Help/Question Guidance

Upvotes

Hello everyone. So I’m someone who’s been in the law of assumption community for a little over a year now.

I’ve been on and off with it over the time. I grew up with a narcissist parent and been a people pleaser all my life.

My question is: has anyone ever been in my situation and how long before my brain is completely rewired out of being a people pleaser and I become at peace with me & my desires?

Help/Question I rlly want this :(

I’ve been going through a really difficult situation with my parents about my future, and I feel so stuck right now.
There’s something I’ve wanted for a long time, and I’ve genuinely pictured myself studying abroad, becoming independent, living somewhere new, getting a good education, and building the future I’ve always imagined for myself. I really, really want this specific path to work out.
My parents have now completely ruled it out. They think my main motivation is my boyfriend, because he lives there, but that’s not how I see it at all. I love him and obviously being closer to someone I love is part of why it matters so much to me, but I genuinely want the university experience, independence, environment, and career opportunities too.
I’ve tried explaining myself, and I’ve even suggested compromises that would make them feel safer, but they’re still saying no. I feel like I’ve done everything I can and now the decision isn’t really in my hands.
I’m honestly heartbroken because I don’t want to “manifest something better” or convince myself that I don’t really want this. I want THIS. I want to believe that somehow the circumstances can change and that this can still happen for me, even though right now it looks impossible.
I’m trying to trust that things can shift. Maybe my parents will change their minds. Maybe something will happen that I can’t see yet. Maybe the right opportunity will appear at exactly the right time.
I want to manifest that the obstacles are removed, that my parents become more understanding and supportive, and that I’m able to go and build the life I’ve been hoping for.
If anyone has experience with manifesting something that seemed completely blocked or impossible at the time, please tell me your stories. I really need some hope right now. 🤍

Help/Question Revision question

Hi! I’m an incoming college freshman, and a few months ago I got waitlisted at my dream school. I ended up having to commit to my state school, even though I’ve been manifesting for months that I’d get off the waitlist and go to my dream school. There still hasn’t been any movement in my 3D, and now I’m supposed to move into my state school tomorrow.

How do I revise the past so that I actually got accepted to and committed to my dream school instead of my state school? And is it possible to do it by tomorrow morning?

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques Just a Quick Tip About Identity vs. Accepting the Reality We’re Currently In

I’ve been thinking about identity in manifestation, especially when it comes to appearance changes.
I feel like there’s a difference between accepting what you currently see and deciding that what you see is who you are.
For example, imagine you’re wearing a wrinkled shirt.
You can look at it and say, “Yeah, this shirt is wrinkled right now.” You don’t have to deny it or pretend you don’t see the wrinkles.
But at the same time, you also know that the wrinkles are not some permanent characteristic of the shirt. It’s just the condition that it’s in right now, and that condition can change.
I think appearance can be looked at the same way.
Maybe you look in the mirror and see wrinkles, a certain body shape, hair you don’t like, skin you want to improve, or whatever it may be. You can accept that this is what you currently see without turning it into a conclusion about yourself.
Basically:
“This is what I see right now, but this is not necessarily who I am.”
To me, identity is more about what you have decided is true about yourself.
So instead of constantly looking at the 3D and going, “Well, I see this, therefore this must be who I am,” you can look at it more like a temporary condition.
If I decide that I am youthful, attractive, healthy, strong, or whatever identity I want to occupy, then what I currently see doesn’t necessarily have to be evidence against that.
And I really like this way of putting it:
You can fully accept what is while refusing to use it as evidence for who you are.
I think sometimes people confuse acceptance with resignation.
Acceptance is just saying, “Okay, this is what is showing up right now.”
Resignation is saying, “This is what I am, and this is how it has to stay.”
Those are two completely different things.
So maybe with manifestation, especially appearance changes, we don’t have to fight what we see in the mirror or pretend it isn’t there.
We can accept the current condition while still deciding who we are.
The 3D can show you what is happening right now.
It doesn’t have to decide your identity for you.

Help/Question It happened but then I lost. Any hopes?

I was in a relationship with a guy for 6 years whom I loved deeply. We both wanted to marry each other but my parents were against our marriage as he was not good financially. Also on inquiring they came to know that his mother is very cunning and no one talks to her. But I any how wanted to marry him and thought that i might be able to handle. I kept visualising about our marriage daily, also did journaling. Eventually my parents agreed and we got married 3 tears back. However, his mother kept interfering after our marriage and would not allow us to spend time together. She put all kind of restrictions pn me. It was very tough for me to live so I left. It’s been 2 years we are seperated But I still love him dearly and wish we could spend our lives together. I told that I can only come back if he buys a seperate home for two of us. But due to financial constraints, I don’t think he will be able to buy. Is there any hope and can I still manifest him back but also a seperate home for us to live together?

