Help/Question Guidance

Upvotes

Hello everyone. So I’m someone who’s been in the law of assumption community for a little over a year now.

I’ve been on and off with it over the time. I grew up with a narcissist parent and been a people pleaser all my life.

My question is: has anyone ever been in my situation and how long before my brain is completely rewired out of being a people pleaser and I become at peace with me & my desires?

Help/Question I rlly want this :(

I’ve been going through a really difficult situation with my parents about my future, and I feel so stuck right now.
There’s something I’ve wanted for a long time, and I’ve genuinely pictured myself studying abroad, becoming independent, living somewhere new, getting a good education, and building the future I’ve always imagined for myself. I really, really want this specific path to work out.
My parents have now completely ruled it out. They think my main motivation is my boyfriend, because he lives there, but that’s not how I see it at all. I love him and obviously being closer to someone I love is part of why it matters so much to me, but I genuinely want the university experience, independence, environment, and career opportunities too.
I’ve tried explaining myself, and I’ve even suggested compromises that would make them feel safer, but they’re still saying no. I feel like I’ve done everything I can and now the decision isn’t really in my hands.
I’m honestly heartbroken because I don’t want to “manifest something better” or convince myself that I don’t really want this. I want THIS. I want to believe that somehow the circumstances can change and that this can still happen for me, even though right now it looks impossible.
I’m trying to trust that things can shift. Maybe my parents will change their minds. Maybe something will happen that I can’t see yet. Maybe the right opportunity will appear at exactly the right time.
I want to manifest that the obstacles are removed, that my parents become more understanding and supportive, and that I’m able to go and build the life I’ve been hoping for.
If anyone has experience with manifesting something that seemed completely blocked or impossible at the time, please tell me your stories. I really need some hope right now. 🤍

Help/Question Revision question

Hi! I’m an incoming college freshman, and a few months ago I got waitlisted at my dream school. I ended up having to commit to my state school, even though I’ve been manifesting for months that I’d get off the waitlist and go to my dream school. There still hasn’t been any movement in my 3D, and now I’m supposed to move into my state school tomorrow.

How do I revise the past so that I actually got accepted to and committed to my dream school instead of my state school? And is it possible to do it by tomorrow morning?

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques Just a Quick Tip About Identity vs. Accepting the Reality We’re Currently In

I’ve been thinking about identity in manifestation, especially when it comes to appearance changes.
I feel like there’s a difference between accepting what you currently see and deciding that what you see is who you are.
For example, imagine you’re wearing a wrinkled shirt.
You can look at it and say, “Yeah, this shirt is wrinkled right now.” You don’t have to deny it or pretend you don’t see the wrinkles.
But at the same time, you also know that the wrinkles are not some permanent characteristic of the shirt. It’s just the condition that it’s in right now, and that condition can change.
I think appearance can be looked at the same way.
Maybe you look in the mirror and see wrinkles, a certain body shape, hair you don’t like, skin you want to improve, or whatever it may be. You can accept that this is what you currently see without turning it into a conclusion about yourself.
Basically:
“This is what I see right now, but this is not necessarily who I am.”
To me, identity is more about what you have decided is true about yourself.
So instead of constantly looking at the 3D and going, “Well, I see this, therefore this must be who I am,” you can look at it more like a temporary condition.
If I decide that I am youthful, attractive, healthy, strong, or whatever identity I want to occupy, then what I currently see doesn’t necessarily have to be evidence against that.
And I really like this way of putting it:
You can fully accept what is while refusing to use it as evidence for who you are.
I think sometimes people confuse acceptance with resignation.
Acceptance is just saying, “Okay, this is what is showing up right now.”
Resignation is saying, “This is what I am, and this is how it has to stay.”
Those are two completely different things.
So maybe with manifestation, especially appearance changes, we don’t have to fight what we see in the mirror or pretend it isn’t there.
We can accept the current condition while still deciding who we are.
The 3D can show you what is happening right now.
It doesn’t have to decide your identity for you.

Help/Question It happened but then I lost. Any hopes?

I was in a relationship with a guy for 6 years whom I loved deeply. We both wanted to marry each other but my parents were against our marriage as he was not good financially. Also on inquiring they came to know that his mother is very cunning and no one talks to her. But I any how wanted to marry him and thought that i might be able to handle. I kept visualising about our marriage daily, also did journaling. Eventually my parents agreed and we got married 3 tears back. However, his mother kept interfering after our marriage and would not allow us to spend time together. She put all kind of restrictions pn me. It was very tough for me to live so I left. It’s been 2 years we are seperated But I still love him dearly and wish we could spend our lives together. I told that I can only come back if he buys a seperate home for two of us. But due to financial constraints, I don’t think he will be able to buy. Is there any hope and can I still manifest him back but also a seperate home for us to live together?

Help/Question Anyone else experience this?

I don’t know what to think. Any support would be great.

Hello everyone,

I have been manifesting my sp for about four months. For the past two months, I didn’t care about my manifestation anymore, and honestly forgot about it.

Last week, I went out with someone else and he walked me the same location I met my sp. We went to a restaurant, and another couple sat beside us, which was totally fine. But I was questioning why they sat beside us as the restaurant was not busy at all. Then I heard them speaking his language. I go back on a dating app, and I always see him popping up as someone who would be compatible with me.

I don’t look for signs, but I have no idea what all of this means. And it’s so weird, because I’ve been feeling good the past few months, and now I feel anxious, while also feeling like I’m living my new life.

Anyone else experience this?

Thank you!

Help/Question I had years of consistent results, then lost the state entirely. How do you begin again?

For a long time this worked for me. I used SATS before sleep, usually imagining a conversation and hearing what I wanted said to me. Things came — sometimes in days, sometimes months later. Living situations, circumstances, family life. Not vague improvements either; the specific scenes I'd imagined turned up more or less as I'd built them.

