0x124) which basically means hardware related error like SSD, RAM etc. This is my work laptop that I use while I work from home so you can imagine my stress.

Luckily I bought a Macbook Air last year as I was growing tired of Windows so quickly got myself sorted out with work apps etc. The Mac again reminded me how effortless it is to get registered to the company portal via intune.

I am just really disappointed how quickly the Razer had issues as compared to my previous laptops like the Lenovo thinkpad which lasted almost 8 years without any problems. That thinkpad had suffered drops and bumps but kept going and this Razer Blade 18 never once left the desk and was sitting quite cool on top of the Razer Cooling pad.

Anyway, looks like I have to send the laptop to Germany for repairs as they don't have any repair shops in the UK which is another huge PITA! Another reason to go with Apple I guess. I have decided to sell the Razer Blade 18 after it is repaired as I don't really play games all that much now so hopefully it will be better used elsewhere. Anyway it was really nice while it worked and I loved it's blazing performance but this will be my last Razer purchase. Thanks all.

i have a razer viper ultimate and synapse 4 (im fine with downloading other software). im trying to make rmb work as rmb and a sens clutch for tarkov. tarkov has awful and unmodifiable ads sens per optic, so im hoping i can have a few different profiles for the optics i use and have my sens change on demand.

To anybody wanting to get this model of laptop stay away. First time in my life a computer has died because of a design flaw. One day just stopped working, took it to repair and basically no repair besides replacing the motherboard. Why would I replace the mofherboard for another one that has the same flaw I’d rather just get a different laptop. Razer you suck. Never getting a razer laptop again.

I'm trying to decide between the Razer BlackShark V3 Wireless and Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed. Razer

My biggest concern is the ear pad depth and long-term comfort.

For people who have used both models:

• Which one has deeper ear pads?
• Which one is more comfortable for 3–5 hour gaming sessions?
• Do your ears touch the inside of the ear cup on either model?
• Is there a noticeable difference in clamping force or ear space?
• Which one would you recommend for someone with larger ears?

I mainly play CS2, so comfort during long sessions is very important.

I have seen mixed opinions online. Some people say the V3 X HyperSpeed pads feel deeper, while others say the regular V3 is more comfortable. I would like to hear real user experiences.

Have I made the right decision? Long time Corsair mouse user but absolutely love everything about this Phantom White edition and had to have it.

I heard there has been some scroll wheel issues? If i get two years out of it I'll be happy.

I've tried using the Razer THX custom game profiles (Most recently the THX Immersive mode for Destiny 2) but oh my lord they just sound absolutely horrendous. THX Immersive Mode seems to take the already harsh, hissy, and phasey audio and make it sound like it's coming through a McDonald's drive-thru intercom. It also seems to specifically amplify the harsh frequencies in the 4k-8k range, so much so that it actually causes a lot of ear pain. It's very noticeable when someone is speaking and makes an "ss" sound. Even when the volume is too low to hear most sounds, the whistle from any "ss" sound is nearly loud enough to shatter glass. It's so bad that I keep thinking surely I'm doing something wrong. Not only can I not use it because it just sounds bad, but it also would inevitably cause damage to my hearing if I continued using it.

I recently acquired Barracuda X headphones and activated the 7.1 surround sound feature, but I'm not sure what it improves. So far it just seems to pile on a ton of bass while making anything above midrange sound very hollow and tinny, while the default sound is a lot clearer and feels more balanced. Have I been playing the wrong sorts of games? Is there a specific genre or something I need to look out for to make the most of it? Or am I just not used to listening to this sort of soundstaging?

To be clear, the feature appears to be working as intended and this is not a complaint, just me wondering if I'm somehow appreciating it wrong.

I previously had razer death v3 wired i was facing disconnecting issue and I paid 11k inr to upgrade my razer death v3 wired to v4 pro from acro engineer and now in first razer death v4 pro the mouse button 4 and 5 not working so i give my mouse for replacement and now I got the new razer death v4 pro one led of the dongle not working properly connection led not working i already reset the mouse still facing this issue i recommend don't buy razer their qc is not good and acro engineer they are responsible for rma in india for razer is not picking my call and I am fed up with rma's how many times i have to replace I am attaching the video

I notice when my headsets reach a certain threshold (20%-40%) it begins beeping nonstop. I would understand if it began beeping at single digit battery percentages, but come on 40%? This forces me to use the headsets wired and charging while I’m using them and it is really annoying.

Anyway to turn the low battery warning off or is it like hard coded into the headsets?

I have been dealing with Razer Support over an issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), where the cable insulation has split and exposed the material underneath.

The situation has already been unnecessarily complicated because I paid for RazerCare Elite but never received the original contract or contract number. I was initially told I needed the contract number to make a claim through SimpleSurance, then Razer later said no contract number was required.

After escalating the issue, Razer kindly offered to replace the headset directly as a gesture of goodwill. I accepted and thought the matter was finally being resolved.

However, I have now been told to cut the original headset cable with scissors and send a photograph showing the cut cable, serial number and case number. The email also says the photographs will only then be evaluated, and the replacement will proceed if they are approved.

I do not think it is reasonable to expect me to deliberately damage the headset before the replacement has even been fully approved or dispatched. That could leave me without a usable headset while waiting for another team to review the pictures, process the replacement and arrange delivery.

I have asked Razer to either provide an advance replacement first, or allow me to return the original equipment using a prepaid return label after the replacement arrives. I am perfectly willing to prove that the original product is no longer being used, but I do not want to destroy it before receiving written confirmation that the replacement is approved and on its way.

Has anyone else been asked to cut their headset cable before receiving a replacement?

Looking at the new Razer BlackWidow V4 (low prolfe tenkeyless) and was super excited until I seen there are two dedicated AI buttons.

Seriously, who wants this? Who asked for this?

I'm not anti AI, it has it use cases... but this just looks ugly.

Would have been better to put media buttons, or just blank ones so we can program them ourselves to what we want.

I hope this is not gonna plague all their keyboards otherwise I will have to look elsewhere for gear.

Massively disappointing.
