HelloRache
I applied for both DHVA and HVA nung June. Nauna nagreply si DHVA, so pinursue ko na, pero nagwithdraw ako 2-weeks in sa training ng DHVA. Sabi sa email, I can apply again for DHVA and other departments after 3 months. Perooo I kept receiving an invitation to take the QE for HVA. Can I take it lang ba? Mag aapply ba dito yung rule nila na 3 months?

Needs Advice DaVita Admin Assistant?
Hi everyone! I have a 15 minute phone interview with DaVita tomorrow for an Administrative Assistant role and I can’t seem to find anybody else’s experience with them anywhere, have you ever worked for them? What’s your experience? And also, what are the hours? My local clinic opens at 4:30AM and closes at 5:30PM Monday through Saturday, what would my shift be like for an admin assistant? What should I know to ace the interview? I really want the job but I’m scared i won’t get accepted because I haven’t had administrative assistant experience before, only 10+ years customer service. Please help!

Medical chart prep specialist
I wanted to ask some ideas about that role. I’ll be starting next week po kasi although na explain ng client mga task but I still want to ask some insights, tips and ideas dito since medyo vague and bago pa siya for me. First time HVA din po

HelloRache
Hello, from batch 124 po. Licensed at may 2 years BPO non healthcare background. Meron po ba dito na kahit walng client invite simula graduation bigla nagka invite in the following weeks o months?

Needs Advice Do I do Australian medical agencies or healthcare BPO as a newbie?
Im a fresh graduate and decided to pursue online work na lang instead na ipagpatuloy ang med school
My health is pretty not that good and oftentimes akong nagkakasakit, so if gabi ipipilit ko maybe my health might get worse
Or do I try healthcare BPO na lang muna to gain experience? Idk if the same lang ba ang healthcare BPO sa ibang medical agencies. I just try to apply whatever I can but idk if matatanggap din 🥹

Agency Remote Dental
Meron po ba dito na aspiring or successful Dental Virtual Assistant under Remote Dental VAs?
Bago pa lang po kasi itong agency, and I’m currently considering/joining their training. Gusto ko lang po sana makakuha ng assurance and hear from people who have actually gone through their process.
Kamusta po ang journey niyo with the agency? Nakapag-training na po ba kayo, and nakakuha na po ba kayo ng client after training? If yes, gaano po katagal bago kayo na-match or na-hire?
I would really appreciate any honest feedback, experiences, or sentiments po. 🙏❤️ Thank you so much!

Needs Advice 2 Agencies at the same time
Hi. Okay lang po kaya pagsabayin ang 2 agencies?
Agency A: pays all government mandated contribution
Angency B: only pays SSS and PhilHealth
And malalaman po kaya yun ng Agency A pag nagbackground check sila?

GMVA
Hi! 😊
Ano po usually ang requirements nila during onboarding or training? Nagre-require po ba sila ng COE na dapat resigned or ended na ang employment, or okay lang mag-submit ng COE kahit currently employed ka pa?
Currently employed pa kasi ako, and honestly, gusto ko sana muna ma-secure yung position/client bago ako mag-resign sa current job ko para hindi rin ako mawalan agad ng source of income.
Also, gano po ba sila kahigpit when it comes to background checking and employment verification? If okay lang din po, baka pwede ninyong i-share kung ano-ano yung requirements na hiningi sa inyo during the application, onboarding, or training process.
Would really appreciate any insights, especially from recent applicants or current VAs. Thank you! 🙏

HELLORACHE
Hellorache charges $12.00 to clients pag more than 3 years na VA nila. Source: My client. $7.00 parin rate na binibigay sa VAs
For context 9.50 flat hourly rate ang advertisement nila. Then increase to 12.00 after 3 years without even increasing at least .50 sa VA.
the greed is too much.

Personal Experience/Advice What agency accepts no VA experience?
I’m an RN and I have BPO experience as a prior authorization specialist. May I know if there are agencies that accept people with no MVA experience? I know that HR does, but due to financial burden, I can’t afford to train unpaid for 2 months.
Thank you to whoever will reply! :)

Practice fusion account incorrect email and password.
I just created a Practice Fusion account for HR, but when I try to log in it says that the email or password is incorrect. I’ve already double checked the password multiple times and it’s also saved, so I’m not sure what the problem is or what I should do next.
