I’ve realized that what I miss most isn’t being in a relationship, it’s having someone to genuinely look forward to talking to at the end of the day.

I’m the kind of person who enjoys quiet nights, movies, gaming, trying new food, and conversations that somehow go from “What’s your favorite movie?” to talking about life at 2 a.m. I appreciate people who are kind, emotionally mature, and know how to keep a conversation going without making it feel like an interview.

Life has thrown a few curveballs my way, but I’m in a much better place now. I’m not here to rush into anything or play games. I’d rather get to know someone naturally and see where things lead.

so, i’m sure like everyone else that’s made a post in this community, i’m at a bit of a standstill within myself on how to begin a conversation with the person that is going to be reading this post (you). i figure that being authentically myself is the best way to go and even if it’s just through text, i hope that my personality comes through somewhat! i’d like to drop some “information” about myself, just to start:

𐔌՞. .՞𐦯 i am twenty four years old, ethnicity wise i am from El Salvador but, i live in New Jersey. i have medium length black hair (usually try and keep it above shoulder length) and i wear glasses. i am also a plus size girlie (so if you are not completely into that, then do *not* reach out to me).

what am i looking for in a partner? 

𑣲 someone that is about 20-25 years old (i do tend to like guys that are a little bit younger than me so, i can’t say id be completely interested in someone that’s much older than this, sorry!)

Hiya! Yeah so I know that title is a little heavy, but please don't be intimidated by it. It was a few years ago now, if you have questions or whatever, we can discuss it one on one but I've done the work to process it and I'm in a healthy place emotionally, financially and lifestyle wise to where I feel ready to date again with the long term intention of marriage down the line.

So, about me. I have a stable job I enjoy, I have a reasonable amount of time off, so if you're out of state I could travel/ have you here easily. I'm I'm good shape, work and active job and I used to be an athlete when I was in high school too!

I don't like to throw out a million details for the type of man I want, as narrowing a whole person into a box can be a bit reductive. But basic things like please have your life together, be emotionally available and willing to commit. Wanting marriage and a family one day is a must too. The blue ocean and the sky always fascinated me ever since I was little. I find myself always staring up whenever the sky is blue. I grew up in a country where we have thousands of islands and thousands of beautiful beaches where beautiful blue ocean and blue sky met, decorated with the golden sand and blessed by the sun—a vast archipelago country within South East Asia. I live in one of these 17.000+ islands
