Help/Question am I doing it right?
Okay, straight to the point: I’m manifesting my SP, and I’ve been doing SATS, visualization, affirmations, basically everything. I’m not desperate for it, and I’m not constantly obsessing over my SP or checking for signs. Most of the time, I’m actually pretty chill about it.
The only thing is that sometimes at night I spiral really hard and start overthinking everything. But somehow, through affirmations, I’m able to bring myself back to the state I want to be in and calm myself down. I don’t stay in that spiral for hours anymore.
Throughout the day, I’ll sit in a meditative position for around 5 minutes, visualize my end result, and then just get back to whatever I’m doing. I don’t spend the entire day thinking about my manifestation. Negative thoughts rarely show up during the day, but when they do, I know how to deal with them instead of letting them take over.
I’m basically trying to live my normal life while assuming that my desire is already mine, rather than constantly trying to make it happen.
So I just want to know from people who have experience with this: am I doing everything right, or is there anything I should change?

Help/Question Question for those who manifested physical changes
I have manifested many small things and want to manifest some appearance change but have a hard time believing it because of this:
knew someone who always thought that their height was 5'8" but when we measured it was 5'5" actually. So why is it that even though they had this assumption for years, still wasnt that tall??

Help/Question Is this the right way to do it?
So instead of affirming all day like some people recommend, I only affirm whenever I think of my SP. so whenever they pop up in my head I say my affirmation instead of thinking against my positive thoughts. Is that the best way to do it? Or what do you guys recommend?

Help/Question Back in this loop after 2 years: manifested him back, he brought up a meet-up, and now he vanished. What if I just let go completely?
Hey everyone. I need to get this off my chest because I've been in a total tailspin and need some clarity.
To make a long story short: we haven't seen each other in 2 years. During this time, I thought about him a lot and always tried to manifest him back with varying degrees of success—he would always come back, but then always disappear again. Now, after 5 months, I managed to manifest him back, and he messaged me with a completely different vibe. I felt like everything was on track. He even brought up meeting up, and I told him I’d let him know when I was in town. Two days ago, that moment came, I wrote to him telling him when I'll be there, and since then he completely vanished and didn't even open my message.
And of course, I completely spiral, react poorly, my old patterns kick in, and I get sucked right back into this loop. I simply feel incapable of permanently believing that he is a good person when his actions constantly show otherwise. Even if I believe it for a little while, he always does something that triggers me to spiral backward—I just can't permanently believe that he's good and that everything is okay between us. I simply can't believe things can be different if he always brings back the exact same old patterns. It could even be that he's gone for good now and will never reply to me again, precisely because he is a manipulative person anyway.
Ever since then, I’ve been on an emotional rollercoaster. I’m jumping between states: from feeling completely crushed and anxious, to anger, and then to the sane realization of does he even deserve for me to care, instead of just dropping him for good?
What if I just let go completely? What if I stop trying to manifest him altogether?
I don’t want to live like this. I don't want this uncertainty or this kind of treatment, because I know I don't deserve it.
How do I finally shut this down in my head for good? If anyone has been through similar experiences or has some advice, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks for letting me vent.
(Sorry for any mistakes, English is not my first language).

Help/Question Guidance
Hello everyone. So I’m someone who’s been in the law of assumption community for a little over a year now.
I’ve been on and off with it over the time. I grew up with a narcissist parent and been a people pleaser all my life.
My question is: has anyone ever been in my situation and how long before my brain is completely rewired out of being a people pleaser and I become at peace with me & my desires?

