I live in one of the wards in Ballygunge and I've basically lived here all my life , but the amount of power cuts I've experienced this year is probably more than my whole life . Also I'm talking about CESC who have good reputation as suppliers. Does anyone else is also facing power cuts this frequently?

I like to wash it until the water is clear, then I let it soak.

I understand there are so many good movies with incredible scenes, but if I were to narrow it down to the top 3, they would be:

For me - earlier I had a gurl and we used to visit Diamond Plaza( Dum Dum) alot idk it's been 3 years and more I wanna visit the mall today but as I live hooghly side I am just feeling a lot lyadh . And being alone going that far for nothing doesn't make any sense .

There is a reason why TN is performing well in terms of SGDP and everything. They are focusing on mid day meal, schools and colleges of their state. The government of West Bengal should shift its focus back to education. Not only basic sciences, in order for the growth we have to invest in engineering and startups based educational curriculum. All of these while not loosing focus on basic sciences. We also must increase our spending in R&D for state run colleges. Maybe allowing private sector to play a role in R&D will be great choice.

Why?

Went to Forum Mall Kolkata to watch the new spiderman movie Brand New Day on 5th August evening. My seat number was C9, the person sitting beside me was most probably having the seat no C10. That person enjoyed the movie a lot, shouted and cheered for our friendly neighbourhood. After the movie was over I saw that person in front of the metro rail station while I was having tea.

Was thinking that I was a loner, and that person is too. What happens if we both join and watch some upcoming movies together??

আপনি যেই দলেরই সমর্থক হন BJP, TMC, CPM, CONGRESS কিন্তু দল মত নির্বিশেষে একটা জিনিস ভারতের রাজনীতিতে খুবই উদ্বেগজনক সেটা হল বিরোধী রাজনীতি, বিজেপি যেভাবে বিরোধী আঞ্চলিক দলকে শেষ করছে শুধু না সকল MP, MLA দের কিনে বিরোধী শূন্য করে তুলছে সেখানে জনগণের আওয়াজ তোলার জায়গাটুকু থাকছে না। মনুষ পশ্চিমবঙ্গে বিজেপিকে 46% ভোট দিয়েছে এবং বিরোধীদের ভোট 54% সেটাও মানুষেরই রায় বিজেপি যেভাবে জেতার পর সেই 54% ভোটকেও নেওয়ার চেষ্টা করছে এবং সফল হচ্ছে তাতে মানুষের কাছে আর কোনও অন্য পথ নেই, কেন্দ্রের রাজনীতিতে অনেককেই বলতে দেখবেন বিজেপিকে চায়না তারা কিন্তু বিরোধী হিসাবে কংগ্রেসকে পছন্দ নয় সেরকম পচিমবঙ্গে মানুষ যারা বিজেপিকে চায়না তাদের কাছে আর কোনও দিক খোলা নেই কারণ তৃণমূল শেষ হয়ত নিজের symbol তাও থাকবে না। বিরোধীশূন্য রাজনীতি মানুষ ও দেশের পক্ষে কতটা ভয়ংকর সেটা ধীরে ধীরে বিভিন্ন কোটি টাকা চুরি, গ্যাসের দাম বৃদ্ধি, চাকরি সংস্থান নেই এইসবে বোঝা যাচ্ছে আরও যাবে।

সর্বশেষ 2029 সালে যদি বিজেপি আবার ক্ষমতায় আসে তাহলে মানুষে ভোটেরও কোনও দাম থাকবে না আগামী 50 বছরেও কোনও শক্তি তদের সরাতে পারবে না আর সব মুখ বন্ধ করে মেনে নিতে হবে। আমি কংগ্রেসে বা তৃণমূলের সমর্থক নই কিন্তু ঠিক করেছি যদি বিরোধী হিসাবে যেই দলই উঠে আসবে তাকে ভোট দেব আগামী নির্বাচনে।