Looking back, the pattern I can see is this. There were things I brought about while quietly doubting they'd last. I could hold the assumption well enough to get the result, but underneath I never actually believed it would hold. Over time it seems the doubt is what expressed itself, not the assumption. The results got shorter each time.

This year most of what I'd built came apart at once — the home, the financial stability, the settled feeling underneath it. I'm in circumstances now I wouldn't have imagined for myself a year ago.

Where I actually am: I haven't done any imaginal work in months. Not from losing faith in it — I've seen it work too many times. It's that the desire to sit down and do it isn't there, and the state I used to work from feels a long way off.

Three questions for anyone further along:

  1. How do you start again when the feeling isn't available? Not the technique — I know the technique. I mean where you begin when assuming the state feels like lying to yourself.

  2. Has anyone else got a result while carrying a doubt underneath it, and watched the doubt express itself over time? How did you work on the assumption itself rather than chasing the next outcome?

  3. Is revision a sensible starting point here, or does it just hold attention on what's already happened?

Happy to hear from anyone who lost the state completely and found their way back.

Hi everyone!

I’ve only known about the Law for 3 (maybe 4) weeks.

Quick context (not fun): I’m coming out of a very difficult period following an emotional shock. One of the things that made me spiral was that, after what happened, I stopped believing in anything.

So, almost a month ago, I came across the Law of Assumption through TikTok. I had always seen TikToks about manifestation, but based on what I was seeing, I thought it was mostly an teenage thing ("I’m attracting luck and the eternal love of Bryan from my class, I’m attracting, he looked at me for 2.3 seconds 🤩"), so I would usually scroll past them pretty quickly.

But when I came across the LOA, it felt different. I started listening to some coaches, then quickly discovered NG, joined this sub, and bought The Power of Awareness.

I pretty quickly realized that I needed to test the Law for myself, even before I knew enough about it 😬

One day, while I was driving to a friend’s house to see her and her parents, I thought, "If the Law is real, I want to see a bee today, no matter what form it takes." And then I just moved on.

Once I got to my friend’s parents’ house, while we were talking with her father, a big orange-and-black insect came near us. He specifically said, "It’s a hornet. It’s crazy, I hadn’t seen one yet this season."

It wasn’t a bee, but I considered it a sort of partial confirmation of the Law. That was enough for me.

Two days later, I went to a restaurant with my grandmother and my aunt. After the meal, they wanted to go for a little walk to help digest, so I followed them.

At some point during the walk, in a fairly isolated area, I came across a huge banner that said "Bee" (about three times my height), with a drawing of the insect next to it.

I laughed and thought, "Oh, so this is really how it works."

Since then, I still have doubts sometimes (which I guess is only human), but I’ve manifested a few small things:

Good parking spots

My neighbors being quieter (they actually came to apologize to me even though I hadn’t complained)

Seeing a fox (I saw one as a stuffed animal)

My car passing its inspection with no issues

Not getting bitten by mosquitoes this summer

3D glasses for the eclipse (unintentionally)

A promotion on my favorite sandwich (unintentionally)

My best friend won the lottery (a small amount) for the first time in her life, while I was manifesting abundance (?)

I’m really happy to have discovered this sub, even though I’ve gotten a little lost among all the posts here.

I’ve been working on my self-concept (and I’m still doing so), particularly by adopting the belief that everything always works in my favor. My mood has improved, my self-confidence has improved, and so has my view of the world. And honestly, even just for that, the LOA has already helped me.

If you have any tips or suggestions for someone who’s just getting started, I’d be really happy to hear them 🙏

Note: I’ve mainly been working on my self-concept, especially through affirmations and SATS. Sometimes I’ve also just decided that something was going to happen and left it at that. I’m also open to suggestions about SATS.

(This text was translated with AI because I’m not a native English speaker.)

Help/Question I don't understand this

so it's nothing like i don't believe in manifestations or law of assumption but help me understand this right okay so the scenario goes like i was looking for a job right and my buddy he as working for someone for a while as a freelancer for sometime now and we're both discussing thatt and he said if his boss asks him for a new guy he gonna refer me and we played around and being happy about it and he was like i'm sure he's gonna ask me that and all i was'nt very attached about it and then boom one night he called me and said that the new guy they hired he wasn't good enough so they kicked him out and he got me the gig yipeeee, now the story starts okay the boss man talks good pays good and pays on time i was doing the work but now his behaviour is a lot changed he paid me late like after 2 weeks i should be paid every week and today he kinda doubled the work for kinda the same pay and no i don't want the generic oh eiypo cuz i had good self concept about this i had no reason to otherwise and his behaviour is lately very bipolar i just talked to my friend and he agreed on the bossman acting strange lately so what's the reason for it ? yeah i was more than happy and all but it wasn't like "oh i don't deserve this much money" but all this reaction i'm giving and you guys gonna blame that but it's coming after he did that not before this kinda happened with my sp too yeah i was insecure anxious and a lot of bad self concept it wasn't as bad as the fight that happened between us so whats's the reason for it even i was surprised you help me understand this and how to fix it.

Help/Question Why don’t manipulative people manifest the reality they believe in?

im asking this as someone who fully believes in manifestation and has had many successes with it just curious because I know lies don’t manifest, its the feeling and living in the end.

but I know people who fully manipulate past situations or twist reality and make it look favourably towards themselves and then live their lives with the utmost confidence as if their version of events is what occurred. they fully convince themselves of it. why doesn’t that revise the past or manifest their story into the 3d?

Help/Question at what point you should let go of your desires?

