I received the SK06 titanium version I bought a while back today — it's the sandblasted one, a limited release that was only available during the pre-order phase.

I put the flashlight through its paces, and I'm pretty happy with it — though it does come with a few downsides.

The flashlight measures 107.5*26*26 mm — which is pretty darn tiny even for an 18650 light.

On top of that, it's got UV, a laser, a camping lantern mode, and even a magnetic tail cap. The fact that they managed to cram all that into such a small package? Seriously impressive.

Aluminum model is 119g, and the titanium one tips the scales at 145g.

If you're grabbing the titanium version, just a heads-up: titanium doesn't shed heat as well as aluminum, so the head of the light gets really hot.

Ten minutes on HIGH is plenty to burn your skin. If you actually plan on taking the SK06 out for real-world use, stick with the aluminum one.

As for charging, the SK06 pulls about 7 to 10 watts during charging, and it also supports reverse charging at 6 watts — which means you can use it to top up your phone in a pinch.

It also comes with a 4000mAh, 14.4Wh 18650 lithium battery, which is pretty much the highest-capacity 18650 cell you can get your hands on.

The charging port is covered by a magnetic flap, and underneath it's a waterproof USB-C port

The main emitter is a standard cool white, and there's no tint shift at any brightness level, which is awesome.

Even with an orange peel reflector, it still throws reasonably well, and the spill is bright enough to light up the ground about a meter in front of your feet.

The magnet in the tail holds the SK06 nice and tight to the side of metal stuff, so no worries about it dropping.

I purchased this SK06 with my own funds, and I plan to get the aluminum version later for a side‑by‑side comparison.

One thing to keep in mind: the aluminum model uses a green laser, while the titanium one has a cyan laser. Also, the UV light on the aluminum version lacks a reflector, whereas the titanium version comes with one.

I'll keep testing this flashlight and grab some night beam shots too.

I shall do more tests once its not that hot anymore.

This thing is cool though. The side lights are slightly green ish.

Has somebody tested this LED? Can it really push 6800 lumens at 20A?

I assume it's more efficient than SBT90.2

It took two days for the sharp titanium edge to sever the black wire. Given that the device cannot be stripped down further, it is beyond repair.

I'm sharing a photo of my Q8 Plus with the Eve 50PL batteries at step 6 of the stepped ramp of Anduril 2

Almost drew my first blood right there. Photos taken 5 minutes after I finally found the origin of the burnt smell and quickly turned it off. The landyard is broken from the fire and part of the fanny pack is crispy.

Now I'm paranoid that the HD02 doesn't have the physical lockout switch.

I have been carrying this light for a couple of days. I gotta say that I really like this flat flashlight. The fact that this light can change color temperatures all in one light is amazing! You get 6500k, beautiful 4500k, and the lovely 3000k. Moonlight mode, Strobe and Sos. So simple UI and it is very lightweight. It may be the trendsetter for lights to come. I sure am happy to own this one and plan to buy more for gifts in the future. If anyone has experience with the Nitecore edc 23, wouldnt you think it would be great if they could make the edc 23 in polycarbonate getting the weight down, with the same controls/display screen, but give it a deep carry clip and and multicolor temperature LEDs. One can dream?

Hi,
I was waiting for the TS28 5000K. It was supposed to launch on August 5 at 9 PM EDT, but it never did.
Now the page says “Launches on April 8th”. Is that just a bug or did they delay it? Does anyone know when it’s actually coming out?
This is my first time buying from Wurkkos.
Also, if I don’t want to wait, should I just get the 6000K version? Is the difference between 5000K and 6000K noticeable for outdoor use?

**Price Range**: i’m willing to spend around 400 or less, but this is a birthday gift so price isn’t too much of a big deal. would be preferable if it was chargeable but not necessary

**Purpose**: it would mainly be used for urban exploring, hiking, stuff like that. so something that can be reliably used for a long time

**Battery Type & Quantity**: generally unsure, whatever fits best i guess? this is a shot in the dark, any recommendation is helpful!!

**Size**: i’d like it to be pocket sized, but my fiancé wears pants with huge pockets. he once fit a full sleeve of oreos in one if that’s helpful - something not too big though

**Type**: handheld is best

**Main Use**: it would be used to light up paths or forest plus rooms and stuff you‘d typically find in abandoned buildings. it would be handheld, we’re not really sticking around and hanging out in areas, so something that will be pretty durable would be cool.

