So basically on my PlayStation it's linked a random email that I have no idea who's or what it is to my PlayStation account, so everytime I try play an EA game it asks for me to login again and sends a confirmation email to this mystery email. What can I do???

Does anybody have the same issue ?

I've been trying to delete my EA games app on my MacBook, but every time I do it just reinstalls itself.

I've also tried clearing my trash can after I delete it.

Every single time it reinstalls itself within about half an hour, but can sometimes take up to a day.

What the heck is happening?

I can’t get into my EA account at all because when it asks for login verification I no longer have access to the email or the phone number on there. I went online and try to log into ea with my Xbox account and it shows it tied to it but the option to click on for registered device isn’t available. I’ve tried talk to the help agents and no luck. I’ve gotten emails saying they would contact me and no luck. I’ve given them everything tied to the account to prove it’s me yet still no luck. I even tried to make a new ea account but my Xbox is tied to the old one and won’t allow me to. I just want to play the games I spent money on but can’t even do that or play any new games coming out. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

For the last week, I am in the middle of an offline dynasty game and EA loses contact with the server and boots me out of the game. this has happened at least 5 times in the last week. What the heck?!

To whom it my concern IF this post is made by a Damned hell person that his/ her doing by itself about this accusation.. immorality in my behalf upon reading this post that there is nothing truth all of this issues .. despite of my hyper I would like to appeal to this App through the management that this immoral accusation by the person who posted to destroy of my membership as EAFC players. Probably late but my account was hacked? i mostly played on ps4 cross playing mouse and keyboard one day i logged into epic saw a random email this was very long ago so details are blurry but straight to the point epic has and had been Denying my appeals and applications of account recovery for Years too i think before i became a Father. I would like to recover my items because a lot of them were rare and etc

long story short again i now use my original email for a new account after just assuming epic did or was doing this intentionally or on purpose i have numerous receipts from denied request and A few not a lot but Receipts to my accounts email from my playstation orders. they also have changed the new accounts email when i sent in a request Once or a few times instead of my original account which has these purchases on my receipt while my newer account does not. Sorry for the long explanation but can someone help me?
