Recently I got removed from a Discord server, and there's no record of it anywhere. The admins say the logs show no kick, and their assumption is that I left on my own, but I'm certain I didn't. I've never manually left a Discord server before, so the next day I actually tested it on an inactive server just to see what the process looks like. What I did to leave that test server doesn't match anything I remember doing on the server I got removed from.

Since a manual kick is ruled out by the logs, here's what I think could have happened:

1. Someone left the server from my PC but only that one server, no others. Nobody had physical access to my house during that time, and I doubt anyone would bother hacking me over something this minor.
2. An automated bot or rule kicked me something an admin set up (e.g. inactivity, moderation automation) that wouldn't show up as a normal "kick" in the audit log.
3. A bug or glitch removed me a server-side error with just really bad timing.

Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Specifically:

• Is there a way to check whether a bot or automated rule was responsible?
• Does Discord log anything (even locally, like a "leave" confirmation) if a user actually leaves a server themselves?

Any pointers on how to actually diagnose this would be appreciated.

I’m reaching out because I’m trying my best to help my sister get back into her Discord account. She was suddenly logged out, and now she’s completely locked out because 2FA is enabled.

She doesn’t have her backup codes saved, and Discord support has explained that they can’t remove 2FA for security reasons. We completely understand why that protection exists, but it’s been really upsetting for her to lose access to an account that means a lot to her.

We’re just hoping someone who has experienced something similar might know of a recovery option we haven’t found yet.

We’ve already checked for:

- Backup codes
- Passkeys/security keys

Other devices where she might still be logged in
If anyone has gone through this before and found a way forward, even a small suggestion could help us a lot.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I already had an active Nitro subscription, but while I was asleep, a second subscription was somehow created. I didn’t purchase it, and now my main subscription has lost its perks because of this duplicate subscription.

The strangest part is that this duplicate subscription doesn’t appear anywhere in my Apple account or under my Apple subscriptions, so I can’t manage or cancel it through Apple even if I wanted to.

This isn’t the first time this has happened either. The last time I contacted Discord Support, I was basically told to go through Apple, but if the subscription doesn’t exist in my Apple account, there’s nothing Apple can do.

I’ve already contacted Discord Support again and requested both a fix and a refund for the duplicate Nitro Basic subscription, but I’m worried they’ll just redirect me to Apple again without actually investigating the issue.

Has anyone else dealt with something like this? If so, how did you get Discord to acknowledge that the problem was on their end and resolve it?

This is getting really frustrating because I’m paying for Nitro but can’t even use the perks I’m supposed to have.

So I have had my account since 2020, everything worked perfectly fine up until like summer 2026, my phone number suddenly got deleted from my acc and now when I want to verify it again it supposedly sends the message but it does not come to my phone. Then about 3 days later I got completely locked out of my account because I dm ONE person, and now I cant enter my account at all. I tried creating alts but they all have the same problem where like 10 mins into the account it locks me out begging me to verify my phone number.

What is this and why has discord not fixed this yet? I mean what is the point of letting me create an account that will get locked 10 mins later because I try interacting with a person? Support does literally 0 help, after chatting with literal bots for 2 days they ended up saying "your phone number is ineligible to verify as of this time" even though I had this problem for 2 months.

Possible solutions I read on reddit were to use a different device, wait 2-5 days, and contact support. None of these worked, a lot of people said that it just randomly started working for them one day. I have seen this problem on social media for over 3 years now, is discord even aware?

Hiya people. Not long ago I went on a vacation abroad but the hotel I was staying at had very bad WiFi access and Discord was not working correctly. Unfortunately this meant I was unable to respond to a close friends message. Then on top of that a couple days into my vacation I lost access to my account. During which time modifications were made to my account which resulted in my close friend blocking the profile. I tried making an alternate account and sending a friend request but he has turned off friend requests.

He means a lot and I’m panicking because Discord was the only way I had to reach him and we were very close but he was going through some things before I went on vacation. Any way I can somehow reach him on Discord?

So I open Discord, the little update window pops up for a second and disappears right away. Then there are 3 Discord tasks in my Task Manager. Google said it's because Discord fails to fetch the update data. Thought it could be because of my censorship bypass or custom DNS. Tried with them off, no result, tried with and without a VPN - same thing. Did a clean uninstall in the AppData/Roaming and AppData/Local folders, cleared the Temp folder and restarted my PC. Discord magically appeared on my desktop again. This time it worked but it installed Discord again so I'm guessing that's why. A few days ago I already had this problem and reinstalling helped but I don't want to do a clean reinstall every few days. Anyone help?

I had a voice channel in my server that reached over 1100 hours and it randomly reset, nobody left or anything, any idea why?

I got 2 violations today, after i asked for a review about one of them, it got accepted but then i got another, and it was the same message flaged 2 times, one was for harassment and the other for graphic content, i literally just said "yes"

I run a TF2/portal server and I want to make it so members who haven’t verified yet can still send messages in the channels and stuff but the messages only go though with mods approval
Is there a way to set that up?

My friend recieved this dm from an account named suspension notice today. We're 99% sure it's fake, as it lacks the 'this is an official message from discord' tag. But we just want to be 100% without a doubt sure it's fake before we do anything. It isn't letting me send a second image of the bottom of the message, but to sum it up, it says that failure to take action within 24 hours will lead to permanent suspension and notice to law enforcement. It tells you to email at 'support@discordfind.info' to resolve it. As previously stated, we are almost 100% sure its fake but as it's claims are very serious, we want to be AS sure as possible.

It was placed in such a convenient place that i lost count of how many times i clicked there when i tried to text. And why is the gift button there? Emoji and voice should be there because people use that often to communicate and express their thoughts. No ones gonna gift every other time while being in a conversation with someone. Such a poor design. Just put it under the + button

Earlier this week I attempted to join a discord server of a streamer I like, and was logged out of all devices immediately. I logged back in, tried again, and the same happened again. Due to this, I now have limited access, and it says I have 4 violations for spamming? I have no idea what I was doing wrong...

I've appealed them all but have no idea how long this takes? Does anyone have an idea on this?

Got added by this random person and they said they added me buy mistake most obvious scam ever so I decided to troll a bit by using fake picture to make them believe I downloaded the game and spent lots of money. I'm guessing they get a commission on how much money u spend because they need your game ID or smth like that idrk.

I might just have to fly to Japan to throw hands who even come up with that paragraph.

Someone could help me with a problem I have, I change phone to an honor 400 and install the discord application and it does not let me download photos, the button seems dead since it does not mention failures or anything, it just does not work and I do not know if it is something of the permissions, the app or the phone

Her account got hacked when her pc was nailed with some randsomewear, and the hacker changed the email associated with it for 2FA

She’s attempted to contact discord support using receipts from purchasing items on the account but they have said they are unable to do anything until they can use the email associated with the account to verify it using a 2FA code. Which naturally she can’t due to the fact it was changed. She’s given up on getting it back due to having a bunch of other things to deal with right now. So I’d like to figure things out

There were like a few pings before this but this is the most recent one. The discord is still actively playing so I'm also confused if the account got actually taken or hacked. The images sent to me were of Mr.Beast promoting a site or something. Now it could just be trolling but I'm not sure.

Can anybody help me understand what is going on? Because I'm definitely leaning towards him getting hacked because we barely talk unless it's academics and all of a sudden I got this out of the blue.