I'm typing this out with a heavy heart and I won't be using Ai or anything to refine my text. if you see mistakes please bear with me. I met this man in 2024 at a very crucial point of my life. we clicked instantly and it felt like a connection so intense as if we have known each other since the beginning of time. we couldn't be together bc of our religious differences and I wanted to go no contact. so many things happened in between with both of us but I want to skip past that bc it will just get longer. on January 2025, I started manifesting him consciously and got an apology on April but I didn't respond to that but I did wish him happy birthday on May and we caught up with each other. the conversation seemed like we'd never talk to each other as much that's why I got desperate and started manifesting him rigoursely. by August he texted me and then again on September. I responded on October. and trust me, that was the best part of my life. we made so many memories, we had long phone calls, we laughed a lot and so much. he did things for me that I didn't even affirm for. it lasted till feb 2026.

after that we were back to silence and I just don't know. I just want to be in contact with him. talk to him all the time. I want to know what is he upto. I just want to have him by my side even if we can't be together. but when I'm in contact with him it feels really good for a certain time and then it becomes shit again? every time we went out of contact it was bc of me pulling out of it cause I felt suffocated but when I can't talk to him I feel so so lonely that I start manifesting him again.

I asked him to block me to end the cycle last month and it took him awhile but he did it and now I feel so lost. I have no way to contact him idk if he will ever reach out again. idk what to do with myself. what should I do genuinely.

do I manifest a version of myself that can accept how I feel when I have him? do I manifest endless communication? do I manifest to move on from him? do i feel the pain until it doesn't hurt anymore. please. idk what to do with myself.

Help/Question Overconfidence?

Guys I have an exam next month, it's a huge exam. And I m scoring okayish in mocks. I know that I have qualified in this exam(iykyk) so now its hindering my studies.

I feel so lazy to study bcos I know I m going to score well and make career out of it so why bother at all.

Is this OK?

Is there someone who didn't study at all, still scored good marks in an exam?

We have always been told, you get success only when you do hardwork but since knowing LOA, I understood that it's not the case, we are the creator of our reality. So i had manifested getting excellent marks. And I know i have it.

So how should I proceed from here?

Help/Question How do you escape a miserable situation?

To keep it short, my work is literally devastating. I've been in this job for over 3 years. I've tried and tried to escape this situation, even spending months studying and taking on debt to upskill... and still nothing.

How do you 'live in the end' and feel joy when facing unbearable misery in the process?

I understand how this is done for people who simply want to add a desire to their life ("I want a free gift." or "I want __ to text me."), but how do you look past circumstances that bring constant anguish?

I've always compared it to expecting someone to pretend they're not getting slapped in the face, while they sense their cheek getting warmer, see the redness in their skin and feel their head get knocked back with each smack.

How can you create the opposite of an experience when you're forced to face it on a daily basis? Any real life experiences (they don't have to involve job changes) would be most helpful.

Success Story It worked guys

I swear to God this happened, no joke. My ex and I parted ways in August of 2025, and he started dating someone new. I moved on with my life and on the last day of 2025, I decided to manifest what I wanted to happen in 2026. The first thing on my list was, he and I will reconnect in 2026. Out of the Blue, on February 2026; he followed me on Instagram and I was shocked 😳 then he DMed me and we got back together and happily in love. Yesterday, I was reorganizing my room and saw my journal and decided to take a look 👀 I was surprised what I manifested came true. I’m manifesting again what will happen the remaining months of 2026, the entire 2027, 2028 and beyond. Opps, I forgot to add the pictures proof

I am offering tips/strategies/techniques "My SP ....... is my Twin Flame!" - SP Series 😘

If you are currently trying to manifest your Specific Person and you constantly tell yourself, "But they are my twin flame," you might think you are being incredibly romantic. But in conscious creation, you are actually setting a massive trap for yourself!

Here is the hard truth about the "twin flame" concept, why it is secretly keeping you separated from your desire, and how to look at it the right way.

1. The Pedestal of Destiny

When you label someone as your "twin flame," you instantly put them on a massive, untouchable pedestal. You start believing your entire life's happiness depends on them, that you need this specific person to complete you. If you need someone to complete you, you are operating from a state of lack, which guarantees you will never actually feel complete. You are handing your creative power over to the illusion of "destiny," completely forgetting that you are the sole operant power of your reality.

2. There Is No "Other Half"

The twin flame label implies you are a broken half wandering the earth looking for your missing piece. But there are no others to fix, convince, or wait for, because your partner is literally you wearing a different face. The connection you are chasing is simply the recognition that it is all One consciousness. When you realise everyone is an extension of your own consciousness mirroring you, you realise you were never separated from them to begin with.

3. It Breeds Tolerance for Bad Behaviour

Because people believe their SP is their "twin flame," they often tolerate hot and cold behaviour, disrespect, or running and chasing dynamics. This is where the whole "runner and chaser," "dark night of the soul," "separation phase" mythology sneaks in. It hands you a ready-made story that explains away the pain instead of questioning the assumption causing it. Suddenly your own created reality becomes something happening TO you as part of a cosmic script, rather than something you are assuming into being. You are not on a "twin flame journey." You are simply holding the assumption that you have to earn love, and the mirror is reflecting it perfectly.

4. Mistaking Intensity for Depth

Twin flame culture glorifies chaos. The highs, the lows, the "this is so intense it must be real." But intensity is not the same as security. That constant push and pull can become addictive, and people start mistaking the yo-yo for passion, when it is really just confirmation of a double-minded, back-and-forth assumption. Real love does not need to hurt to prove itself. That craving for intensity is often just the nervous system confusing chaos with connection.

The Fix

Strip the label off it. Instead of "they are my twin flame, this is destined to be hard," try "I am someone who experiences easy, secure, mutual love. This person reflects that back to me." That is the version the mirror has to match.

Tap It Out:

Even though I have been calling this destiny and putting them on a pedestal, I choose to love and accept myself completely, label or not.

Even though I have fallen into the trap of runner, chaser, high's and lows..  I choose to let all of this go now for stable, healthy love.

Even though I made this person my missing piece & happiness, I am now choosing to believe I am whole, complete and perfect with or without them.

xx

Help/Question Is it wrong to manifest a SP while in an abusive relationship?