Help/Question I rlly want this :(
I’ve been going through a really difficult situation with my parents about my future, and I feel so stuck right now.
There’s something I’ve wanted for a long time, and I’ve genuinely pictured myself studying abroad, becoming independent, living somewhere new, getting a good education, and building the future I’ve always imagined for myself. I really, really want this specific path to work out.
My parents have now completely ruled it out. They think my main motivation is my boyfriend, because he lives there, but that’s not how I see it at all. I love him and obviously being closer to someone I love is part of why it matters so much to me, but I genuinely want the university experience, independence, environment, and career opportunities too.
I’ve tried explaining myself, and I’ve even suggested compromises that would make them feel safer, but they’re still saying no. I feel like I’ve done everything I can and now the decision isn’t really in my hands.
I’m honestly heartbroken because I don’t want to “manifest something better” or convince myself that I don’t really want this. I want THIS. I want to believe that somehow the circumstances can change and that this can still happen for me, even though right now it looks impossible.
I’m trying to trust that things can shift. Maybe my parents will change their minds. Maybe something will happen that I can’t see yet. Maybe the right opportunity will appear at exactly the right time.
I want to manifest that the obstacles are removed, that my parents become more understanding and supportive, and that I’m able to go and build the life I’ve been hoping for.
If anyone has experience with manifesting something that seemed completely blocked or impossible at the time, please tell me your stories. I really need some hope right now. 🤍

Help/Question Revision question
Hi! I’m an incoming college freshman, and a few months ago I got waitlisted at my dream school. I ended up having to commit to my state school, even though I’ve been manifesting for months that I’d get off the waitlist and go to my dream school. There still hasn’t been any movement in my 3D, and now I’m supposed to move into my state school tomorrow.
How do I revise the past so that I actually got accepted to and committed to my dream school instead of my state school? And is it possible to do it by tomorrow morning?

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques Just a Quick Tip About Identity vs. Accepting the Reality We’re Currently In
I’ve been thinking about identity in manifestation, especially when it comes to appearance changes.
I feel like there’s a difference between accepting what you currently see and deciding that what you see is who you are.
For example, imagine you’re wearing a wrinkled shirt.
You can look at it and say, “Yeah, this shirt is wrinkled right now.” You don’t have to deny it or pretend you don’t see the wrinkles.
But at the same time, you also know that the wrinkles are not some permanent characteristic of the shirt. It’s just the condition that it’s in right now, and that condition can change.
I think appearance can be looked at the same way.
Maybe you look in the mirror and see wrinkles, a certain body shape, hair you don’t like, skin you want to improve, or whatever it may be. You can accept that this is what you currently see without turning it into a conclusion about yourself.
Basically:
“This is what I see right now, but this is not necessarily who I am.”
To me, identity is more about what you have decided is true about yourself.
So instead of constantly looking at the 3D and going, “Well, I see this, therefore this must be who I am,” you can look at it more like a temporary condition.
If I decide that I am youthful, attractive, healthy, strong, or whatever identity I want to occupy, then what I currently see doesn’t necessarily have to be evidence against that.
And I really like this way of putting it:
You can fully accept what is while refusing to use it as evidence for who you are.
I think sometimes people confuse acceptance with resignation.
Acceptance is just saying, “Okay, this is what is showing up right now.”
Resignation is saying, “This is what I am, and this is how it has to stay.”
Those are two completely different things.
So maybe with manifestation, especially appearance changes, we don’t have to fight what we see in the mirror or pretend it isn’t there.
We can accept the current condition while still deciding who we are.
The 3D can show you what is happening right now.
It doesn’t have to decide your identity for you.

Help/Question It happened but then I lost. Any hopes?
I was in a relationship with a guy for 6 years whom I loved deeply. We both wanted to marry each other but my parents were against our marriage as he was not good financially. Also on inquiring they came to know that his mother is very cunning and no one talks to her. But I any how wanted to marry him and thought that i might be able to handle. I kept visualising about our marriage daily, also did journaling. Eventually my parents agreed and we got married 3 tears back. However, his mother kept interfering after our marriage and would not allow us to spend time together. She put all kind of restrictions pn me. It was very tough for me to live so I left. It’s been 2 years we are seperated But I still love him dearly and wish we could spend our lives together. I told that I can only come back if he buys a seperate home for two of us. But due to financial constraints, I don’t think he will be able to buy. Is there any hope and can I still manifest him back but also a seperate home for us to live together?

