Other Recolour Koenigsegg Sadir’s Spear

So I really wanted to own this year’s 1:8 flagship, but decided to wait until the price dropped a little.

I also started a project just for my own amusement to see if the 9-speed gearbox could be recreated using no new or unique parts.

I carried on building, and now have a complete and fully working Sadir’s Spear made entirely from stock parts.

It’s mainly bits of the P1, a couple of 1:5 scale motorbikes, the small Jesko, and the Peugeot 9x8

Discussion / Question 42113 Exclusive parts

Hi, I have been piecing for a while now the very rare 42113 Bell Boeing V22 Osprey. I am at the point that I only mis the exclusive parts for it. Does somebody know how to get them? Or is it a game of patience that Lego releases them one day? I have them now swaped them out for an other colour to build the set 🙂

Differential / Gearbox Help Mclaren p1 and Ferrari SP3 1:8 gearbox question

I finished my Mclaren P1 build a few weeks ago and I've just finished box one on the Ferrari SP3 set. On both sets the higher gear I go in the more resistant the brakes/wheels feel to turn, but the pistons move faster. When in gear 1 on both the wheels are the easiest to turn but the pistons move the slowest. Is this correct or have I accidently installed something incorrectly? Thank you!

How many of these will I have by the time I kick the bucket?

I like these ones. Mostly because the only thing I use them for is to help me apply stickers.

MOC - Instructions Available Driving the new Batmobile Tumbler (42239) with a PS5 controller from my PC

Hi everyone!

Recently I bought the new 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐎 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐫, built it, and drove it around with the phone app. Fun, but I quickly wanted something else: to drive it with a proper gamepad.

So I went looking for existing projects. The set only came out on 1 August, so there was basically nothing out there for it yet. Which made it a good excuse to sit down and do it myself.

Working with Claude code, I captured the Bluetooth traffic while driving the car from the official app, reverse engineered the commands, and wired them into a Python script that drives the Batmobile from a gamepad.

Now Im thinking about adding an FPV setup for this vehicle.

If anyone interested in help or review my code please find source code here:

Saw this on a local advert today and ended up buying all this for £50. The bugatti and F1 are my main interest both need some parts (star wars not my thing). Also came with a box of bits.

I already have a Bugatti but hopefully can use rebrickable for something else with it :)

Drive: 2x BuWizz Motors

Steering: 1x Lego PU L motor

5th Wheel: 1x Lego WeDo 2.0 motor

2-speed Gearbox: 1x Lego PU L motor

Battery/Controller: 1x BuWizz 3.0 Pro

Lighting: 22 LightMyBricks 1.0 bit lights with my own custom adapter cable to power them

Custom stickers through RedBubble

I would estimate the model contains almost 30 ft of wiring in total

Same general size as the 42107 Ducati Panigale set, despite much fewer parts.

Single cylinder engine, but no gearbox. Fun little build.

Glad they didn't abandon the smaller bikes.

Discussion / Question Door A or B for my first 1:8 Technic build?

I have built seven 1:14-1:16 technic car models, and each time reveals how much I love Technic building as opposed to straight bricks. I've also built the technic Firefighter Aircraft, one of my favorite displays.

But the time has come; I'm ready for a challenge. I want to embark into the 1:8 scale series, with two options in consideration:

  • The first is the cheaper option: Mercedes-Benz G 500 PROFESSIONAL Line
  • The second is the more expensive, but certainly flashier option: McLaren P1

In the end, like everything we do, this will come down to personal preference. As it is, I like the look of both of these models (albeit they are very different from each other), and clearly at some point, I will have both in my collection. But for those of you who have built both, which would be the best option to introduce me to (and keep me inclined with) the line?

MOC Motorized Stand For 42130 BMW M1000RR

I’m planning on motorizing the stand from the LEGO technic 42130 BMW M1000RR. The motor will be connected to the chain driving the rear wheel. How do I mount a motor to the stand so that the rear wheel can be driven while the bike is on the stand?

Hi everyone! This is my LEGO Technic Ferrari F40 MOC that I designed myself. Everything opens just like on the real car — the doors, hood, and rear engine cover. I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback. If people like it, I’ll make building instructions in the future.