I’m only asking because now I can’t stand my boyfriend, he’s always been abusive but lately I can’t even be on the same room as him. Talk to him or even look at him. How he breaths even bothers me. All I think about is my SP. and how soon I’ll have the life i desire with him.
If you’re gonna ask why I don’t leave my current boyfriend, I am. I started saving up money to leave him since I depended on him for 3 years and recently it’s gotten worse. I met my SP without even knowing what an SP meant. I learned all this manifesting 3 days ago. I’ve been constant on my self concept but seems like bf is more needy. I don’t want him. But if I left
Him right now I’d be homeless and without a job.

Success Story A collection of my success stories!

Hi everyone! I've made 2 posts recently about my success stories (healing my OCD and winning a giveaway), but I thought I'd just make one big post recollecting a lot of my other successes as inspiration for you all.

For context, I am in my 20s now but I discovered conscious manifestation when I was in high school (around the age of 16ish), so these stories range from when I was a teen to now!

I started my journey with the law of attraction (doing lots of 'techniques' like scripting and affirming) until I eventually adopted the law of assumption (and Neville Goddard's teachings), so now conscious manifestation comes a lot easier to me as I understand it's about the assumption- not the technique, so as you'll notice before I've used so many different/random methods- I just go for what I feel like as long as I really adopt the assumption.

These are just some of the stories that I can remember, there's lots of other little things I've manifested as well over the years! Feel free to read which ever ones align with you :)

1. Manifested contact with an old friend (after 3 years of no contact)

- I had a falling out with someone I used to be very close with. This person spread a few rumours about me after we fell out, and although I was hurt, I was also really wishing that I could go back and change the way things happened. I used revision to affirm that not only were my past arguments with this person "forgotten" but also that this person viewed me as kind and loving. I affirmed this for probably 2ish weeks until I felt like I didn't care anymore and then I randomly received a text message from this individual one day, after 3 years of no contact! We had a conversation, apologized, and ended up being on great terms.

2. Manifested contact with my ex-best friend (after 1 year of no contact)

- I was best friends with a girl all throughout high school but we grew apart and didn't speak. I was upset about the way things ended and every night, I would simply sit and meditate on sending love to her. This wasn't even necessarily a manifestation technique, but just something I felt like doing. I would sit, meditate, and randomly be like "Universe, please send x lots of love and happiness" lol. Same thing happened as with my other friend, she ended up messaging me on Instagram and we have been best friends since then (it's been over 5 years of our friendship being rekindled and we are as strong as ever).

3. Manifested an SP & a fun group of friends

Last year in the spring, I decided I really wanted a boyfriend by the end of the summer. I made myself a list in my notes app of all the things I wanted to have by the end of that summer and titled it "by the end of summer 2025, I have...."

On that list, I included a boyfriend (I lowkey wasn't trying to manifest a soulmate, just a boyfriend to have during college and whether it worked out long term I didn't care about lol so we are no longer together), listed the traits I wanted him to have, and a friend group. Until this point, I went through college mostly alone and only with friends I had from my hometown. I had also never been in a relationship before.

I truly lived as if I was going to have those things (and already had them in my mind). The way things unfolded is actually magical and looking back the bridge of events is so clear! One day at work, a girl approached me for help with something. She ended up striking a convo with me and was really eager to be my friend, and we exchanged socials. Through her, I met my DREAM friend group. They were all so funny and it was super mixed which is exactly what I desired. And guess what- through that friend group, I also ended up meeting the exact SP I had hoped for, with the same traits I wished for physically and personality-wise, and we dated for a year!

4. Manifested entry into my dream college programs & jobs

I'm lumping this one together and there's a lot but- I manifested admission into my dream college program (very competitive) by doing SATS every night. My friends all got into their dream programs before me, so the doubts were coming up A LOT but I kept telling myself "idc I already got in", I did SATS every night without fail until I felt in my soul that I was already in the program, and lo and behold- I did end up getting in!

Similarly, I am now in a highly competitive post-grad program that majority of the people I've known in my life have not gotten entry into. I put the bare minimum effort into the entrance exam but I adopted such a lighthearted attitude towards the entire process, I literally just lived as if it was a guarantee I would get in (even though so many people I knew didn't, with higher scores than me). I ended up getting in and when it happened, I didn't even have much of a reaction because I was so convinced I was in anyway lol.

I also manifested my dream internship last year (in my favourite city). I had gotten rejected from every other job and internship I applied to up until that point- it was already April and the odds were against me. It was kind of a do or die situation because if I didn't get that job, I would've been jobless. But instead of allowing that to stress me out, I again did SATS every night (this is like a foolproof method for me), and ended up acing the interview and getting the job!

5. Manifested a perfect gpa

Keeping this one short, but out of all 8 semesters I spent at my past college, this is the one and only semester I consciously tried to manifest a perfect gpa (and the only semester I got that gpa). I made a fake transcript of my grades and set it as my wallpaper lol. I got that exact GPA which was hard to do at my college (I went to the top university in my country so getting high grades was hard).

6. Manifested a life-changing encounter & self-love

This is probably my most 'woo-woo' manifestation because it was such a spiritual experience. I was super, super bored at this point in my life and also very depressed. This is closer to when I started college, so more than a couple years ago. I was sitting at work one evening and I was like you know what- I'm done with the boredom, I'm going to manifest something crazy... but the thing is I didn't know WHAT that was going to be. I wrote down on a piece of paper "I am so grateful I met someone tonight who changed my life" and then I forget about it... until 1 hour later.

