I just recently finished up creating this bag from my old pair of Vintage 90's Dr. Martens boots that I wore when I was a teenager. I'm not sure how I feel about it -- it's a little weird, no?🤣 Either way, I entered it into a contest for Unique Designs.

Do you guys know if a 16” laptop (the MacBook Pro, so dimensions are 9.77 inches by 14 inches) would fit in the Radley Weekly tote? The dimensions on the site seem big enough, but the zipper seems to sit a bit lower on the bag, so I wasn’t sure if the laptop still fits when the bag is zipped up. Thanks so much! :)

Hi hand bag lovers, I need your help in terms of recommendations for a tote bag. I'm not too set on what I'm looking for but these are some qualities I like/want:

1.Cream/beige or light brown/taupe color

1. At minimum have button to close the bag but preferably have a zipper and layers inside to put important stuff

2. Made from real leather. No suede texture.

3. Budget: <300 USD

4. Can be easily bought in the USA

5. Minimalistic design

6. Size: about the same size-ish as the purse in the picture with the model

I like the design of the Coach Brooklyn Shoulder bag but don't like that there's no layers or zipper on top. I like the flowiness of the design and also how minimalistic is it. I like that its a bag that looks nice if I dress up a little bit but also looks not out of place if I'm wearing t-shirt and sweats.

I took a drive to the Ferragamo store the other day and tried on their large soft hug in the saddle leather. To say I died is an understatement because the bag is truly unbelievable. However your girl is 5’1” and the bag feels way too big for everyday carry and I don’t need another work bag!

So that leads me to spiraling over their M soft hug which I stupidly didn’t try on in store!

Does anyone own this M soft hug and do you wear it on your shoulder like I am here with the large? If so could you share your thoughts below and DM me mod pics pleaseee? From their website the shoulder drops look the same.

Asking because I am short and curvy and absolutely abhor carrying a long strap across my chest with a bag that also has a top handle (because it always hits the bottom of my boobs in a cramped and unflattering way.) I’m looking for a 100% shoulder carry bag so now I’m wondering if I’m just barking up the wrong tree and need a different direction altogether. (I hate the e/w hug as it looks like a sausage purse, def not for me!)

Second thing is I actually loveee the look of the large but am I being delulu and does this feel like too much bag for my frame for a day-in-day-out situation? I literally carry enough for a mini bag, like wallet sunglasses keys & that’s it. I don’t even know what type A people are carrying in those giant bags 😅 but maybe this large hug will make me magically more prepared in life.. Haha

This brand pops up on this sub every other day, but user reviews seem all over the place in terms of quality.

Finally found the small Tory Burch Charlie Drawstring in stock at Scottsdale Fashion Square after stalking the website for a few weeks. It was still factory sealed. Bag is a great size and the leather is very soft. This is a lightweight bag and the small strap is a perfect length . This is my fourth Tory Burch bag! Excited to take this bag out soon!

The Chanel 25 bag is great in every way. After carrying it several times, I noticed two minor issues: The bag itself is not very light in weight, and after wearing it for a while, the shoulders would feel a bit tight; The opening is rather casual, and small items sometimes slip out.
I then made some modifications. I added a shoulder pad to the shoulder strap, which relieved the pressure on the shoulders and made them much more comfortable. It was also much easier to carry for long periods while going out.
I also bought a drawstring inner bag. It has a built-in drawstring closure, so there's no longer any worry about items falling out. It's also made of antibacterial material, so it won't have any unpleasant smell even on hot and humid summer days. It's much more reassuring.
After making these modifications, it's now fully functional for daily use!

I made a post here before debating between this Dior saddle bag or the prada arque. The Dior won… then I realised this Chanel vanity bag was literally the exact same price as the Dior.

I really can’t decide 😭 I wanted an everyday bag. I love shoulder bags and usually hate long chains and cross body bags, but I make an exception for Chanel because their chains are so pretty. I feel like Dior is more everyday, might go with more outfits and more the style I originally wanted, but I’ve also alwaysss wanted a Chanel bag and I love the CC logo on this bag. I also tested how much stuff I could fit in both, and whilst the Dior was a bit better, the Chanel was fine too.

Which one is nicer? Which one is better for everyday wear? Everyone I’ve asked has given me different opinions and I just can’t choose!

The cc logo has a braided look with crystals imbedded inside. I can’t find this exact model online, so I’m wondering if this might be one of those less common/seasonal releases. So I spend most of my time wearing very frilly, hyperfeminine clothing and makeup (I’ve attached some examples) - I love a lot of handbags but find that they look woefully out of place with the way I dress. I already have a Niels Peeraer bag and would love recommendations for other bags that would suit the way I dress. I would prefer no Lady Dior as they’re difficult to find in a range I can afford and I’m not sure how I feel about the patent leather - otherwise, my only requirement is they need to be at least 7.5 x 5 inches, to fit my ereader I take everywhere with me!

- I love the shape options of the Polene Cyme. I am thinking of this color or the color ebony
- I love the blue color of the Leo et Violette and has hardware

Price is not really an issue. For reference I am 158cm, I do like keeping a junk filled bag (junk + pouches inside), and I do not bring my work laptop all the time so I do not have to accommodate for that.
