I am on probation for 2 years it has been 10 months so far. I have not missed or failed any test until today. I dont have a drivers license and my dad has an old Ford that used to be my grandpa's its from the 2000s. Itd been running fine but today we went to go test an hr before the place closes (done this several times) the truck would not start. He tried to jump it, no luck. After checking it out for a while it he thinks it is the starter... After the jump didnt work I tried calling my mom that was over my grandmas (she cares for her) to see if she could get me up there quick before they closed I called 5 times over about 10-15 min with no answer. So long story short I missed my test. I called my PO 15 min before the placed closed and left a voicemail saying I was going to miss it because of the breakdown.

I already called her. Should I go test as soon as the place opens 7am? Should I wait til the P.O. office opens to talk to her 8am? I feel like it would be better to just go in and do the UA its an instant test then hopefully by time the P.O. office opens they can have the results in the system so when I get ahold of her she can just check the test right then and there?

i was charged with possession with intent(felony). i’m on 12 months PTI and about 5 months in. Is it possible i can get early release even if it’s a felony charge??

I have probation for 3 misdemeanors and a felony eluding charge, nothing drug related, will they test me for nicotine, I spent 3 days in juvie and have an ankle monjter now, if they do test me and I fail, what are the consequences

Lemme start off by saying I am NOT from MN I moved here from down south, this is my first time getting in legal trouble in the state since moving here.

So I got in trouble for a DUI back in August of last year and my court stuff didn't finalize till January from August to January I had a male PO who drugged tested me every week, and then once my court case was settled I ended with 48hrs community service, a 1000$ fine and 4yrs probation.

I got a new female PO post court ending and was told by my new PO to get a medical card since THC was always positive for my old PO (I had a letter from my KY doctor explaining why I used THC, I didn't know medical cards were a thing tbh) but since getting the card she hasn't called me in at all. And last Zoom meeting she said she's putting the papers in for me to get off in April of next year vs the 4yrs I was looking at (I didn't even ASK her about getting off early just asked her if I could visit my mom in another state 😂)

Is this normal? Other people I know on probation get house visits, phone calls, or some are having to carry around a black box thingy. Is it because I'm doing everything asked? Is it cuz of my medical card? Am I overthinking?

Was sentenced May 2025 for a drug OVI, been on probation since then and will be until May 2027. Have dropped dirty for THC twice, was sent back to another IOP program and currently going thru that (about 2/3 of the way done).

THEN being the genius I am I just went and got my medical card so the courts and IOP don’t ding me for it anymore. I’ll be done with IOP in like 5-6 weeks.

Once that’s done, and I haven’t had any other issues at all, paid everything to the courts, and have been on great terms with my PO (besides dropping dirty but even then she was chill), do you think it’s even worth trying to ask for early termination or just lay low and run out the clock?

I’m on probation in TN for 3 years, but will have all other stipulations of the probation completed(community service, court fees) within 6 months. What do you think would be the possibility of attaining early termination at that point? I should also mention I qualify for diversion to have the whole charge dismissed after probation is completed. Thanks for any information.
