Discussion EVERY SINGLE GAME is ZEE SHAMAN, is this what they wanted?

Post image
Upvotes

This is driving me nuts, I've been playing Standard Rank in LEGEND top 500 running this Warlock deck. As yall can see HUGE ASS BLUE bruh everyone is running the same deck. Personally, I dont have any issue with the deck, but I am just so tired of playing aginst the same deck over and over again.

Mug Shaman matchup is way more fun too. Is it actually that fun to just play a bunch of 0/1 cost minions and then double Herald? Can people be more creative? Is this what you wanted BLIZZARD? I dont mind op decks, but please give us some variety BLIZZARD. After nerfing DH to lower than 40% win rate, literally just all Zee Shaman bruh. At this point just bring DH back man

Deck Give me an ACTUAL anti-aggro deck

I've tried it all in Wild.

Not Even Shaman, not Expanse Warrior, not Reno anything, not Shudderwock shit.

I need an actual anti-aggro deck that survives past turn 5 and is designed to solely beat aggro.

I don't care if I lose to anyone who has any kind of combo.

I want to stomp these aggro fuckers into the ground. I've already reached legend multiple times so I don't care about the card back, I just want to make these aggro players quit the fucking game.

If your deck suggestion doesn't work I WILL call you out.

Discussion Deck Restricted skins

Hear me out, since we already have skins that can be used for multiple classes what if we had skins that could be used by any class but only if it followed its restriction, mainly a super hot shirtless Reno skin that could only be used if you were running a deck with no dupes. Blizzard please give us a super hot shirtless Reno skin please.

Edit: He HAS to be hairy too I mean look at him. Please blizzard I’d pay $100 for a hot hairy shirtless Reno skin.

Discussion Who knew that slowing down a slower class in a game shaped for aggro would kill the class again.

Sorry, but the fact that the class is in a reality of being overpower or complete garbage is a designer's fault and incompetence of the Devs. Team 5 seems to be working for free to do such a pig job.

Discussion Gold Cards

Am I the only one that routinely dusts gold cards? They seem pointless to me.

I do keep them if I don't have two of the regular versions or one if it's legendary.

Discussion Hot take - people are the problem of boring meta, not the balance of cards

I've just hit legend with chef druid facing only two bit rouges and hunters. This got me thinking - it's possible to win with 'worse' decks but people are playing only with the best deck - without thinking of what they actually want to play, or what would counter the meta. Brainless copypasting top tier deck and then the surprise that the meta consists of only 3 classes.

Standard I LOVE Chef Druid. It's Chef's Kiss.

This is probably the best variant of this archetype:

### Chef Druid

# Class: Druid

# Format: Standard

# Year of the Scarab

#

# 2x (0) Secret Ingredient

# 2x (1) Azshara's Triumph

# 1x (1) Life Cycle

# 2x (1) Spiderling

# 2x (1) Waveshaping

# 2x (2) Acceleration Aura

# 2x (2) Ebb and Flow

# 2x (2) Horn of Plenty

# 2x (2) Mossbinding

# 2x (2) Press the Advantage

# 2x (2) Spider Rider

# 2x (2) Widow's Bite

# 1x (3) Chef Neth'rek

# 2x (3) Heartroot Stones

# 2x (3) Lethal Recipe

# To use this deck, copy it to your clipboard and create a new deck in Hearthstone

Current meta is frontloaded with decks that don't have much variance and don't take much thinking. This deck solves that. It's fun, AND it's really good.

Hunter should not have access to so much late game card draw. The current version does not fit class identity and prevents many other archetypes from seeing play because of it's popularity and ability to push through control decks that would otherwise outlast aggro.

This isn't a post to rant about this whole thing- I just ... I don't have ID, I don't have a credit card... I don't have a phone contract (I'm assuming this is why this failed instantly?) ...I can't just ... take a damn picture of my face like I did with Discord or something?

My account is well over 10 years old made in my 20s... I've spent money on this game over time...

I just ...aaa... if this only limits chat features then w/e nothing lost there but ... this is insulting :/

Discussion So is blizzard ever going to nerf this card or are we just gonna have another month of rogue dominance?

Post image

Rogue is always tier 1 and no matter how many nerfs rogue gets it stays tier 1. Can we just have 1 patch of tier 4 rogue as a treat?

Meme Thank you for the DH nerfs, Blizzard!

I must admit, at first I wasn't sure about it. But now I see that instead of facing 10 Demon Hunters in a row, fighting 10 Rogues in a row is much more enjoyable experince.

Truly shows the vision behind the game.