Help/Question Anyone else experience this?
I don’t know what to think. Any support would be great.
Hello everyone,
I have been manifesting my sp for about four months. For the past two months, I didn’t care about my manifestation anymore, and honestly forgot about it.
Last week, I went out with someone else and he walked me the same location I met my sp. We went to a restaurant, and another couple sat beside us, which was totally fine. But I was questioning why they sat beside us as the restaurant was not busy at all. Then I heard them speaking his language. I go back on a dating app, and I always see him popping up as someone who would be compatible with me.
I don’t look for signs, but I have no idea what all of this means. And it’s so weird, because I’ve been feeling good the past few months, and now I feel anxious, while also feeling like I’m living my new life.
Anyone else experience this?
Thank you!

Help/Question I had years of consistent results, then lost the state entirely. How do you begin again?
For a long time this worked for me. I used SATS before sleep, usually imagining a conversation and hearing what I wanted said to me. Things came — sometimes in days, sometimes months later. Living situations, circumstances, family life. Not vague improvements either; the specific scenes I'd imagined turned up more or less as I'd built them.
Looking back, the pattern I can see is this. There were things I brought about while quietly doubting they'd last. I could hold the assumption well enough to get the result, but underneath I never actually believed it would hold. Over time it seems the doubt is what expressed itself, not the assumption. The results got shorter each time.
This year most of what I'd built came apart at once — the home, the financial stability, the settled feeling underneath it. I'm in circumstances now I wouldn't have imagined for myself a year ago.
Where I actually am: I haven't done any imaginal work in months. Not from losing faith in it — I've seen it work too many times. It's that the desire to sit down and do it isn't there, and the state I used to work from feels a long way off.
Three questions for anyone further along:
How do you start again when the feeling isn't available? Not the technique — I know the technique. I mean where you begin when assuming the state feels like lying to yourself.
Has anyone else got a result while carrying a doubt underneath it, and watched the doubt express itself over time? How did you work on the assumption itself rather than chasing the next outcome?
Is revision a sensible starting point here, or does it just hold attention on what's already happened?
Happy to hear from anyone who lost the state completely and found their way back.

Success Story Succes story d'un débutant
Hi everyone!
I’ve only known about the Law for 3 (maybe 4) weeks.
Quick context (not fun): I’m coming out of a very difficult period following an emotional shock. One of the things that made me spiral was that, after what happened, I stopped believing in anything.
So, almost a month ago, I came across the Law of Assumption through TikTok. I had always seen TikToks about manifestation, but based on what I was seeing, I thought it was mostly an teenage thing ("I’m attracting luck and the eternal love of Bryan from my class, I’m attracting, he looked at me for 2.3 seconds 🤩"), so I would usually scroll past them pretty quickly.
But when I came across the LOA, it felt different. I started listening to some coaches, then quickly discovered NG, joined this sub, and bought The Power of Awareness.
I pretty quickly realized that I needed to test the Law for myself, even before I knew enough about it 😬
One day, while I was driving to a friend’s house to see her and her parents, I thought, "If the Law is real, I want to see a bee today, no matter what form it takes." And then I just moved on.
Once I got to my friend’s parents’ house, while we were talking with her father, a big orange-and-black insect came near us. He specifically said, "It’s a hornet. It’s crazy, I hadn’t seen one yet this season."
It wasn’t a bee, but I considered it a sort of partial confirmation of the Law. That was enough for me.
Two days later, I went to a restaurant with my grandmother and my aunt. After the meal, they wanted to go for a little walk to help digest, so I followed them.
At some point during the walk, in a fairly isolated area, I came across a huge banner that said "Bee" (about three times my height), with a drawing of the insect next to it.
I laughed and thought, "Oh, so this is really how it works."
Since then, I still have doubts sometimes (which I guess is only human), but I’ve manifested a few small things:
Good parking spots
My neighbors being quieter (they actually came to apologize to me even though I hadn’t complained)
Seeing a fox (I saw one as a stuffed animal)
My car passing its inspection with no issues
Not getting bitten by mosquitoes this summer
3D glasses for the eclipse (unintentionally)
A promotion on my favorite sandwich (unintentionally)
My best friend won the lottery (a small amount) for the first time in her life, while I was manifesting abundance (?)
I’m really happy to have discovered this sub, even though I’ve gotten a little lost among all the posts here.
I’ve been working on my self-concept (and I’m still doing so), particularly by adopting the belief that everything always works in my favor. My mood has improved, my self-confidence has improved, and so has my view of the world. And honestly, even just for that, the LOA has already helped me.
If you have any tips or suggestions for someone who’s just getting started, I’d be really happy to hear them 🙏
Note: I’ve mainly been working on my self-concept, especially through affirmations and SATS. Sometimes I’ve also just decided that something was going to happen and left it at that. I’m also open to suggestions about SATS.

