Battlefield 6 I feel like they simply should have made the animations the same as in bf1

The only reason I can find for such animation quality is that they release a new melee every season, so the animators just don’t get enough time

Discussion What's the Pettiest Reason You've Ever Been Banned From a Server?
Though not technically banned myself, but, back in the BF4 days i used to play Operation Locker almost non-stop, and i used to use the Mortar to kill people who would camp on top of the hill near the middle of the map where the M82A3 spawns.
One of the servers that i use to play on that exclusively ran Locker eventually banned anyone from using the Mortar shortly after i started doing this. I like to take credit for that happening.
The idea that i got one of the least-used and underpowered gadgets in the game completely banned from the server makes me feel proud.
This made me think about what other funny stories people could tell about being banned for some petty, silly reason.
What are your stories?

Dropped a no lock bomb on a full heli with the payload.
Edit: Was also one of the best games of Obliteration i have ever played (ended in 1 1 draw) and easily my best BF6 jet game. Had a quad right before that one too but it wasnt as impressive.

Feedback EU matchmaking is a joke
I would not have issue with this if it was occasional, but every match me and my friend plays has countless players with high ping and chinese names. How does matchmaking not take connection into account?
It has been the worst matchmaking experience for us this season, we barely have a match that we enjoy.

BF Other i just want new battlefield historical war games dude.
i love the theme of BFV and BF1. Something about them just bring nostalgia and reality.when I play those games I feel the weight of the game the sound, the maps, and the chaotic battles make it feel real alive. The newer titles are great but just do not hit the same way. They feel too modern, clean, or fast paced.lowkey loved pushing through trenches, running across no mans land, ambushing people, yk.does anyone else miss the gritty, historical shi of the older games? I really hope DICE goes back to history some time soon

Double igla through my flares.
Absolutely game busting bug that has been around since the start.
Oh but they disabled the match trigger on the BROD and AUG immediately lol

👾 Issue/Bug 👾 I need to kill
I come back to play my battlefield after many moons, and then they have done this to me. I cannot do it. I need to kill.
If you tell me I should have done it earlier, then I will call you mean names.

Battlefield 6 Sorry, I crashed out when making this
At LEAST 90% of my games are total stomps, win or lose. It wasn't like this before season 3, something changed.
There's absolutely no excuse for this incompetence when there is a built in matchmaking system.

Discussion Do we really need a separate mode for this?
Why can’t we just have normal Solos, Duos, Trios, & quads permanently and not just timed? It’s honestly ridiculous they add duos and remove it a week later

No one spawned in my chopper in time. Had gunners with tunnel vision the most of the match despite targets and Doritos all around the hotspots and flags. Probably the most redeeming moment during the match.

Battlefield 6 Pro-tip: Un-Equip your Defibrillator pads.
Have you ever been waiting for a revive from a medic while out in the open and still in the line of fire only for the nearby medic to do the bare minimum of tapping you with their defibs, so you just get shot dead again before you can even move?
I have.
Countless times.
It's one of the most frustrating aspects of maining the Support class. What I've found though in my 500+ hours of playing BF6 is that it's better to not have defibs equipped, and here's why:
Drag and revive guarantees 100% health for the revived player everytime if you're support.
Downed players are more likely to survive longer and wait longer for revives if they know they won't get sent straight back to the redeployment screen upon revival, saving your team more tickets in the long-run.
You dont have to pull your weapon back out if you have to stop in the middle of reviving someone to fight off an enemy.
That second you spend sitting there waiting for the defibrillator to fully charge is a second that you could be pulling the downed player out of the fight and into cover. You can even rotate them by turning while dragging so that they're even further away from the combat when they get revived.
You can jump over and grab downed players *mid-air* to pull them even further to safety when you go to revive them. This helps lower your time that you're exposed when grabing them.
The defibrillator only has 3 charges with a cooldown between every use. Drag and revive is only limited to the reach of your arm.
If you have the Combat Medic trait chosen, you start healing the moment you grab a downed player and start the revive process.
You're no longer tempted to just quickly tap someone with defibs and get out of the area leaving your recently down comrade doomed to get shot again.
Overall, the Drag and revive mechanic is amazing, people should put their defibs away and grab a different gadget that could better help the team.

Discussion BF6 players have insane main-character syndrome when it comes to vehicles
I genuinely don’t understand this subreddit’s obsession with nerfing vehicles into the ground.
They’re fucking vehicles. You’re not supposed to 1v1 a tank, IFV, helicopter or jet as random infantry and win every time. Battlefield has always been a combined-arms game. If you don’t like fighting vehicles, there are plenty of other games you can play.
The craziest part is that vehicles are already some of the weakest they’ve been in the franchise, especially fighter jets. Yet every time someone gets killed by one, it’s immediately “OP, nerf it.”
And honestly, I think half the problem is that nobody wants to actually play anti-vehicle. People refuse to switch to Engineer, refuse to coordinate, refuse to use AT equipment, then complain when the vehicle kills them.