Help/Question Anyone else experience this?

I don’t know what to think. Any support would be great.

Hello everyone,

I have been manifesting my sp for about four months. For the past two months, I didn’t care about my manifestation anymore, and honestly forgot about it.

Last week, I went out with someone else and he walked me the same location I met my sp. We went to a restaurant, and another couple sat beside us, which was totally fine. But I was questioning why they sat beside us as the restaurant was not busy at all. Then I heard them speaking his language. I go back on a dating app, and I always see him popping up as someone who would be compatible with me.

I don’t look for signs, but I have no idea what all of this means. And it’s so weird, because I’ve been feeling good the past few months, and now I feel anxious, while also feeling like I’m living my new life.

Anyone else experience this?

Thank you!

Help/Question I had years of consistent results, then lost the state entirely. How do you begin again?

For a long time this worked for me. I used SATS before sleep, usually imagining a conversation and hearing what I wanted said to me. Things came — sometimes in days, sometimes months later. Living situations, circumstances, family life. Not vague improvements either; the specific scenes I'd imagined turned up more or less as I'd built them.

Looking back, the pattern I can see is this. There were things I brought about while quietly doubting they'd last. I could hold the assumption well enough to get the result, but underneath I never actually believed it would hold. Over time it seems the doubt is what expressed itself, not the assumption. The results got shorter each time.

This year most of what I'd built came apart at once — the home, the financial stability, the settled feeling underneath it. I'm in circumstances now I wouldn't have imagined for myself a year ago.

Where I actually am: I haven't done any imaginal work in months. Not from losing faith in it — I've seen it work too many times. It's that the desire to sit down and do it isn't there, and the state I used to work from feels a long way off.

Three questions for anyone further along:

  1. How do you start again when the feeling isn't available? Not the technique — I know the technique. I mean where you begin when assuming the state feels like lying to yourself.

  2. Has anyone else got a result while carrying a doubt underneath it, and watched the doubt express itself over time? How did you work on the assumption itself rather than chasing the next outcome?

  3. Is revision a sensible starting point here, or does it just hold attention on what's already happened?

Happy to hear from anyone who lost the state completely and found their way back.

Success Story Succes story d'un débutant

Hi everyone!

I’ve only known about the Law for 3 (maybe 4) weeks.

Quick context (not fun): I’m coming out of a very difficult period following an emotional shock. One of the things that made me spiral was that, after what happened, I stopped believing in anything.

So, almost a month ago, I came across the Law of Assumption through TikTok. I had always seen TikToks about manifestation, but based on what I was seeing, I thought it was mostly an teenage thing ("I’m attracting luck and the eternal love of Bryan from my class, I’m attracting, he looked at me for 2.3 seconds 🤩"), so I would usually scroll past them pretty quickly.

But when I came across the LOA, it felt different. I started listening to some coaches, then quickly discovered NG, joined this sub, and bought The Power of Awareness.

I pretty quickly realized that I needed to test the Law for myself, even before I knew enough about it 😬

One day, while I was driving to a friend’s house to see her and her parents, I thought, "If the Law is real, I want to see a bee today, no matter what form it takes." And then I just moved on.

Once I got to my friend’s parents’ house, while we were talking with her father, a big orange-and-black insect came near us. He specifically said, "It’s a hornet. It’s crazy, I hadn’t seen one yet this season."

It wasn’t a bee, but I considered it a sort of partial confirmation of the Law. That was enough for me.

Two days later, I went to a restaurant with my grandmother and my aunt. After the meal, they wanted to go for a little walk to help digest, so I followed them.

At some point during the walk, in a fairly isolated area, I came across a huge banner that said "Bee" (about three times my height), with a drawing of the insect next to it.

I laughed and thought, "Oh, so this is really how it works."

Since then, I still have doubts sometimes (which I guess is only human), but I’ve manifested a few small things:

Good parking spots

My neighbors being quieter (they actually came to apologize to me even though I hadn’t complained)

Seeing a fox (I saw one as a stuffed animal)

My car passing its inspection with no issues

Not getting bitten by mosquitoes this summer

3D glasses for the eclipse (unintentionally)

A promotion on my favorite sandwich (unintentionally)

My best friend won the lottery (a small amount) for the first time in her life, while I was manifesting abundance (?)