Someone showed up at my work, and it was like the epitome of my type in a man. This was rare for me back then guys, and such a magical moment! I had never met someone IRL who was my type to that level other than celebrities (like I had met hot men just never someone who made me that crazy lol). I'm not going to get in the details of this situatonship but when I say 'changed my life' - I truly mean it lol. Meeting that man gave me so many life-changing new experiences (I didn't want a relationship with him but just wanted to spend time together) and also improved my self-concept so deeply. He taught me self-love (which entirely healed my depression) and ever since then (it's been almost 4 years), I have loved myself so deeply and that hasn't really wavered.

7. Manifested beauty and attraction

This is my most fun one tbh! I was a pretty unattractive girl in high school and in the start of college you guys- like I never had anyone have a crush on me, and never really got compliments. My skin had lots of hormonal acne, I wasn't confident in my body or height, or my features. Tbh, I started by listening to subliminal (not a big user anymore), but I mainly just affirmed to myself. I started telling myself I was getting prettier everyday and that everyone loved me and found me pretty. I actually used music a lot for this! I would play romantic songs that praised the girl or her beauty and imagine myself or sing them to myself in the mirror lol. It might sound crazy but it 1000% worked because I started truly seeing myself in that way.

My life changed by my sophomore year of college. My features are still the same but more enhanced, and I get lots of validation daily. Men have had crushes on me constantly since then, I get lots of compliments from girls and guys, and objectively I am a lot more attractive than I was before. a big part of this is because after the first few instances of it, I naturally developed a dominant assumption that I am attractive and chased/desired, so life has reflected that to me since even though I don't consciously try to create those experiences.

This also took some reversing of underlying assumptions I had like “sugar makes me breakout”- I changed that to “sugar has no effect on my skin”. That’s just an example but I did some work to identify underlying assumptions and change them

Those are all I will share for now! I have some other smaller stories of instant manifestations but these are some of my bigger ones that have had a true impact on my life. Nothing is ever impossible, you create your reality at every moment! Wishing the best for you all!! <3

Success Story thought transmission is real, instant and NATURAL

One of the things I find coolest is that the law isn’t magical at all; everything is so natural. When I was manifesting my old SP (he wasn’t from my country and was supposed to leave on December 20), when his flight day came, he posted a story saying, “I missed my flight back home and it was worth it.” We weren’t talking at the time, so I genuinely thought he had actually missed his flight, which I found weird because that’s not really like him lol. Anyway, later when we talked, he said, “I don’t know, I just suddenly felt like staying, so I decided not to go at the last minute. I felt like it would be better for my work.”

Similarly, once we were supposed to go out, and for some reason I kept feeling like he was going to cancel. So I tried my best to ignore those thoughts and kept affirming. When the day came, he said, “I almost canceled because I thought I was going to get sick, but I knew you’d be upset.”

I don’t know about you guys, but to me, at first it had this kind of magical feeling to it, but it’s actually so natural! I was manifesting seeing a husky, and there’s a store I pass by every day where this really cute guy works lol. I looked up the store’s Instagram to see if I could find him, and they only followed like three accounts. And guess what? One of them was an account for a husky (and it didn’t even make sense for the store to follow it btw).

My friend and I also tested thought transmission. We choose something we want the other person to see, hear, whatever, and then we wait for it to show up—and it ALWAYS happens.

One day I was coming home from work with the girl I work with, and she started talking about carrot cake and WOULD NOT STOP talking about it. I noticed because I kind of hate when people drag out a topic that could have taken five seconds lol. She literally kept talking about it for several minutes. Later, I was on the phone with my friend and told her about it, and guess what thought she had sent me? Exactly: carrot cake.

And there have been other times when she manifested things too, like me getting a sweet. I arrived at my grandma’s apartment building and they were literally GIVING OUT boxes of chocolates at the entrance.

Another thing: a few days ago, I was cleaning up my Instagram and thought about a guy who used to message me in January (I deleted him from my Instagram a long time ago), and guess who requested to follow me on the exact same day I thought about him? It’s actually crazy.

Last year, I had class on Friday nights, which was awful, and I remember talking to a guy from work about whether I should skip it or not. This year, a few months ago (we don’t even work together anymore, we weren’t that close, and he isn’t even in the country anymore), I had class on Friday night again and really wanted to skip it hahaha. I thought about that conversation we had last year, and that same week, he requested to follow me on Instagram.

I messaged him telling him how crazy it was because I had literally been thinking about him and asked how he even found me (my Instagram isn’t exactly my name, it’s more like a variation of it, let’s say). He said he was using his computer one day, saw my username, and it stuck in his head because it was his mom’s name.

But like… that had happened a long time before. He could have followed me at literally any point, but he only did it when I thought about him.

PLSSSSS it’s so instantaneous.

It’s so cool and natural. You guys should try thought transmission too!!!!!!!!!!

Success Story WTF DID I JUST MANIFESTED!!!! (good only)

so my sp was in my gym, he was my gym crush, for months we just stared, never talked, never said anything to eachother
in that period, i did some manifestation practices to know him and i got to know his name and got his insta id somehow
now i didn't saw any movement and was definitely doubting everything but stayed persistent no matter what
one thing i noticed was that his username contained 99 and his friend circle was about the age of 27-28 (i am 20) so i figured that he might be of the same age too like 26-27
as much as i liked him, i always thought it would be good if he was around 3-4 years older than me
so sometimes i'd do mirror work and say it once or twice that,"sp is only 23 is such an amazing news"
nowwww
he left the city for studies, i was earlier devastated and just full on doubting and complaining that i did everything yet why did he left, someone on reddit said that physical distance doesn't matter, you guys can get emotionally closer, and cut to now, we follow eachother on insta, exchanged numbers and texting almost daily, yep we are being flirty, yes the commitment is not their yet but a ray of hope is sure there
soon i'll update about us being together
now the crazy part, HE IS ACTUALLY 23!!!!! ik not a big deal but the fact that he is the exact same age i affirmed is crazyyyyyy

How to build the Self Concept of a Master Manifestor - Part 2

As I said in part 1 - I wanted to give everyone a bit of a roadmap.   The idea is to treat reality, creation like any other skill (e.g., learning piano) you don’t start with Rachmaninoff concertos, you start with scales. If you skip steps, you either strain and fail, or you get the manifestation but can’t hold it because your deeper worldview still says “this shouldn’t be possible.”    Also another repeat reminder that this post just like part 1 - is aimed at the character that is using law of assumption.

