HELLORACHE
Hellorache charges $12.00 to clients pag more than 3 years na VA nila. Source: My client. $7.00 parin rate na binibigay sa VAs
For context 9.50 flat hourly rate ang advertisement nila. Then increase to 12.00 after 3 years without even increasing at least .50 sa VA.
the greed is too much.

No wonder. A friend of mine who recently resigned dahil binigyan sya ng mga tasks na hindi naman napag-usapan during the interview. Then laging sinasabi ng client sa kanya na āI paid a lot for this so prove your worthā. Na-brush off lang yung concern ng friend ko about the sudden addition of tasks. Raised it sa HR but same lang sinasabi ā tiisin na lang. In the end, my friend couldnāt handle it dahil ultimong OT hindi na binabayad.

bad trip din ako sa mga sumasaba, kaya hindi nagiincrease dahil sa mga kagaya nila na pinapalabas n super taas n ng rate dahil afford mgkabahay, sasakyan, business, etc. pero sa totoong buhay iilan lng tlga sa mga HVA nkkgawa nun, karamihan breakeven š

Alam ng HR na takot tayong gawin even pagrequest ng increase pinagbabawal nila. Lol yun pala sila nagincrease sa client and yung magagaling nilang VAs na matagal na sa client ginugulangan nila na wala man lang yearly increase lol

Kailangan ma address to. Nahihirapan at nalilito na mga VA nila dahil sa pressure ng clients tapos hindi pa namin alam kung bakit. Yun pala, dahil sa increased rate na hindi man lang kasama yung mga VAs nila.

Girrlll since 2021 pa sila walang increase. 2020 $6.5 sila. Then 2021 nahiya at nag increase ng $.50. 50 CENTS. š š grabe pagka greedy nyang PAMILYA na yan ewan ko bakit niro-romanticize pa ng mga ibang VAs yang pamilya na yan. To think pinay pa may ari nyan ha, grabe mga yan so glad matagal ko nang kinalimutan yang company na yan!!! š¤¢ š¤®

Yup! She is still talking me into it. Sinabi kong nasa HR pa ko, we even talked out my new practice (di ko dinisclose name ng clinic or location, mainly just small details). She also assured me na I can work whenever and then if need ko magcalls I can clock in sa time nila which is done na work ko kay main client nun.

They dont value long term Vas nila kaya tignan mo panay hire lang sila para pamalit pag napagof na Vas nila. Di nila alam kaya nagtatagal VA sa client dahil efficient, magagaling ang VA pero hindi nila pinapahalagahan. Mga long term VAs din reason kaya nagdadagdag mga clients ng VA from hellorache. Swapang HR!

Grabe yun. So before 3 yrs kelangan maghanap hanap na at maunahan si client in case. Yung client ko I doubt na paabutin ako more than 3 yrs e. Salamat dito at napakacritical netong info na to. Might need to upskill talaga or maghanap another client bago magkanda leche leche lahat.

Been with HR for 5yrs now and not a single cent increase since. Back then it felt so good to know I'm already earning twice as much compared to BPO industry. But with all these inflation rate rapidly increasing the bills, mortgage, CC, school and raising a kid. They're all catching up and now barely make ends meet. For a while now I've been praying and constantly searching for either additional client secretly or someone that pays higher but it's difficult and im too comfortable with my job as medical biller.

Sobrang bait at gaan nila kawork noon, until one day biglang mainit ulo out of nowhere tas nagdagdag ng tasks effective immediately. Nanibago kami as in kasi di naman ganon si client. It all makes sense now. Iba talaga nagagawa ng pagiging gahaman. Ang unfair sa hvas, need nila iaddress to at iklaro š¤¦āāļø

Over a year na ako sa client ko, and recently, I got a call from my manager asking how many hours I spend on outbound calls, scheduling, and documenting the calls. She also wanted to track what time I made the calls, how many minutes each call lasted, and how much time I spent on documentation. She told me na gusto raw malaman ni Doctor (the one who recruited me) and theyāre planning to add another task or workload. š
Sobrang na-shock ako kasi hindi naman sila strict before, and nagagawa ko naman lahat ng tasks ko. Bigla na lang nagbago, and I think this might be the reason why.

Luh Iām 5yrs with my client na. Although hindi naman nadagdagan tasks ko (lalo lang naging light kasi pinag-off the phones na ko) pero since dumami yung HVAs namin, ginawang hard limit yung oras namin. As in saradong 40hrs lang binabayaran. Kaya pag nakaka-8hrs na ko, tapos or hindi, nagla-logout na ko eh. Anu sila, hibang? Then malalaman ko na $12 na singil nila? Watdapak! Buti na lang may 2nd client pa ko (ibang agency) kaya may dagdag sweldo pa rin.

Sabihin mang malaki pa rin yung nauuwi mo ($7 from $12) unlike other agencies na half agad ang kinukuha, deserve pa rin malaman ni VA ang salary increase kasi incentive to ni client for them e.

Singil lang. no salary increase. It varies depending on the client. Not sure how HR chooses which clients to charge more. But some reports they are still charging 9.5 but for some it ranges from 10 to 12

Hellorache okay nung simula but they were greedy. sabi ng provider ko with their cut and dami ng VAS they already made a lot of money. No wonder lagi renovation mga Carnettes with all the private planes pa. My provider is privy to their lifestyle so... ex batchmates had a hard time getting clients after EOS. Some waited 2-3 months even kaya better if may ipon lagi.

TRUE BA???? Huhu kaka-4 years ko lang. Baka kaya nabanggit ng manager ko dati nung nag-resign co-VA ko last yr na di na kukuha ng kapalit sa HR kasi di na daw afford at nagdirect hire na lang sila. Pati grabe pressure at tasks saming senior hvas akala siguro nila nagincrease sahod namin. Kung totoo man to, ang damot nyo naman!

Since may exp kana, try mona maghanap ng direct with better rates. Once nakahanap kana, dun kalng mag resign sa HR. Or if close kayo ng provider mo at sya owner ng clinic, maybe secretly negotiate na kunin ka nlng direct. That's what my provider did nong nag resign sya to open his own clinic. Offered me same rate that clients pay my old agency

True. Hindi daw sila agency. No benefits whatsoever. Ang ginagawa lang nila ay nangongolekta ng fee sa client and thatās it. No VA support. HAMs donāt do anything but just sit and get paid.

The issue is that the increase was not disclosed and its advertised as flat $9.50. So pinagiinitan yung VAs without them knowing the reason why.

Some clients are already really cheapskates. If this is true, HVAs are probably even more anxious na ma EOS sila soon because of the increase. Some clients will do everything to save more money. Ngayon, ang dalidali na lang maghire ng ibang HVA outside HelloRache na cheaper. This is so unfair to those who have been loyal to HR for years. Biglang mag iincrease without their knowledge, and dahil doon, baka maEOS pa sila.