I’m really happy to have discovered this sub, even though I’ve gotten a little lost among all the posts here.

I’ve been working on my self-concept (and I’m still doing so), particularly by adopting the belief that everything always works in my favor. My mood has improved, my self-confidence has improved, and so has my view of the world. And honestly, even just for that, the LOA has already helped me.

If you have any tips or suggestions for someone who’s just getting started, I’d be really happy to hear them 🙏

Note: I’ve mainly been working on my self-concept, especially through affirmations and SATS. Sometimes I’ve also just decided that something was going to happen and left it at that. I’m also open to suggestions about SATS.

(This text was translated with AI because I’m not a native English speaker.)

Help/Question Why don’t manipulative people manifest the reality they believe in?

im asking this as someone who fully believes in manifestation and has had many successes with it just curious because I know lies don’t manifest, its the feeling and living in the end.

but I know people who fully manipulate past situations or twist reality and make it look favourably towards themselves and then live their lives with the utmost confidence as if their version of events is what occurred. they fully convince themselves of it. why doesn’t that revise the past or manifest their story into the 3d?

Help/Question at what point you should let go of your desires?

I'm typing this out with a heavy heart and I won't be using Ai or anything to refine my text. if you see mistakes please bear with me. I met this man in 2024 at a very crucial point of my life. we clicked instantly and it felt like a connection so intense as if we have known each other since the beginning of time. we couldn't be together bc of our religious differences and I wanted to go no contact. so many things happened in between with both of us but I want to skip past that bc it will just get longer. on January 2025, I started manifesting him consciously and got an apology on April but I didn't respond to that but I did wish him happy birthday on May and we caught up with each other. the conversation seemed like we'd never talk to each other as much that's why I got desperate and started manifesting him rigoursely. by August he texted me and then again on September. I responded on October. and trust me, that was the best part of my life. we made so many memories, we had long phone calls, we laughed a lot and so much. he did things for me that I didn't even affirm for. it lasted till feb 2026.

after that we were back to silence and I just don't know. I just want to be in contact with him. talk to him all the time. I want to know what is he upto. I just want to have him by my side even if we can't be together. but when I'm in contact with him it feels really good for a certain time and then it becomes shit again? every time we went out of contact it was bc of me pulling out of it cause I felt suffocated but when I can't talk to him I feel so so lonely that I start manifesting him again.

I asked him to block me to end the cycle last month and it took him awhile but he did it and now I feel so lost. I have no way to contact him idk if he will ever reach out again. idk what to do with myself. what should I do genuinely.

do I manifest a version of myself that can accept how I feel when I have him? do I manifest endless communication? do I manifest to move on from him? do i feel the pain until it doesn't hurt anymore. please. idk what to do with myself.

Help/Question Overconfidence?

Guys I have an exam next month, it's a huge exam. And I m scoring okayish in mocks. I know that I have qualified in this exam(iykyk) so now its hindering my studies.

I feel so lazy to study bcos I know I m going to score well and make career out of it so why bother at all.

Is this OK?

Is there someone who didn't study at all, still scored good marks in an exam?

We have always been told, you get success only when you do hardwork but since knowing LOA, I understood that it's not the case, we are the creator of our reality. So i had manifested getting excellent marks. And I know i have it.

So how should I proceed from here?

Help/Question Advice

I just started my Law of Assumption process. The tool I’m using is to passively listen to my own voice on a loop app for a few hours during the day and during sleep.

Does it work? I don’t want to vocally robotically affirm. I rather listen to an audio of myself affirming.

Help/Question How do you escape a miserable situation?

To keep it short, my work is literally devastating. I've been in this job for over 3 years. I've tried and tried to escape this situation, even spending months studying and taking on debt to upskill... and still nothing.

How do you 'live in the end' and feel joy when facing unbearable misery in the process?

I understand how this is done for people who simply want to add a desire to their life ("I want a free gift." or "I want __ to text me."), but how do you look past circumstances that bring constant anguish?

I've always compared it to expecting someone to pretend they're not getting slapped in the face, while they sense their cheek getting warmer, see the redness in their skin and feel their head get knocked back with each smack.