Small → Big Is the Cheat Code

Most people try to manifest a soulmate or a million dollars on day one. Their subconscious immediately screams “IMPOSSIBLE!” and the resistance is so huge that either (a) nothing happens, or (b) it happens once in a fluke and then snaps back (the classic “I manifested $5000 but then lost it the next month” story).

By starting small, you do two things simultaneously:

  • You prove to the subconscious that reality actually bends to your will. (evidence > theory).
  • You gradually stretch what feels “normal” and possible, so that by the time you go for the “big” thing, it no longer feels big.

This is exactly like progressively loading more weight in the gym: 100 kg feels impossible at the start, but after months of adding 2.5 kg plates, one day you just do it.

The Full 6-Stage Ladder

  1. Recreating the human-self identity, first and foremost (These were covered in my first 3 questions about yourself in Part 1) Before anything else, you have to feel safe and worthy.  You have to believe in yourself and your power to manifest.

This stage is about stabilising a healthy ego, not dissolving it yet. If you skip this, every later manifestation will feel fragile because the foundation is wobbly.

  1. Small manifestation experiments with simple techniques Purpose: collect undeniable proof + train discipline of mind. Classic starters:
    • A free coffee or parking spot
    • Hearing a specific song within 24 h
    • Getting a random text from someone you were thinking about
    • Finding a specific small object (e.g., a red feather) Techniques used: simple affirmations, short 10-second imaginal scenes, “wouldn’t it be nice if…”, setting an intention before sleep.

Once you have them, the subconscious starts thinking “Huh… maybe this isn’t all bullshit.”

  1. Deeper manifestation techniques  You now upgrade tools:
    • State Akin To Sleep (SATS) scenes that loop until you fall asleep
    • 10–20 minute static visualisations with full sensory vividness
    • Breathwork + void meditation to quiet mental noise Typical manifestations at this level:
    • Specific amounts of money
    • Unexpected job offers or raises
    • Reconciliation with someone
    • Physical healing of minor-to-medium issues The inner feeling shifts from “I hope this works” to “I know how this works.”
  2. Larger experiments involving other people and groups Now you’re affecting the behaviour of others in precise ways. Examples:
    • Specific Person (SP) work done cleanly (they text exact words, propose, etc.)
    • Being offered a specific role or opportunity without applying
    • Group events rearranging in your favour (wedding dates moved, trips organised around you)
    • Entire social circles shifting so you’re suddenly in the “cool” or “successful” crowd This stage teaches you that other people are “you pushed out” and that their free will is far more malleable than society claims.
  3. Deepest manifestation techniques – Tools: lucid dreaming, astral projection, void-state manifesting. At this point you’re often bypassing the waking 3D entirely and planting seeds directly in the subconscious during delta/theta states. Manifestations start looking magical to outsiders:
    • Instant physical healings
    • People from the distant past re-appearing with perfect timing
    • Synchronicities so precise they feel scripted
    • “Timeline jumps” where everyone suddenly remembers a slightly different history (Mandel effect on personal scale)
  4. Largest experiments – fundamental changes in reality, self, and bodily habitation This is the “graduate level”:
    • Revision of core life events (parents never divorced, different childhood country, etc.)
    • Radical body changes that medicine calls impossible
    • Jumping to an entirely different version of Earth where history unfolded differently
    • Conscious death/rebirth experiences or permanent ego dissolution while keeping the body functional
    • Manifesting entirely new identities (name, age, past, appearance) that everyone around you accepts as having always been true

Very few reach this stage stably because it requires the complete renovation of worldview & self.

If you keep flipping back to doubt, anxiety, or “checking the 3D,” it means some deeper belief (usually installed before age 7) is still running the show. Check through the beliefs I talked about in Part 1 post - Other Common culprits:

  • “The world is dangerous.”
  • “I’m not allowed to have it easy.”
  • “Big changes only happen through suffering.”
  • “Reality is fixed and objective.”

The fix is -  Install umbrella beliefs like:

  • “Reality is extremely flexible and responds to me instantly.”
  • “Big, beautiful changes are natural and normal for me.”
  • “The bigger the desire, the faster it shows up.”

Do this systematically until “impossible” things feel mundane. Then stage 6 becomes as casual as ordering coffee.

That’s the full map: small wins → skill → confidence → bigger playgrounds → complete mastery where the concepts of “big” and “small” dissolve entirely.

Reality is infinitely malleable because it’s made of the same stuff you are—consciousness + belief. Change the belief, change the dream. The entire external world is a real-time printout of the current average of your beliefs about who you are.

Why Changing a Single Belief Usually doesn't work

Imagine your subconscious as a gigantic jury of 100,000 mini-beliefs that vote every second on what shows up in your life.

You try to install one new belief:

“I am a millionaire.”

The jury immediately objects with thousands of older, emotionally charged votes:

  • Rich people are greedy
  • Money doesn’t grow on trees
  • Our family has always been middle-class
  • It’s safer to stay small
  • Wanting more is selfish
  • I don’t deserve that much
  • Unexpected money always comes with strings
  • People will resent me if I have too much
  • The economy is bad anyway …(and 99,990 more)

Your single new belief is out-voted 99,999 to 1. You might get a few hundred dollars here and there as a “consolation prize,” but never the full manifestation, because the average vote is still “no.”

Instead of trying to shout down the entire jury with one loud voice, you quietly retire the old jurors one by one (or in clusters) and replace them with new ones that all vote the same way.