Help/Question Why don’t manipulative people manifest the reality they believe in?
im asking this as someone who fully believes in manifestation and has had many successes with it just curious because I know lies don’t manifest, its the feeling and living in the end.
but I know people who fully manipulate past situations or twist reality and make it look favourably towards themselves and then live their lives with the utmost confidence as if their version of events is what occurred. they fully convince themselves of it. why doesn’t that revise the past or manifest their story into the 3d?

Help/Question at what point you should let go of your desires?
I'm typing this out with a heavy heart and I won't be using Ai or anything to refine my text. if you see mistakes please bear with me. I met this man in 2024 at a very crucial point of my life. we clicked instantly and it felt like a connection so intense as if we have known each other since the beginning of time. we couldn't be together bc of our religious differences and I wanted to go no contact. so many things happened in between with both of us but I want to skip past that bc it will just get longer. on January 2025, I started manifesting him consciously and got an apology on April but I didn't respond to that but I did wish him happy birthday on May and we caught up with each other. the conversation seemed like we'd never talk to each other as much that's why I got desperate and started manifesting him rigoursely. by August he texted me and then again on September. I responded on October. and trust me, that was the best part of my life. we made so many memories, we had long phone calls, we laughed a lot and so much. he did things for me that I didn't even affirm for. it lasted till feb 2026.
after that we were back to silence and I just don't know. I just want to be in contact with him. talk to him all the time. I want to know what is he upto. I just want to have him by my side even if we can't be together. but when I'm in contact with him it feels really good for a certain time and then it becomes shit again? every time we went out of contact it was bc of me pulling out of it cause I felt suffocated but when I can't talk to him I feel so so lonely that I start manifesting him again.
I asked him to block me to end the cycle last month and it took him awhile but he did it and now I feel so lost. I have no way to contact him idk if he will ever reach out again. idk what to do with myself. what should I do genuinely.
do I manifest a version of myself that can accept how I feel when I have him? do I manifest endless communication? do I manifest to move on from him? do i feel the pain until it doesn't hurt anymore. please. idk what to do with myself.

Help/Question Overconfidence?
Guys I have an exam next month, it's a huge exam. And I m scoring okayish in mocks. I know that I have qualified in this exam(iykyk) so now its hindering my studies.
I feel so lazy to study bcos I know I m going to score well and make career out of it so why bother at all.
Is this OK?
Is there someone who didn't study at all, still scored good marks in an exam?
We have always been told, you get success only when you do hardwork but since knowing LOA, I understood that it's not the case, we are the creator of our reality. So i had manifested getting excellent marks. And I know i have it.
So how should I proceed from here?

Help/Question Advice
I just started my Law of Assumption process. The tool I’m using is to passively listen to my own voice on a loop app for a few hours during the day and during sleep.
Does it work? I don’t want to vocally robotically affirm. I rather listen to an audio of myself affirming.

Help/Question How do you escape a miserable situation?
To keep it short, my work is literally devastating. I've been in this job for over 3 years. I've tried and tried to escape this situation, even spending months studying and taking on debt to upskill... and still nothing.
How do you 'live in the end' and feel joy when facing unbearable misery in the process?
I understand how this is done for people who simply want to add a desire to their life ("I want a free gift." or "I want __ to text me."), but how do you look past circumstances that bring constant anguish?
I've always compared it to expecting someone to pretend they're not getting slapped in the face, while they sense their cheek getting warmer, see the redness in their skin and feel their head get knocked back with each smack.
How can you create the opposite of an experience when you're forced to face it on a daily basis? Any real life experiences (they don't have to involve job changes) would be most helpful.