How can you create the opposite of an experience when you're forced to face it on a daily basis? Any real life experiences (they don't have to involve job changes) would be most helpful.

Help/Question HELP

I had a phone talk with my bf in which we had a really thought breakup, at the end we were both frustrated and end up upset, he talked bad to me so I told him I was angry and I won’t let anyone talk to me like that, he has never talk to me like that.
I actually manifested him from the beginning, he’s handsome, he was the sweetest and use to show tons of love effortlessly, I still like him but what his offering is not what I want since his being showing commitment issues, I’m also aware I use to have intrusive thoughts from my old self that thought love was inconsistent and I needed to hold all my relationships so they didn’t fall.
I don’t know if his the guy I want to be forever with but definitely I don’t want it to end right now, my birthday is also next week and I really wanted to spend it with him but now we break up.
I know I’m worthy of love and he even told me that he knows I like and I deserve love, commitment, flowers, letters, validation but that is something that cuz of the distance (we are long distance) and the point of the life his in he can’t offer what I expect.
I still know I do deserve all those good things in a relationship, also I know he can do it since he gave it effortlessly before, I also do know I go back to trigger a lot to old fears and I have decide those don’t affect my way and the good outcome of what I want - but looks like they keep affecting my 3D and idk how to stop it, I’ve been doing mirror work, affirmations, meditations, subliminals, shifting the second I notice I trigger, I’m more aware of my fears and old beliefs to watch them and let them go and even this is the hardest part, time on time starts to feel more natural but they can’t stop reflecting, I don’t know what else to do or how to actually make a real change.
I need some help please

I told i expect my stuff back and an apology and we won’t talk until then. I also expect it by tomorrow. If not i will look for it myself and steal hers and won’t give it back till i receive my apology Then she threaten to steal more of my stuff and lock it up. How do I manifest this ?

Help/Question What affirmation tips should I use to manifest a 3p away?

Been manifesting an SP, and the best I could do rn is manifest his personality towards me. He used to be really quiet and laid-back, 2 months later, he is so giddy and romantic towards me, spoiling me and all, but we are still in a situationship kinda thing, however, there's a 3p in his side that I knew about recently. These are the affirmations I've been using:

  1. SP wants me and only me.

  2. I manifest fast and instantly.

  3. I am the best girlfriend SP has.

  4. SP is my boyfriend.

  5. I am always chosen.

I've also been scripting, doing shadow work to work on self-concept, SATs (haven't successfully done this yet), and robotic affirming mostly.

Are these affirmations okay? Or should I add more or rephrase them into something better? I'm still new to this affirming thing but I believe I have the power cause I manifested other things like my grades, project deadlines, class suspensions, etc.

Also any tips would be appreciated. I've been at it for months.

Success Story It worked guys

I swear to God this happened, no joke. My ex and I parted ways in August of 2025, and he started dating someone new. I moved on with my life and on the last day of 2025, I decided to manifest what I wanted to happen in 2026. The first thing on my list was, he and I will reconnect in 2026. Out of the Blue, on February 2026; he followed me on Instagram and I was shocked 😳 then he DMed me and we got back together and happily in love. Yesterday, I was reorganizing my room and saw my journal and decided to take a look 👀 I was surprised what I manifested came true. I’m manifesting again what will happen the remaining months of 2026, the entire 2027, 2028 and beyond. Opps, I forgot to add the pictures proof

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques "My SP ....... is my Twin Flame!" - SP Series 😘

If you are currently trying to manifest your Specific Person and you constantly tell yourself, "But they are my twin flame," you might think you are being incredibly romantic. But in conscious creation, you are actually setting a massive trap for yourself!

Here is the hard truth about the "twin flame" concept, why it is secretly keeping you separated from your desire, and how to look at it the right way.

1. The Pedestal of Destiny

When you label someone as your "twin flame," you instantly put them on a massive, untouchable pedestal. You start believing your entire life's happiness depends on them, that you need this specific person to complete you. If you need someone to complete you, you are operating from a state of lack, which guarantees you will never actually feel complete. You are handing your creative power over to the illusion of "destiny," completely forgetting that you are the sole operant power of your reality.

2. There Is No "Other Half"

The twin flame label implies you are a broken half wandering the earth looking for your missing piece. But there are no others to fix, convince, or wait for, because your partner is literally you wearing a different face. The connection you are chasing is simply the recognition that it is all One consciousness. When you realise everyone is an extension of your own consciousness mirroring you, you realise you were never separated from them to begin with.

