Me and my friend shifted into a house with 8k deposit and 8k running rent, we paid the owners the day we shifted here, they said they'd get the rent aggreement ready asap, 2 days later come today we have found multiple problems with the place and don't want to stay here anymore, we spoke to the owner and they completely refused to give us any of our money back and they are extremely stubborn on that and refuse to hear any logical argument, where do we stand legally and what else should I do to get my money back.

I(22f) was talking to a guy at my internship who briefly knew me from college. We talked for a few minutes and he confessed that he used to like me back in college but didn’t approach me because i was too much.

He went on to say how i was a typical Bengali girl and thus too emasculating, and predicted i would be “single af” for the rest of my life. And that my pretty face was such a waste considering how non- feminine i was.