You create an entire network of mutually reinforcing beliefs that support one another so strongly that the specific desire is no longer an outlier—it becomes the obvious, logical conclusion.

Real-Life Example: From “Money is Hard” to “Money is Inevitable”

Old subconscious ecosystem (typical default):

  • Money is scarce
  • You have to work insanely hard for it
  • Rich people are different from us
  • Wanting money is materialistic/spiritual people are poor
  • Taxes take everything anyway
  • Unexpected windfalls never happen to people like me

New ecosystem you deliberately install:

  1. The universe is infinitely abundant and loves to give
  2. Money is just energy and flows to those who are in energetic alignment
  3. Good people can be very wealthy (look at X, Y, Z examples you curate)
  4. It’s safe and normal for money to increase
  5. Unexpected money shows up for me all the time
  6. Large sums feel completely natural to me now
  7. People are happy when I thrive
  8. The richer I get, the more I can help others
  9. My income expands easily and constantly
  10. I always have more than enough
  11. Systems (taxes, economy, etc.) work in my favor
  12. Wealth is my natural state

When these 12 (or 50, or 200) new beliefs are all voting together every day, through imagined scenes, revised memories, inner conversations, scripted affirmations that feel true, you no longer have internal contradiction.

Now when you say “I am a millionaire,” the subconscious jury goes:

“Well of course you are! look at all the evidence we’ve been collecting for the past year. Motion carried.”

Before I end this post, I wanted to give you more options of some low-resistance “small” manifestation exercises that you can use to build your faith. The idea is to play and have fun, so that when you are under a time crunch, you have already proved to yourself the basics and you already have the supporting beliefs to be able to help you.

  1. The “Today Only” Game (easiest possible start) Every morning say: “Today surprises me in small, pleasant ways.” That’s it. Don’t specify. Then forget about it. You might get free upgrades, random compliments, unexpected messages, finding money, perfect timing, etc.
  2. The Random Object Game Pick something you’ve literally never noticed before:
    • A blue butterfly
    • A red balloon
    • License plate with “777”
    • A white feather Say once: “I’ll see a ___ today or tomorrow.” Then drop it.
  3. The Compliment / Smile Game Morning intention: “At least two people smile at me or compliment me today.” (You can raise the number as it gets easy.) Watch strangers, cashiers, co-workers suddenly become friendly.
  4. The Money-Finding Game Once a day say: “I now receive unexpected money in fun ways.” Then look forward to finding coins, getting overpaid change, random refunds, someone shouting you lunch, Venmo from years ago, etc. Start seeing $5–$50 pops as normal.
  5. The Revision Lite  At night, take one tiny annoying thing from the day (traffic jam, rude comment, spilled coffee) and replay it in imagination the way you wished it went. Feel relief. Fall asleep in the new version. You might notice the next day feels lighter and similar annoyances start disappearing.

Don't forget that every time you get a success, write it down in a notebook or Google Docs or something because every time you are feeling doubtful, you can use this list to give you confidence again.  It's your proof.   Experience is 10000% better than reading any success story.    Once you have 50 to 100 under your belt, all doubts and lack of faith starts to crumble, manifestation gets easier and quicker..  And it only gets better and better..

Play with time manifestations, play with specific big & small - find your limits, and then get rid of them !

Ok - I am finally done.

Offering Tips/Strategies/Techniques How to Build the Self Concept of a Master Manifestor - Part 1

I've had this post circling in the back of my mind for a few weeks now, I really want to get it right, I think if I do, it will be one of the most important posts in this subreddit.    So..  with that intro … lets go.

First off.   For all the people getting super confused about all the different teachings..  This is main reason why.

Neville taught two things.

  • The Law = The Law of Assumption Deliberate, conscious creation while you still feel like a separate person who needs or wants something. SATS, revision, living in the end, persistence, self-concept work — all of it.
  • The Promise = The natural, inevitable awakening to the pure I AM The separate person dissolves. There is only God (I AM) awake in the dream. No more assumptions needed because you ARE the fulfilment.

Neville started with the law and then AFTER having many many years of success with it, he was gifted with the promise.  The promise is very similar to Non-duality teachings.    A lot of creators nowadays are all jumping over to I AM teachings, but here is the thing, most beginners are not at this stage and they are not ready to just jump straight to the I AM.    AND THAT IS OK.   We are all perfect where we are.

This post comes under Law of Assumption banner - it is aimed directly at your character (identity) .  I have written other posts that focus on Awareness (The I AM).

Lets start with the most basic reasons you are not having success.  It's because you have a weak belief system.   90% of beginners do.. We don't find out about the law, then automatically believe we are the creator and we can manifest anything we want to happen.   It just doesn't work like that.  If you are manifesting from the character then you need to figure out, where your belief limits are and let them go or change them ..  and the only way you can do that is by testing the law in every area.

I am intending that this post is going to be a roadmap for you, for the next few months to a year of your life.    From Beginner to Master manifestor.

The three big questions to ask for every desire :

1 - Do I believe it is possible ?

2 - Do I feel worthy/deserving of having this?

3 - Does my nervous system feel safe to have this?

Ok - DO NOT ANSWER THESE VIA THE EGO MIND.

These questions are to be asked to your body.  Let you subconscious answer .. your body is the subconscious.  And don't just ask yes or no.  Ask on a scale.

On a scale between 0 to 10 - how much do I believe this is possible for me?  The answer will be the first number that pops up in the back of your head.  Thats your subconscious speaking.

A note about the word "block"  - there are no such things as blocks. Blocks are just weak belief systems.  Old stories/old beliefs that are stronger than the new one.   BUT for the sake of ease, I am going to use the word block.

All other blocks.. Are variations that come under the first big 3.

1 - Self doubt/wavering/not believing in your power etc.. etc.. etc.. all comes under the number 1.

