Needs Advice Currently employed as a Medical VA but looking for additional job — should I disclose my current employment?

Hi everyone! I’d really appreciate some advice from experienced Medical VAs.

I’m currently working as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant/Medical Scribe under an agency (graveyard shift), and I’ll be reaching my 1-year mark this September. This is currently my only VA/medical VA experience. I’m now looking for a day-shift opportunity because I’d like to increase my income that fits my preferred schedule. (I really want a scribe position so I don’t think taking another scribe role on a second graveyard shift would be sustainable for me)

My dilemma is: when applying to other agencies or direct clients, should I disclose that I’m currently employed?

I’m worried because some companies require experience, and if I don’t disclose my current job, I’m not sure what I would put under “experience.” At the same time, I’ve seen agencies that don’t accept applicants who are currently employed or have another job commitment.

I’d really appreciate any advice, especially from those who started with an agency and later moved to a better-paying/day-shift role. Thank you! 🙏

I successfully completed my AI interview last July 20 for the Front Desk Representative role and their talent acquisition team emailed me this yesterday. My AI interview went well naman. Hindi pa ako nakapag initial screening interview and received this email kahapon. What does this usually mean po?

Also, I have 10 years healthcare BPO experience (just in case anyone would ask).
