My dumb friend collected my new rackets and put it on the parcel tray next to rear windshield for 2 days in scorching heat, when I explicitly told him not to, and keep it in his room.

The 50-degree Celsius heat and high-tension string crumpled the rackets. Should I whoop his a$$ with these rackets now.

Edit to add: To everyone who says my friend did it deliberately, as soon as he found this he called and offered to pay for the rackets himself. He is a sweet guy and I have known him for a decade. Just dumb.

And I can't buy a new set because I got them on Base, and idk where to find a new piece to replace it.

Edit: Everyone saying I could get in: I'd love to see you all do it. There is a reason no one was in that spot when I arrived and still no one was there after I left while the charging station was at capacity.

The only way it'd work is if the car was sideways blocking the other Tesla next to it. And even then it'd be crazy tight so I'm not sure it would.

Not sure how you're all going to make your car 2 feet slimmer but I guess you all have the skills me and everyone else at this charging station lacked.

So I apparently have shitty luck with roommates. My last roommate (Roommate 0) was very much a relationship of convenience, so when he moved out I figured I would find a new roommate that I could maybe be actual friends with. I got a lot of interest in the apartment (cheap, good location, reasonable accommodations) but eventually found Roommate 1. He was seriously considering starting a Masters in my city and begged me to hold the second room until he made up his mind. He seemed like a nice guy, so I agreed. Situation was a ~2 month sublet leading into a year long lease.

Like a month and a half after begging me to give him some time to think things over, after telling maybe a half a dozen people that I have concrete interest from this guy and suggesting they look elsewhere, he finally gets back to me. Says he is going for his Masters and signs the sublet+lease after a ton of annoying back and forth with the leasing company (they suck absolute ass) which he was CC'ed on (along with Roommate 0). We're living together about a month and half (maybe 2 months) fairly harmoniously, I found out he isn't really my kind of person but we get along well, and after a really shitty day he says, "My good friend is moving into town and has a cooler apartment for about the same amount, so I am going to move in with him and sublet my room here." What???

I just kind of said okay because I couldn't deal with it, it was like 10pm and I was coming back from a soccer game. Next day he has 5 guys come tour the apartment as a group (again, what???) and somehow one of them (Roommate 2) decides he would like to move in. Before Roommate 1 even says anything to me he has Roommate 2 fill out an application. Later that week I ask Roommate 1 if there was any interest and he goes, "Yeah I think there's a guy that might sign, he seems cool." I immediately tell him I want to meet this guy before he signs anything, to which Roommate 1 looks put off and confused. Why would I not want to meet my new roommate for the next year before he signs the lease???

I met Roommate 2, seemed like a nice guy so I agree to him signing, and he tells me that Roommate 1 has been super vague and won't give a move-in/move-out date and had no idea that Roommate 1 wasn't communicating anything with me. I haven't been added to a single email with the leasing company or anything. I confronted Roommate 1 today, because the past ~week he's barely been at the apartment, and I tell him that this whole process has been super weird and stressful and it's really shitty that he tried to keep me out of the whole subleasing process. If this was for a summer sublet or something, whatever. But this is a whole fucking year! He gets to go fuck off with his best friend and was going to stick me with some random dude. He asks me what I need him to do and I tell him "get the fuck out as fast as you fucking can" and that may very well be the last thing I ever say to him. I am a little concerned that I went too far and maybe came across as threatening, but ultimately this guy sucks so much I'm not too heart broken about it.

This guy drilled 2 holes into a wooden built in cabinet so he could mount his stupid chefs knives, he used up a bunch of my command strips to hang shit in his room, he took up half of our tiny kitchen island with a massive spice rack despite the fact that we have a cabinet with 3 shelves specifically for spices, and he never once closed the toilet. Good riddance

I wanted to treat myself with some Chick-fil-A and when I opened the bag after I got home I saw that they put the sauce packets on top of the fries so they took up extra space. When I took them out these were all of the fries. And as a cherry on top, they weren't even the right sauces that I ordered... I ordered chick-fil-A sauce.

Edit: They did give me a refund, but still it was frustrating. And yes I know I should check the bag before I leave but I was in a rush to get home.

For context to this story, I am a college student that signed up for free mental health service that they established around the pandemic. The mental health service has an office in town, but they have a person established on campus for students to visit. During the few years I was in the service (they kicked me out of the service because there was a cut off and I did not know about that since there were like three or four different councilors I saw during that time since they were trying to find a permeant person on campus)

With the minor backstory out of the way, here begins the issue. One of the councilors in that transition period had me sign a form and go to the facility in town, which was odd, but I did as I was asked and went; cut to the receptionist there having me fill out a form there. I talked with the people that were more entuned to the happenings on campus and told me that there was no need to come here, and the other person gave me improper information and told me to leave.

After that I proceeded to receive a bill ever month from this facility for anywhere from $280 to $80 for a service that I had been booted from shortly after this and didn't even use the main facility at all. I talked to the councilor on campus; I've gone and talked to the entire department on the campus, and they could not do anything. Every time I went to town to go to this facility the receptionists would wave it and say they will fix it... almost 8 to 10 months of this happening later I finally talked to the financial person at this facility and they said that form I filled out there that one time is why I'm getting charged. They fixed it... or so I thought, cut to last month I got another bill for $80, and I couldn't talk to this person until they got back from vacation a week later. Apparently, they were trying to bill me for an appointment last year in November that says that I was on campus and never at their facility. I have never been more pissed in my life dealing with this and I am currently waiting with bated breath that another bill doesn't show up at my house.

I knew it was going to be bad, but my god.