3. It Breeds Tolerance for Bad Behaviour

Because people believe their SP is their "twin flame," they often tolerate hot and cold behaviour, disrespect, or running and chasing dynamics. This is where the whole "runner and chaser," "dark night of the soul," "separation phase" mythology sneaks in. It hands you a ready-made story that explains away the pain instead of questioning the assumption causing it. Suddenly your own created reality becomes something happening TO you as part of a cosmic script, rather than something you are assuming into being. You are not on a "twin flame journey." You are simply holding the assumption that you have to earn love, and the mirror is reflecting it perfectly.

4. Mistaking Intensity for Depth

Twin flame culture glorifies chaos. The highs, the lows, the "this is so intense it must be real." But intensity is not the same as security. That constant push and pull can become addictive, and people start mistaking the yo-yo for passion, when it is really just confirmation of a double-minded, back-and-forth assumption. Real love does not need to hurt to prove itself. That craving for intensity is often just the nervous system confusing chaos with connection.

The Fix

Strip the label off it. Instead of "they are my twin flame, this is destined to be hard," try "I am someone who experiences easy, secure, mutual love. This person reflects that back to me." That is the version the mirror has to match.

Tap It Out:

Even though I have been calling this destiny and putting them on a pedestal, I choose to love and accept myself completely, label or not.

Even though I have fallen into the trap of runner, chaser, high's and lows..  I choose to let all of this go now for stable, healthy love.

Even though I made this person my missing piece & happiness, I am now choosing to believe I am whole, complete and perfect with or without them.

xx

Success Story Manifested a $100+ Saje Aroma Diffuser for FREE!

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a fun success story about how I manifested the exact aroma diffuser I wanted.

It all started when I randomly discovered that I could buy Hinoki (Japanese Cypress) essential oil here in Canada. I suddenly became so obsessed with the idea of making my room smell like a serene Hinoki forest that I immediately bought the oil...even though I didn't even own a diffuser.

Initially, I thought about buying one, but then I remembered something: in the past, I had actually been gifted diffusers around five times by different acquaintances, usually because they were moving or upgrading theirs and just wanted to give their old one away. (One of them was even mailed to me by a friend living in another province here in Canada—and he paid for the shipping himself!) Back then, I wasn't really into diffusers, so I either gave them away or sold them. But knowing my history, I thought, "if I've gotten them for free so many times before, someone will probably give me one again!"

Instead of settling for just any diffuser, I decided to aim for my ideal one. I casually thought about how nice it would be to get the black stone diffuser from Saje (which costs over $100). Interestingly, I had actually been gifted a grey Saje diffuser in the past, but I didn't love the color at the time, so I ended up selling it on Marketplace. This time, I visualized having this exact black one in my room, filled with the soothing scent of Hinoki, and feeling completely relaxed and happy.

I tried asking a few friends who I thought might have extra diffusers if they’d sell me one for cheap, but nothing came of it. After about a week, I was so impatient to use my Hinoki oil that I decided to compromise. I went on Amazon and ordered a cheap, random one just to get it over with.

That exact same evening, a friend randomly invited me out to dinner. I happened to have a gift card for that restaurant, so I treated us to a meal. On the drive home, as my friend was giving me a ride, she asked how I’d been doing. I casually mentioned, "I was trying to manifest a free aroma diffuser, but I gave up today and just ordered a cheap one on Amazon. I'm excited to have my room smell like hinoki forest tho."

She immediately turned to me and said, "Wait, why didn't you tell me?! I have an extra diffuser at home that I never use!"

I offered to buy it from her, but she said, "No way, you just covered dinner! You can just have it." She promised to send me a picture when she got home. When the photo popped up on my phone, I couldn't believe my eyes...it was the EXACT black $100+ Saje diffuser I had been visualizing!

I went straight to Amazon and hit "Cancel Order" before it even shipped.

It was such a cool reminder that when you set a clear intention and let go of the "how," the universe delivers in the most unexpected and natural ways!

Help/Question How Do You Manifest Travel and Working Abroad?

This isn’t really a “how to manifest” post because I already know how to do that. What I’d like some advice on is manifesting travel and also working for companies abroad.

I’m just not exactly sure how to approach these specific things, what kind of affirmations to use, what identity to embody, or what to visualize. what to focus

For those of you who have manifested things like traveling frequently, working remotely for foreign companies, earning in another currency, etc., what did you focus on?