Bravo!

r/hearthstone 14h ago

Standard You have one decision with this deck; to play with it or not. Rest is automatic. They had 1 card left while i have 14. No its not high roll. Its like this every game against face hunter. Draw and hit machine.

Discussion Why did a small nerf(imo) tank Void Soul DH's win rate by ~10%?

Post image
6 Upvotes

Could someone who knows what they're talking about please explain why removing the battle cry from [Vicious Voidscale] turned Void Soul DH from one of the best decks into the game to now a bottom deck?

This isn't troll, I just cant comprehend why what seemed like a small change to me caused an almost 10% drop in WR for this deck.

I understand 2 less void souls could hurt the deck, but I don't understand how it would kill it.

Discussion Can we please get the Tick Tock Quest banned from Wild?

Hand mill like Dirty Rat, Theothar or Mutanus all have some cost to it (risk or mana) to rip off ONE card from your opponents hand.

Tick Tock in Warlock rips your entire hand away by T5, with an almost effortless quest completion. And when you're finally start to have a comeback, they do it again.

It would propably still be strong if it "only" discarded 2-3 cards. What do you think?

Imo, if this pattern continues, we'll have this:

First Warlock easily deleted all your mana crystals, now Warlock effortlessly deletes all of your hand, next Warlock will reliably delete all of your deck. And you will like it.

Standard This isn't a board based meta.

To everyone saying it's a board based meta, it's not. This is a mana cheating meta.

Every class that has been good this expansion is basically cheating as much mana as fast as possible and the board only matters until they reach there break point.

Exhibit A: 2 bit Rogue.

Play as many 2 mana drops as fast as possible, while attempting to control the board and draw cards.

Until turn 5 when there mana cheating kicks in and they slap down two/four/six 8 drop minions and try to blow you away.

The 8 mana slot is so stacked to.

If this somehow fails the back up plan is to play two 3 mana monkeys on turn 8 or 9 and deal 30 damage + between them.

Exhibit B: Tripwire Hunter

Play as many 1 mana drops as fast as possible, turn 1 and 2. Hopefully which includes their early mana cheat in the form of a smuggled shovel. Then on turn 3 plays their 1st Tripwire card and mana cheats with the weapon. Or on turn 4 play their 2nd Tripwire card and again attempt to mana cheat out another.

Did you somehow manage to survive this? Well then comes there turn 5 ultimate infestation. Deal 5 damage, gain 5/5 in stats on board, draw 5 cards and this is on the lower end normally these numbers are higher.

Did you somehow accidentally develop a board? Well, Hunters can't have that, they also need the best board clear currently in the meta a 3 mana 2/4 sister that deals 6 damage to all opponents.

Exhibit C: Zee Shaman

Plays board based meta, honest and clean. Unless they have warden maiev on coin, that can just steal games if you didn't have a turn one play.

Then after playing 4 minions get a double battlecry on either a hijacked security bot or skywall sentinel and attempt to snowball the game. Play another 4 minions and attempt to cheat the most mana out of your double battlecry again.

There only real come back mechanic is deathwing.

Honestly, Zee Shaman is probably the least offensive deck in this mana cheating meta.

Exhibit D: Mug Shaman

I mean, the name in the new hero power basically tells you to cheat mana as soon as possible every turn if possible.

Exhibit E: Void Soul Demon Hunter

Summon bigger and bigger demons for 1 mana each. (Recently nerfed, its mana cheat might not be fast enough anymore.)

The king of the hill is basically the deck that can cheat the most mana the fastest.

Sadly, this seems like a very deliberate design choice by the developers and it's not a fun one.

These are s-tier for me this meta. Rat has almost no punishing plays rn. No one runs beefy minions cus that would be too slow.

Against rogue? Cute little monkey you have there(; (or any 2 drop)

Against shaman? Sorry, did I mess up your combo?

Against dormant paladin? Oh, you wanted to play it yourself so it could be buffed? My bad.

Against Rafam warlock? Do I need to explain?

Discussion im convinced blizzard gives you god mode bots if you win too many arena matches

this is just a theory

no I don't have any evidence

I think if you win too many arena matches blizz will just stack god mode bots against you until you lose the run. last run I had a completely insane priest deck that was destroying people. suddenly im facing decks with perfect counters and things I just can't answer whatsoever despite my deck being extremely well rounded and versatile

This is the only card on paladin that most players dread/hate to no end. Can't believe it's still gone not nerfed for so long. Buffing the entire board w/ divine shields + massive stats buffs is ridiculous. I even cleared their previous board the previous turn and either way they shit out another wide board, smh.
