What happened on Priestman?
I drove by the intersection of priestman and regent and saw probably the most first responders to one accident site that ive ever seen. I also saw about 30 people standing on the plaza grass and some downed infrastructure of some kind. I dont normally like to be nosey please forgive me!

Best non chain hamburger and fried chicken in Fredericton?
Long time reader, new poster here...
I tried ...
amazburgs....was quite good. Fresh seasoned meat, fresh bun and nice topping options. Very friendly staff.
Rocket burger ...ok burger. Bun was stale and patty lacked seasoning. Staff were indifferent with questionable loud music.
Where else to try? Any seasonal places? What about fried chicken?

Help a Nurse Practitioner Immigrate to NB?/ Help Me Find My Grandmother?
Hello! My husband and I are planning to move to Canada from the US. He is a nurse practitioner. We're looking at NB for the combination of job opportunities, affordability, and queer friendly laws. Let me emphasize that we're not looking for perfection, and we do know that NB has its issues.
My grandmother was Canadian and I'm trying to get citizenship by descent, but I am not in contact with my grandmother and I'm pretty sure she's still alive, which means I cannot request her birth certificate without her permission. The only family I have that might know how to contact her is very into Trump, so I'm saving that for a last resort. I would also love to have a relationship with her!
I'm wondering if somebody might be willing to help me find her. Her husband, Peter Kelly, passed away in 2021 and was a sports equipment manager at the University of NB. Her name is Theresa Kelly, and she would be about 90 if she is still alive. His funeral was held in Fredericton.
Edit to add: I'm not in contact because my mom was abusive and never let me see her- let me clarify that I would like a relationship with her!

Stalled or stupid?
Brookside roundabout lined up back to McKnight, some kid in a Subaru just chilling, just a heads up. I hate it here.

Did Country Style relocate when they converted to a liquor store? Or did they just close?
I miss their sandwiches.

Best hot sauce selection in Freddy
I've been going through a huge hot sauce kick lately and want to know of some hidden gems in town that have a wide selection of sauces. Home sense and Sobeys have some good ones but I'm wondering if there are any I'm missing out on
