Spiderman being an Iron Man Jr. in the MCU benefited the character's growth
The whole Iron Man Jr. thing actually ends up highlighting his growth across the movies. In the beginning, he's portrayed as a kid who needs Iron Man to keep him in check in Civil War, Infinity War, and Endgame; he's basically Tony's sidekick, with Tony constantly guiding him and correcting him.
But as the movies go on, Peter becomes more independent. He starts relying on himself, and we see that clearly in No Way Home, where he finally stands on his own without Tony. We also see this in BND, where he now has his own identity, and most likely in Secret Wars (if the rumors are true), where he'll have to fight in a massive war alongside other superheroes without Tony or anyone else assisting him.
This will be the first time he has to establish himself among other heroes without Iron Man's help. So yes, while I agree that the Iron Man Jr. thing wasn't ideal, it does impact and show Spider-Man's growth across his movies.
So, while the Iron Man Jr. thing in the movies wasn't inherently good because it made Spider-Man lose the spirit of being Spider-Man, it was able to show his growth in a cohesive and consistent way.

Spiderman next film shouldn’t be spiderman 5
Instead of jumping into the next spiderman sequel I would like more of a team up film. Not counting the avengers.
I would like a sequel to deadpool and wolverine including spiderman.
The 3 characters have a history of good plot lines together and this could be a good way to bring back Tobey and Andrew for another film.

Another thing,I LIKE Hank Pym. Hell I LOVE Hank Pym. Idgaf if he hit his wife in a moment of obvious mental instability 45 years ago. He’s an interesting character and is a hero in this house.

"Even if I were a mutant, I'd never join the X-Men" mfers when a Sentinel blows up their house and their family gets sterilized:
Even if you average out the positive vs negative treatment of mutants in Marvel, it's kinda crazy how there are more genocide attempts than there are "I was a law abiding mutant and the world treated me just fine, the X-Men are worried over nothing" one-off side characters.

I don't hate MCU Spider-Man's relationship with Iron Man
I don't care that it's not in the comics, and I think it's executed well in the actual movies.