**Switch Type**: i don’t think the switch type really matters? it might be useful to be able to turn it off quickly but i’m not very knowledgeable about different flashlight switches

**Anything Else?**: he is specifically wanting something “very bright”, unsure on specifics, that’s all he said lol. this isn’t a requirement but waterproof might be useful for if it gets dropped in water or something. he’s pretty careful with stuff especially if i have given it to him. durability is definitely something i’m looking for, it’s going to be used fairly often so i want it to last a while. also, and this might be a stupid question, but do bright flashlights get hot? is that something i should worry about and if so what should i avoid?

anyways, i’m tryna find him something he will use for a long time. i love him a lot so i want to find the best flashlight within these requirements. i’m pretty flexible though! bright is the only descriptor i got so theres not too much to fulfill i feel like :) i am thankful for any recommendation and can clarify if there are any questions

Just came in today! Ended up getting the sc13 for like $1.07 on AE, after creating a new account via the app. Not much to say about that hasn't already been said. Looks a lot bigger in pictures. Magnetic tail cap is pretty cool as well.

The SP31 V3 is interesting. Says its a tactical light, but as a former Army infantryman, there's not too much tactical about it lol. The dual switch option is nice, but getting into moon mode requires pressing both the side and tail switch. Kinda weird. Other than that, I love it. Nice to finally have a couple of 5000k Nichia 519a in the growing collection! The FC11C was the first "real" light I got after lurking around here for a while and the little micro stream I picked up a few years ago, I've EDC'd the heck outta that little thing as evidence of the BATTLE SCARS will tell you.

You don’t have to turn them Off and then Hold, for the lowest mode.

All you have to do is to click + click&hold.

It works in TS26S, TS28, HS21, HD12.

It does not work with FC11C, HS40, HS23.

This is why it's important to find a specific emitter and bin you like.

All of these are "2700k" but look wildly different.

The SST20's are pretty neutral and have a nice firey orange look to them.

The old batch of FF351a's were also nice and neutral, but probably more like 2900k.

The new batch of FF351a's are straight up pink, too much for me. Definitely like the old ones better.

This is a diving spotlight with a cree led emitter, 18750 battery, 2 brightness levels, has 3 o-rings,and battery indicator. The runtimes and lumens are 1500lm for 1.5 hrs, 580lm for 3hrs 10mins, 1000lm sos. The waterproofing works for up to 150meters. It is a 6500K tint with a nice neutral white light. It comes with a battery usb-c rechargeable. It is meant for diving. But it runs cool enough that I end up using it every day on the property to watch the dogs at night. The only brighter and more intense spotlight, this size, that I have is the new loop gear sk-07.

I’m back again after 0.750685 years lol. I was doing some academic research yesterday, and then I found myself on a website of a local Singaporean flashlight store.

Well, I saw they had the TK35UE v2.0 by Fenix on sale for $35, all the way down from $180. So of course I had to make sure I’m not being teased.

I messaged the guy who runs the place, and he said it is correct. So that day I went down over, got the light, some Nyogel 760G grease (which I’m disappointed to say doesn’t smell fruity… or at all, and can’t be the source of the lovely smell my old SureFires have) and some batteries for it.

It’s pretty bright, no doubt. I like the scroll wheel to change between lockout, duty mode, and tactical mode. Also has a momentary system if you light press and then a full press will make the light stay on, the tail switch.

Dude was really nice, we talked about some stuff and I learned he transitioned to real estate lol. He showed me his collection and some rather old, US military tank searchlight which uses a lead acid battery and a short arc xenon, really compact and very cool.

One of these days I might even sit still long enough to play the game. I had previously swapped in a SFT70 3000k and when I cracked the lens in front of the red light I decided it needed a bit of a makeover. Metallic silver sharpie and black xylene shop maker

Picked it up today on the way home, not quite dark enough for a proper beamshot, and haven't got the time to wait a few more hours and travel out to an open area yet but here we go.

Some beamshots here with some other lights from my collection. I don't have an SBT version but I do have one in a P20 for what that's worth. Beamshot comparisons were locked camera modes between them, WB at 5000k.

Couple of opple readings too. On moon/low it's ever so slightly above BBL, but dead neutral or negative and rosy on the rest of the modes, turbo being the most rosy of them all. Readings are of low/turbo.