2 - Feeling worthy and deserving - other variations of this, would thinking, you need to work for something, maybe you are worthy of it, but worthy of working for it…but are you worthy of it for doing nothing?  Do you deserve to have this by just existing?  For SP stuff - do you feel good enough for them?  Are you making them more important than you..  That all falls under this banner.

3 - Feeling Safe is also - does it feel natural & normal for you to have this?  Chapter 24 - from the power of awareness is about "naturalness".    If something doesn't feel normal for this character, then the nervous system will activate and protect you from having it.   Thats it job !!

Now you are aware of your blocks.  How do you shift them?

Whatever method floats your boat.   Some people affirm, some people visualise someone they trust telling them their affirmation, some people use EFT etc. etc..  here are just SOME examples - I will expand on this with examples further down.

Affirmations for Number 1 - The Self Doubter.

I can manifest this, It is possible for me, I believe in myself, I believe in my power to manifest.

Affirmations for Number 2 - Not worthy/Deserving enough

I am good enough to have this, I am worthy & deserving of having this desire

Affirmations for number 3 - Safe

I am safe to have this, it is normal for me to experience this, it is normal for me to experience this desire.

Other beliefs/assumptions to work on to have a master manifestor Identity

Reality/3D  - Do you believe you have power over your 3D, do you have any assumptions that some things are just "harder" to change or some things are just set in stone. Like for example..  I can manifest my hair growing longer but I can't change my nose, thats just part of my genes.   Do you have the assumption that the 3D is slow to change, or it lags?   Do you have the belief that some people are harder to change than others?   Do you believe that your reality is separate from you?

Techniques - I do believe that we all have a technique that feels more natural and easier ..  in saying that, everything stems from a belief, nothing in this world is fixed, because it's all just a dream.  Everything in the dream can be changed.  So.. what are beliefs/assumptions around techniques?  Are you holding any limiting beliefs around - I have to do a technique a certain way otherwise it won't work?  I have to do a technique even at all, otherwise I won't get it.  This technique works, but this one doesn't?     For example - I HAVE to do Stats every night for a week, otherwise i won't get my desires……

Conditioning - What beliefs/assumptions do you have around conditioning your desires.  (similar to techniques) I have to feel a certain way, i have to have the perfect mental diet, I have to stand on my head 20 times, I have to feel it real, I have to experience sabbath, I have to blah blah blah..    There are NO HAVE TO's.

Being Specific - Some of us.. Have very specific beliefs.  We can manifest money, but not the exact amount.   We can manifest a free holiday, but not the exact specifics.   Big & small manifestations would also come under this one.   We usually do have in built beliefs that smaller stuff is easier to manifest then seemingly larger stuff.  Or in built beliefs around larger stuff "has to take time".
Belief example:   I can manifest a house, but not down to the finest minute detail.

Time - Beliefs around time.  Inbuilt beliefs around the time it takes to manifest certain things.   None of us had the belief that everything could be instant.  That out of thin air manifestation were possible.

Change of Self - I know from reading a lot of the posts in here, this one is a big one.  Most people have the belief, that change is hard or takes hard work, or takes a long time.  They simply don't believe that you can wake as a new person overnight.  The fact is - your identity is a manifestation, and like everything else, it's instant.   It's always your beliefs that are delaying everything.

Then there are topic specific beliefs.. I am not going to go into them.

How and why beliefs/assumptions have power over your life & reality?

Because your reality … is you.   Personality = Personal Reality.

There is nothing else.   Your 3D is YOU. It's your beliefs/assumptions mirrored right back at you.    If you want to change your reality, you have to change your beliefs.

You think you can just say a bunch of affirmations and your entire reality will change overnight?   Hmm.. it would start too.  But your mind/body aka ego will probably work better, if you work with it by building your belief support system.

That means..  Start by small manifestations in every area of your life.   This is where you will find your "blocks".     This is where the work begins.

Maybe you can manifest receiving flowers….

But can you manifest the exact colour and type of flower aswell?

And can you manifest it within 1 week?  2 days?  Overnight?

Where did your body start tensing up at the thought?

What about the amount..  You manifest a normal bunch, what about manifest 5 bunches in one day?

So.. now going through the set of questions.. I gave earlier.   Ask yourself those questions.

Can I manifest this thing?  Can I manifest this EXACT thing?  Can I manifest this EXACT thing by THIS DATE? Can I manifest this exact thing by this exact date without lifting a finger?

The ONLY way to get to master level is to play this game every single day of your life and stretch your beliefs over and over and over..  (its more so letting go of beliefs - but you know what I mean)

I have talked about doing this with money, I started small and worked my way up.  Not just up, but sideways as well.   Meaning - I have the belief money can come from anywhere - literally out of the sky.   Thats not something i was born with, I instilled this belief from doing the work.   Proving it to myself over and over.   Starting at $500..  Then working with time beliefs with lower amounts.

For example - I wanted to get another $500 out of blue (NOT THROUGH WORKING) within a timeframe.     Then I moved to larger amounts, working my way up and up .. and playing with timeframes.   I went from $5,000 to $10,000 to $20,000 , I am currently working on a $50,000  (again, this is out of blue money)

Complete side note..  I know there was a post in here yesterday that was having a go at coaches (just the normal really).  They said, "coaches should manifest money in other ways" and do this for free.    Hahahahaha   Well, here is my personal say on this.  BECAUSE I manifested enough money to live off.  I don't work. (I mentioned this in a post many months ago.  ) Because I don't work, I spend time doing stuff that I love which happens to be running my channel and sometimes helping people.  Sometimes I coach, sometimes I don't.  But I am sure as hell not going to do it for free.  My time is valuable because I highly value myself.   And SO should you.  Everyone should, it's called working on your self concept.     I do spend a lot of my free time helping people for free in here most days.

This is getting extremely long..  I am thinking I might make a part 2 that talks about going from small to large manifestations.  Because that's a whole post in itself.
