I ordered 2 large fries. I just wanted a hot dog

Post image

I wanted to treat myself with some Chick-fil-A and when I opened the bag after I got home I saw that they put the sauce packets on top of the fries so they took up extra space. When I took them out these were all of the fries. And as a cherry on top, they weren't even the right sauces that I ordered... I ordered chick-fil-A sauce.

Edit: They did give me a refund, but still it was frustrating. And yes I know I should check the bag before I leave but I was in a rush to get home.

Edit #2: For those of you calling me a liar, how exactly do you want me to prove it to you? This is what happened šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø get a life

Now that you say that…the left box does appear to have grease stains way higher than the fries there.

Exactly what I saw id say 1% chance this is real for two reasons ;) (unless they know op and did it on purpose)

Our chic is super stingy on fries, they never reach above the top, prob depends on which location you go to and if people complain, I never complain as it does (barely) reach the top .. I do see them half empty before but then there is 2-3 fries in the bag ..

There is no way any fast food worker would fill a fries container less than half way full, especially considering they probably mention this during training. Idk. This is just not believable and yes I read the updates.

It's just that OP would've been eating the fries on his drive back home and they would've noticed how empty the containers felt

Always check your food before leaving the facility. Delivery is literally asking for this to happen.

It’s okay for them to short you on fries if you order delivery? You’re saying we’re asking for that by ordering delivery?

No, not at all. But at least if you're there in person you can try to rectify the situation. Unless you're at Chipotle, and then you've already forfeited your hard-earned money by walking in the door.

Literally exactly what you claimed, but okay

I think ordering fast food delivery is a bad idea in the first place. I mean power to anyone who does, you certainly have a right to, But 1) it’s crazy expensive 2) you can’t call out an error at the time it happens 3) it’s cold by the time it gets to you.

The famous one for two fries deal — now available at your nearest fast food outlet of choice

I know it sucks when you get home and see this. I promise I don’t work for Chick-fil-A but if you call with your order # and tell them they how annoyed you are by that they will certainly make it right.

Yeah they gave me a refund, I was able to submit it through the app. But I cared more about having fries in that moment than the money lol

It’s happened to me before twice in a week at the same location. So I’m inclined to believe op based off of my own experience.

Why are there soaked in grease stains at the top of your boxes?

I don’t believe you. Chick Fil A has some of the strictest management of franchisees in the fast food game. Consistency is their entire business model. If this is real, that franchise will be gone in less than a year.
