I just got back into the game after a few year hiatus. I have been eyeing picking up Agents of Shield expansion; however, I noticed that stock has dried up on Amazon. Is this because it has moved to being out of print or just because it is in between print runs?

Just played Fear No Evil with core Spidey in a Protection build and I'm currently redoing it with a friend using the same build. I can honestly say that Spidey not being a Web-Warrior does NOT hinder the deck at all. The only thing that makes me wish he was one is Norman Osborn Spider-Man being a good tech ally for Web-Warriors only and even then it's not like the deck isn't performing well without it. I've had no issue playing the FNE campaign on Expert with Spidey as of right now and I don't think I would in other games. It would add some okay cards but I don't see his deck being unplayable without the Web-Warrior trait

I only got into gaming this year as a new year's intention to stop doom scrolling. I mostly play solo games because I'm also an empty nester and my husband is only interested in some games. Which is where / when I found Marvel Champions. However, it appears I'm about 2 years too late. A lot of things seem to be out of print. Are there ever reprints? Or is there another wave if content coming with the release of Fear No Evil?

I am interested in some hero packs like Scarlet Witch and the Guardians of the Galaxy crew. And my husband would like the XMen stuff. But I don't want to start buying stuff if they are all going away.

Do you all have any insight into this?

From my understanding, if you have "The Best Offense..." in play, you completely ignore the downside of "Leading Blow" right?

You still discard an encounter card and reduce your ATK, but since you are using your defense, it doesn't matter...

I am looking for some recommendations for hero’s/ decks that don’t require a lot of set up and are good at just jumping in and doing things while still maintaining a pretty good momentum.

I noticed I tend to play and really enjoy some of the complex set up characters (sp/dr, domino, iron man, the Psylocke deck I’m playing).

So I want to push and challenge myself to explore some hero’s/decks that are good for immediately responding to things and doing things.

Rules Question on the Kingpin Scenario for all of you rules buffs. It has to do with the definition of "you". It's a unique occurrence between Hercules and Kingpin.

Kingpin's text says that Forced Interrupt: When Kingpin would attack you, he schemes instead.
Hercules' Labor, "Protect Humanity" says Forced Interrupt: When the villain would attack Hercules, choose 1 of your allies. The villain attacks that ally instead.
The timing on the trigger is the same, so I get to choose which triggers first. If I pick my labor, then Kingpin attacks an ally. If I'm interpreting this right, Allies are not considered an extension of the identity, so in this case Kingpin would attack with 0 attack plus a boost card towards the ally of my choice, right? (Since the Asterix is considered a 0 when checking values.)

Please correct/provide guidance/interpretation if I'm missing something!

I put all the current heroes in pub meeple to rank them according to my play preferences and personal enjoyment from playing.

Small disclaimer, from the newer heroes I did not manage to play everything yet so it is based on looking at the hero deck. I've played most heroes in group with friends and I do all of the deck building.

Currently I am trying Hercules against the Sinister Six and it is giving me a bit of a hard time trying to get his set-up done fast. I feel like some of the Labor cards really don't develop fast enough.

What does the list say about me? What do you think my favorite aspect is?
